One coat that does EVERYTHING

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I redeemed 2 cans of Sico Muse Interior paint and used it in my powder room. It coated really nicely and i didn't do much preparation, meaning i didn't have to prime it first, i just applied a coat of Sico paint and voila, no need to prime and no need for a second coat. So now i have an extra can left for my next project. Thank you so much, i liked it so much that i even bought me a can of Sico Exterior Stain for my backyard

Easy, contemporary look

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The colours although seems limited at first glance but makes sense for this line of paint. It mainly has grayish reds, yellows, blues and greens which provide a nice contemporary look. I ended up with one light gray and a greenish gray colour that I painted my room and bathroom with respectively. They turned out nice and since it contains primer and paint, it was an easy job. In the future I would buy this paint again.

Not low odour. Great coverage

I thought this covered the wall beautifully. Almost only one coat needed. However, we were painting charcoal in white..so very easy to cover. What disappointed me about this paint was the string odour initially, followed by the lingering odour for days afterwards, despite having a lot of air flow (doors and windows open, large open space). It is disgusting. I would not purchase this paint again.

Covers amazingly, limited colour choices

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Sico Muse Interior 100% Acrylic Paint applies smoothly and covers really well. I painted over old wood paneling and it covered wonderfully with one coat. I was a little disappointed that the colour selection was limited to neutral and pale colours. I was wanting a rich, vibrant colour, so I hope Sico Muse Interior 100% Acrylic Paint provides a wider range of colour choices soon.

Most convenient economical paint

SICO Muse Interior 100% Acrylic Paint is so convenient compared to traditional paints as you can paint over existing paint without needing to use Primer first. Usually only one coat of paint is necessary making this type of paint economical too. I would definitely recommend this paint as it’s perfect for someone who chooses to paint themselves instead of hiring a painter.

Great to use! i have painted quite a few walls in my lifetime, and this was one of the cleaner paints i have used. went on the roller and brush very easy. not to thick. my walls look brand new!!!More expensive if i was going to buy it myself. but i probably will think about it! very happy with it. loved having a chance to review this product.

Pire peinture

Nous avons peint le plafond (cuisine/salon) avec la peinture MUSE. Un vrai DÉSASTRE !!! Mon conjoint qui est un habitué de travaux de peinture(déjà eu sa compagnie) a perdu une journée complète avec cette peinture médiocre et doit recommencer. Nous avons opté pour la plus haute gamme et nous recevons la pire. J'espère que SICO honore sa clientèle déçue.

100% Sico Acrylic Interior Paint

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got the product specified at Lowe’s and they happened to have a wonderful display of the Sico paint at the entrance. I painted the hallway and entrance to my home with the white that I got and it went on very smoothly, easily, no bad scent to interfere with the job. The cleanup was easy and I have enough left for other future projects. Thankyou

Beautiful finish

If you want this paint to work in one coat . tip
put it on thick on roller then roll it out if your roller is to light with paint it will come threw light and paint will be 2 thin. And I roll over it smooth so you dont get lines .. there are these big blue rollers that have almost like fabric strings on them I find they work the best

Disappointing !

After 2 coats, the roller strokes are still visible. The texture & quality of the paint are good but coverage is a disaster. Now we need 3 coats or more to get an even deep blue wall. I trusted Sico but this new primer & paint all in one trend in the industry is not as trustworthy as the old style of 2 coats over a separate primer.

Amazing but pricey!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This paint is very high quality! We used it in a bright blue room and did not need primer or a second coat. It makes a potentially frustrating job, like painting, so much easier. I am pregnant and the smell was not strong. The results look so clean and professional. The only downside is the price... but you get what you pay for!

Sico Muse Paint is great!

Easy to paint with, goes on with a great coat that covers the old paint completely and looks wonderful when done. I have used other even more expensive paints but this one would be my first choice.

I was told by the employee at the store I bought this paint from that it would only take one coat. What a joke! I finished the first coat and I’m just hoping I don’t end up having to do a third. It’s a dark blue I’m doing over a light grey. Coverage is terrible. The Sico Evolution is a much better paint

It's true there one coat paint colours work great we use them for our listing homes promos with our real estate agents.
AND THE FACT THAAT we can use them in damp basements, kitchens bathrooms or garage insides. With eggshell finishes instead of Pearl is amazing mold mildew resistance works great.

poor coverage

Chose a merlot, applied over grey. Tried 3 different brushes, even tried to cool it down because it came out of a hot car and thought it might be too warm. It will not apply evenly by brush, smears rather than spreads, back brushing is likely to pick up the paint again and leave the wall exposed.

Ça ne vaut pas son prix

J'ai peinturé ma salle à manger, il y a quelque mois. La couleur est très belle. Mais la peinture n'est pas solide, dès qu'on accoté quelque chose au mure ça fait une marque. Ne pas utiliser cette peinture si vous avez des enfants ou si vous vivez chez vous. Ça ne reste pas beau longtemps.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This paint was a pleasure to work with. It went on easily, provided good coverage and dried to a nice finish. I will definitely be buying more to do additional trim around the house! One tip I have is to use a quality paint brush meant for acrylics to avoid visible brush strokes.

Best Paint Ever

This is a fantastic paint, the best paint I've used. It is well worth the little bit extra price difference. It's a 2 in 1 which helps with coverage and applying it. I still used a primer before hand because I was painting over a pretty nasty color and only needed one coat.

The colors were absolutely gorgeous it's hard to pick just one. It gives the house a warm farmhouse feel and that's exactly what we wanted :)

Great Paint for an Accent Wall

Great coverage paint

Excellent product! I'm a painter and have used many different brands of paint , and this is rite up there with the best of them. Paint must be applied with correct size/thickness of rollers and spread thick and even.

Nous venons de peinturer un mur, ça devait prendre une seule couche et bien voilà 3 couches et le temps de séchage requis entre les couches et celle-ci est toujours collante. Bref trop chère pour le rendement

Kent employee highly recommended this paint for my store as it is chalk-able in 15 days. I needed a dark red wine colour. I lost 2 days because it took 7 coats to cover a beige coloured wall. Regret.

Terrible coverage for pricey paint

I just finished my bedroom which took 3-4 coats and is still streaked in some spots. I was covering a light blue wall so I would not have expected it to take 3-4 coats. Not happy with the results.

Quality paint worth every cent

Great results

On a flight-of-fancy, I chose ‘Chant de Huard’ (song of the loon). The application along the edges went seamlessly and the overall semi-gloss gave the timeless quality I was looking for.
