Works as advertised!!

I have used Thermacell products for many years and have not found anything that works any better. I now have the Patio Sheld Torch to use on our deck on the lake. We have used a Thermacell lantern for years while camping and while sitting outside in MS and without these products, none of this would be possible without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I love the new torch design which looks stylish while doing its job.

I wish it was more durable

Overall I’m okay with the product. I brought package deal with 2. One of the patio lamps works fine the other never fit properly together, therefore it never worked properly. The portable one I brought works well. However if there is a little bit of wind, it seems there is a drop off in protection. Lastly, I’m disappointed with how long the repellent burns. Basically you get one repellent a night

Waste of money

I bought two patio Thermacells, each one from a different vendor. Not only are the refills expensive, the product does NOT WORK. My family can be sitting right beside the patio Torch and still get eaten alive by a large number of mosquitoes. We can not tell any difference when it is on or off. We have followed the directions completely. Better using Off insect spray and a lot cheaper.

It Just Works

We spend a lot of time in our patio. And nothing is worse than mosquitoes invading your space. We tried citronella candles, spraying the yards and perimeter and fans.
Nothing worked the way the Thermacell Patio and Table Torch does. I have three around the patio and a 4th one on a poll to use when we are having a party and need more protection out in the yard.

I love all of the mosquito repellent products that you carry. We have bought several of them. This Patio Shield Torch is great and it also lights up which is an extra bonus. We live in a low area and it is very wet so the mosquitoes are really bad here but these products work and keeps the mosquitoes away . They are well worth the money.

light weight and long lasting

Just used it for the first time at our camp during an equestrian endurance ride off of the pacific crest trail in southern Oregon, and this product was marvelous. It helps keep the path lit while keeping you from getting eaten by everything attracted to lights. I will definitely be getting another one.

I love Thermacell products. It keeps no-see-uns & mosquito at bay. I live in SC and use this almost year round. When the wind dyes down the no-see-uns are a year round problem. Themacell allow us to enjoy our home outside year round. We have a screened in porch and we need it for that as well.

summer Nights Are Saved!!

cannot live without my thermacell

I live in an extremely mosquito prone area, We are surrounded by woods, dead lakes and a river. My Thermacell never disappoints. Once lit, it takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes for it to warm up & start deterring the bugs. It works great! Cant live without it.

Mosquitos this year are worse than previous years and Thermacell helps. I have one suggestion, add a small hook to bottom of torch so that the cover can be hung when unit is in use. Also it needs to start working quicker. The ten minutes it takes is too long.

Works great but could have better build quality. Unit does not snap in to top of torch securely. The directions for installing the batteries for the light are not very clear. They left off the step where you need to pop off the base to access the battery cap.

Does the Job

This is a very nice product. Not only does it light your path or patio but has the ability to repel mosquito's as well. I like the fact that you can operate the device either as a lantern, as a repellent or both. Also the safety lock on the igniter is a plus.

I purchased this 2 weeks ago and it really works and looks great when the light feature is lit. I also have the individual repeller which works great, it is the 3rd one I have had in the past 6 years. I swear by this product if it is used as instructed.

I had 2 torches that would not ignite after only a few uses. I contacted customer service and even though I had not saved the receipt, they sent me 2 new ones without any hassles. Very impressed and the new ones wok great, one on each end of the patio.

Great value and it works!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it a good deal this past weekend. I live on a lake, so the mosquitos can be pretty thick. The torch made sitting on the back porch very enjoyable. I also have a portable repeller that I use when fishing.

Bought this yesterday. I was really excited because our mosquito problem gets worse as summer does and mosquitos love me as much as I love outdoors. CANNOT get the batteries in. So frustrating. DONT BUY IT. FONT GET YIUR HOPES UP.

These are the best thing out there!

We have 6 of these and numerous other thermacells and they all work great! We have a wetland on our property and it use tonbe unbearable to go out side or have outdoor parties thanks to these we can live in peace form mosquitoes.

Great Product and Service

I love the Thermacell products, they really keep the mosquitoes away. My Concord Torch failed to light after a years use and I sent it in to Thermacell for repair and they sent me a new one. There service is superb!!

Great Addition to our Outdoor Area

weve had a lot of rain this summer and living in the country with a big yard were having lots of bugs in the evening, turn torch on and came back 15 minutes later and enjoyed evening on deck with no bug bites!

We used this torch during the July 4th weekend and didn’t have any problems with mosquitos (or any other bugs, really). The only thing I would see to change is increase the lumens on the torch itself.

Ga and bugs! This thing is Great! We love to set on the porch but the bugs will eat you up in Ga till we found this and it's the Best it covers a large a area. Yes I would recommend it to anyone.

Cheaply made product

This may have been the cheapest plastic item I have ever purchased. The lantern itself is very chinchy for 35 this is poorly made. The repellant itself doesn't work standing right next to it.

Striking Mechanism stopped working

I have three of these and After only a few uses, two would not ignite. Then after two more uses, the third one stopped working. Was good while they lasted, but doesn’t seem to be well made.
