On adore le résultat et l’installation se fait assez facilement! Par contre, une chance qu’on est propriétaires car les tuiles arrachent complètement la peinture dessous, même quand elles viennent tout juste d’être posées et qu’on souhaite ajuster un morceau. Il ne faudrait pas poser ce produit en espérant ne pas laisser de trace lorsqu’on souhaite l’enlever. En tout cas, on n’a pas peur que ça décolle tout seul c’est sur!

Super !... mais prenez bien les mesures

J'ai acheté ces tuiles pour relooker un mur de cuisine repeint et remplacer un ancien carrelage que nous avions enlevé. Le colis arrive vite, bien emballé, c'est léger et la pose est facile pour peu que votre mur soit droit... Bien penser à faire un trait de niveau sur lequel s'appuyer quand les plans de travail ne sont pas toujours de niveau.
Le plus délicat c'est la pose de la première tuile. Ensuite ça va presque tout seul. Je trouvais étrange que la superposition soit un peu visible de près, mais dès qu'on se recule, ça ne se voit pas. En terme de quantité, j'ai suivi les conseils d'un internaute et commandé 2 tuiles de plus que la quantité estimée par le calculateur. Et il me reste 2 chutes de 5 cm... Je vous conseille de prendre 3 tuiles supplémentaires car si vous vous loupez sur une, il vous en restera une pour la remplacer. Allez, une photo pour la route !

High end look in an afternoon!

So far so good! I put these up in an afternoon. One of them had a defect with the clear coating and so I had to hide that one into a corner. I’m hopeful they stay up over time. They have completely transformed our bathroom and are just so beautiful. I’ve just used sharp new scissors and box knife and that’s all I’ve needed. Using the backing as a template has worked well. I can’t wait to put these in the kitchen next!

Subway Sora - kitchen backsplash

Looks great for a quick and relatively inexpensive backsplash/window surround. Husband said it was an incredibly quick and simple installation. It was important to do a fresh coat of primer and allow that to cure so that the tiles would stick properly. It looks seamless - you have to look very closely to find a seam. My only suggestion would be to make the finish a little less shiny - a little more of a matte finish.

Best Ever Result

Bought my Smart Tiles a few months ago and just now got around to putting them up. Wow!!! I was somewhat afraid because I had never used them before and didn't know what I was in for. But to my surprise they went up super easy, they cut easy and really stuck once pressed into place. I was just amazed at how easy it really was, and how great they look. I'm impressed with the product, how easy it was and how it looks.
So happy with the Metro Fiona Smart Tiles! The pictures online accurately represent the green color. Tiles are securely stuck to the wall, but I was also able to adjust them if needed during installation. Used them in our bathroom and then liked them so much decided to put them in our kitchen. Installed them vertically in the kitchen (which made the installation process a little more difficult) but totally worth it!

I just love my kitchen now, your tiles made all the difference in finishing my walls behind the stove , kitchen sink and walls, I am so very happy with the end results. I bought these to add some personality to a laminate backsplsh in a pantry. I found them to be fairly easy to use but a bit difficult to cut around switchplates. I used a white colored marker to fill in around uneven edges. However, the overall look is good. I wish there were accent tiles in small squares to really jazz it up. I ran the tiles vertically around the outside edges which finished it off nicely.
Hello. Thanks for taking the time to send us your peel and stick backsplash review. We really appreciate it. You can easily cut Smart Tiles with scissor but we recommend to use a box cutter (Xacto). It will permit cutting a hole or other shapes within the tiles with more precision.

Something Uniquely Beautiful

My husband and I bought this product a few months ago because we are always looking for DIY home projects. We used this product as a backsplash in the kitchen above the stove top. It looks so incredibly beautiful and was so easy to use! We will definitely be buying this product again because we are extremely satisfied with the price, shipping time, ease of use and the unique look it gave to our kitchen!
Les crédences à coller de Smart Tiles sont extraordinaires. Faciles à poser, couper, décoller, recoller… On fait ce que l’on veut avec et elles se posent très facilement dans n’importe quelle configuration de cuisine. L’effet rendu est magnifique et les « tiles » sont extrêmement faciles à entretenir. C’est la seconde fois que je les pose pour une cuisine, et je ne suis absolument pas déçu du résultat

Good pre-renovation solution

Smart Tiles are a great temporary solution to the problem of mushroom/flower tiles from the 70s in my kitchen. We're not quite ready for a full reconfiguration and renovation, so this buys us a little time to think about what we want to do down the road. Lots of compliments from company - I can see that they're stickers and I can see where they're not perfectly applied, but nobody else has noticed.
We were just doing a little facelift to our kitchen, I did not want to spend a fortune. I came across smart tile on interest of all places. Went to their website ordered samples, picked the tile I wanted, it was easy. No messy grout or glue. My husband put it up in under an hour. I don't think I'll use tile again if I can use smart tile instead. You can't tell its not tile until you touch it!
These were easy to install and have really made the kitchen in my apartment stand out - I love the pop of color. They're a bit more purple-tinted than pure cobalt blue, but they matched perfectly. They were easy to install and easy to cut with a box cutter. I can't talk about their longevity as I've only had them for a month, but they seem very solid and I don't think they're going anywhere.

my cousin used this product and we decided to as well. was very pleased with the ordering process, the timeliness of the delivery and more importantly the look of the finished product. our difficulty was not with the product but with the fact that our countertop back was not square so my husband really had to be precise with the snap line to start but after that we were very pleased.

I love the black, white & gray contrast of the kitchen. I will say order at least 10extra pieces due to how you start corner. The back was not as sticky as it advertised but it works with not problem. It was very easy & quick to install. I love the affordability of this product. I have one wish; doe it to be thicker in depths. My shock plate cover does not sit flush again the wall.

These tiles really spiced up my laundry room! Very easy to apply. These bigger sheets were heavier so I did have to stick and re-stick a few, but the stickiness was still fresh after my own errors! I am not very good with using an exacto knife either to cut straight lines, so I used my kitchen scissors to cut those custom pieces around the laundry hose box, which did a great job.

Il y a deux ans, nous avons rénové notre cuisine. Nous avons opté pour une crédence en verre. Malheureusement, la couleur choisie n'était pas judicieuse et elle absorbait beaucoup de lumière. Nous avons recouvert cette crédence avec des SmartTiles Subway White et le résultat nous plait énormément. L'installation est rapide et très facile. Le rapport prix / résultat est excellent.

Nous avons acheté cet article pour une crédence de cuisine. Un peu de découpe et de repositionnement plus tard, nous sommes satisfait du résultat. Ce produit est d'une bonne finition. Il est une très belle alternative pour ceux qui ne veulent pas s'engager dans la pose d'un carrelage avec colle et joint...

Love our Smart Tiles

We used the metro cassandra in our rv and it immediate elevated the look from the cheapo rv finishings it came with! They were so easy to cut and apply! We are a little nervous as they are close to water and flame (sink and propane stove) but the reviews and the fact that you can use them in bathrooms (lots of water) make us more confident. We've gotten so many compliments!!

Easy and fast install

I used these tiles for a kitchen backsplash. They are very nice looking and clean far better than normal tile and grout, in that grout itself doesn't clean well. However, the "grout" on these tiles are just part of the tile pad, which means cleaning is a breeze. Usually with home products with a sticky back you would encounter a problem wherein once you stick the item onto something it will not come off, or doing so damages the item. That isn't the case with these. You do have to make sure tiles line up correctly, and the stickiness is forgiving enough to allow you to lightly place before fully compressing onto the surface. I was also concerned about seems, especially on the "grout" portion. However, these are nearly invisible. Cutting is easy but make sure you have a sharp knife and some pressure. I'm quite happy with the purchase. Now I'll have to wait and see how they all hold up over the next years.
I have been looking for something to frame a very large bathroom mirror for quite a while and have tried several different things. I ordered the smart tiles and we cut them in two widths each and framed the bathroom mirror and it looks wonderful. It was so easy to use and looks professionally done. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Ayant une vieille crédence en mauvaise état c’était soit tout casser, soit repeindre mais la peinture n’aurais pas cacher les défauts d’usures de l’ancien carlage.
Donc j’ai trouver @thesmarttiles qui allait combler toute mes attentes.
J’ai combinait le MÉTRO BLANCO avec le VINTAGE GALLO et je suis satisfaite du résultat.

Surprisingly real looking, even up close. The extra flaps on the one side of the tile provide much needed margin for error when aliging tiles on overlap, kind of wish there was similar overlap leeway on bottom edge, but that's a tiny nitpick for otherwise easy install. Only meant to do backsplash initially, but liked them so much I've continued them into a half-wall!

Better than expected

We bought the subway tiles to install in our camper. They were a lightweight and easy to install option. The tiles came in nice and quick and were easy to install! The only downfall would be how easily the corners can rip, but being extra careful took care of that! Overall the tiles were better than we expected and we really love the way they look in our camper!

Après avoir lu les différents avis sur les smarttiles, je me suis lancée pour rénover ma salle de bain.
Je suis tellement satisfaite tant par le concept et la simplicité, que j'ai décidé de redécorer le mur côté vasque et derrière la machine à laver.
C'est moins contraignant que la pose d'un nouveau carrelage.
Maintenant à voir dans le temps sa résistance...

J ai acheté cet article pour la salle de bain , les couleurs sont très belles, je ne voulais pas faire de grand travaux étant locataire, j ai trouvé le bon compromis pour donner une touche de modernité à cette pièce. Les plaques sont très faciles à couper et à coller. J en ai recommandé pour la cuisine,le résultat est parfait. Je suis satisfaite de vos produits.

Love these things!!! I was worried because the cost seemed pretty high for a DIY, but they are so easy and make the biggest difference! Would highly recommend.
The only thing I would suggest to Smart Tile is to make more of the larger sizes- I’m super happy with my order but it seemed that there were mostly small/ bathroom sized tiles in the fun colors.

J'ai acheté cet article le mois dernier. Le but était de cacher le devant d'une baignoire sur lequel j'avais déjà fait des essais de peinture pas très bien réussis, et que je voulais arranger. Au final, c'est bluffant ! Facile à poser, il faut juste un bon cutter et faire attention aux raccords entre les morceaux.
Je recommande, et j'en rachèterai surement.

J'ai acheté cet article le mois dernier après avoir commandé et reçu l'échantillon. La livraison est ultra rapide. Le service client réactif. Les dalles adhésives ressemblent parfaitement à la photo du site. J'ai fait une frise sur ma baignoire, ça tient parfaitement. Facile à appliquer. Résultat TOP! Un peu cher pour de grandes surfaces mais ça vaut le coup.

Love these stick on tiles!

I bought the Metro Cassandra (light gray) subway tiles as a way to give my dated apartment kitchen a renter friendly make over. I absolutely LOVE the transformation and the quality of the product. Easy to install and to date has held up well. I highly recommend these to anyone who can’t install real tile due to living in an apartment or monetary constraints.
