Awesome smart lock!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like this smart lock! The install was pretty easy and looks sharp against my white door. I only wish I also had the matching door handle to make it a complete set.
Coding the lock was easy, and I thought it was neat that you could code multiple codes to open the lock. This could come in handy if you had multiple people who are a stickler for a certain number combination. Keying the keyhole was also easy and I was able to use my existing key.
One of the best features is that it will self lock after about a minute of no movement. So if you came home and forgot to lock the door, the lock will do it for you!

Easy Install for Peace of Mind

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We were so happy to get to try this product as we'd wanted to have one of these locks for awhile. Let me just say, this was super easy to add to our door! It literally took about 15 months beginning to end! And it looks sharp (or really will once we change out our doorknob to match, but thats no big deal!) Best part is no more fumbling for keys! Its also amazing if a family member comes over when we have stepped out; they can let themselves in without searching for a hidden key. Setting up the code is extremely easy too. All around great product, think we're going to do the back door next!

Solid deadbolt, autolock doesn't work properly

Smart lock works fine as a basic deadbolt. The action is smooth and installation was about the same as any other deadbolt. The smart re-keying is finicky and wouldn't work with the first key that I tried. Eventually just gave up since we use the code 100% of the time anyways. Nice that you can add multiple codes, but there is not much for features beyond that. The autolock is incredibly annoying, it continues trying to lock the door over and over even when it is already locked - that is the main reason for giving it 3 stars, had to finally disable that since it made the feature unusable. So basically this functions fine if you only want to use it as a basic deadbolt with code entry and no extra features.

We're happy to help ensure your lock is in great working order. We recommend following the cylinder recovery instructions in this link. If you can get the key to turn, you can then re-key the cylinder with the SmartKey tool to the same key: https://youtu.be/mCnzU_90kog?feature=shared
To fix the relocking issue, please disable the Auto-Lock feature. Next, check the door alignment making sure the jamb hole is one inch deep: https://ca.weiserlock.com/support/troubleshooting/support-articles/smart-locks-door-alignment

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Ignore my ugly door I installed this on in my product review! The keypad was so easy to install, and my favourite part is different family members can have different codes for the door that they are able to remember (up to 50!). I also love that when someone needs a code for a one time purpose dog walker, cleaner, neighbour etc you can give them a code and then remove the code when they are finished without confusing everyone else that needs in. Install took about 10 minutes, locks securely, and looks great. Highly recommend.

Great product

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Weiser is in my opinion the best in the game for door hardware and security. I received this product through a voxbox campaign and installed it at our side door. We had another similar product before this one, which worked but not as well. The motor to actually lock the door stalled a lot and it took a couple extra seconds to lock than the weiser. The weiser is sleek, was easy to install, and works really well. Honestly, we’re really happy with this and will likely get a second for the front door.

Great Option

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is such a nice looking lock set. I love the matte black it looks very sharp. The functionality is great as well. My son is not very good at remembering to carry a key, and I didn’t want to hide it somewhere and risk him not putting it back. Having an easy to remember code makes it easy for him as well as myself or friends that come to check on our cat. I’ve always loved Weiser products and have installed many of these in various homes over the years. Great warranty too if anything happens.

Great quality lock

I like that this lock fit the existing lock without modification and the deadbolt was a little bit thinner than my previous smartlock which worked out better because the old one would get stuck because there wasn't enough space and this lock seems to open and close with ease. I wish there was a list of tools for the installation because my husband spent more time stopping to gather different tools needed to do the job than the actual installation. I recommend this lock it's good quality.

The new “smart” lock system that everyone needs

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The smart code keypad contemporary is a great way to go keyless for your door and provides convenience in a busy lifestyle. It’s great to know your home is secure with a sleek design. There is 50 codes possible on this so if needed you can change them up. Locking the door is also simple with the touch of a button. The reason why I took off a star is because installation was a bit tedious and difficult it took us over 2 hours. Otherwise I’d recommend this sleek black design smart lock.
