Peinture mate pour plafonds spécialement formulée avec un indicateur rose disparaissant : la peinture est rose pendant l'application , mais elle devient "Blanc naturel" une fois sèche. Cet effet permet de voir aisément les sections déjà peintes afin de faciliter le recouvrement. La couleur rose disparait dans un délai de 30 a 60 minutes après l'application, selon la température et l'humidité.

Sico flat ceiling paint with pink dye

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Sico flat ceiling paint with dye was pretty thick for a ceiling paint. Upon opening you can see a pink tinge to it. The coverage was excellent. I did two coats over grey and was impressed. I did not see much of the pink while painting so Just their ceiling paint would be fine in my opinion. There was a little splattering while painting but not much.once I got the hang of using the brush and roller with this paint, I really liked it. Maybe in a brighter area you may see the pink better.

No more streaks and missed spots!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am pretty much the world's worst painter. When I paint walls I get on the ceiling, I paint ceiling I get on the walls! LOVED that this paint shows up pink (and dries white) while painting, showing you exactly where you have applied it. It allowed me to paint my bathroom ceiling and showed me all the spots I missed or did not apply enough product. As ceilings are hard to paint this product ensures you are doing it correctly. No more streaks or missed spots! Looks fantastic!

Think Pink!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have tried this product and love the fact that it’s initially pink then dries white. It allowed me to see where I painted and where I missed. The low odour is great as some fumes gives me a headache. It should be noted that if you paint a bathroom ceiling, even though the paint is dry to the touch, refrain from taking a hot shower until the paint has fully cured...I didn’t and the moisture turned it pink again...it was fine after a full 24hr cure!

Absolutely loved the pink, I hate painting our ceilings, we tend to always miss a few small spots which aren't noticeable under after we are finished. The pink makes it so easy to see what's already been painted. Saves so much time to just roll and continue. Paint rolled on nice and smooth, none of those tiny little bubbles like other paints. Even better was the fact that there was barely a paint smell.

Un vrai cauchemard. Cette peinture a totalement détruit mes plafonds, elle fait des grosses marques. Nous avons mis d’autres peintures pour couvrir et la cochonnerie de rose n’arrête pas de revenir et refait des marques. Nous sommes à 4 autres couches d’une autre peinture pour couvrir ce désastre et nous n’avons toujours pas les resultats voulus.
TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TRÈS DÉÇUE DE SICO.

Purchased this paint for the main floor ceilings of a new build, ~1200 sq ft. It is absolutely, without a doubt, terrible! We painted 2 full coats in opposite directions. It got worse with each coat. It is thick and does not spread well. It dries streaky with textured, rough patches. Very obvious when any light shines on it. We attempted a third coat hopeful it would get better (buying 2 additional cans in the process) but it continued to get worse so we did not complete it. Now we are in a position that we have to re-sand everything and start fresh. It is not the wasted money that is most upsetting, but rather the wasted time. This is a huge setback in our progress. Many, many hours of lost time. I hate that I have to even provide 1 star as the minimum review because it does not deserve it. Will never buy another SICO product based on this experience. Where has the quality gone? Could not be more disappointed. DON’T BUY.

Bonjour,
J’aimerais savoir s’il y a une difficulté particulière pour peinturer un plafond avec cette peinture. L’application était facile mais le résultat est que je dois faire refaire la peinture du plafond…dois-je choisir une autre marque? Ou bien y a-t-il un problème avec cette peinture? Tous les conseils sont bienvenus! Je suis pas mal découragée!

It's a must try product

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Recieved this as a tester and I honestly love it. I love that it doesn't have that strong smell most paints have. I love that it rolls on pink but when it's dry it goes white, I don't gotta guess when it's dry and I'm able to apply a second coat this paint pretty much tells you. I also like the fact it dries pretty quickly.

WORTS CEILING PAIN EVER

Omg do not buy. We’ve been having trouble ever since we started to use that ceiling paint. You can see marks everywhere even after 2 coats, we’ll have to redo the whole ceiling again with ANOTHER BRAND ! Never had any problem with the Behr paint but decided to give it a try with the Sico one : worst decision ever !!

Sico Ceiling Paint

Dries streaky

Painted one coat on the entire main floor ceiling and it dried super streaky. Painted a second coat (after buying a second bucket) and rolled in the opposite direction. Dried worse than the first coat. Have used this paint for years but will not be buying it again.

Amazing

Didnt miss a spot anywhere! It was like i was painting a different colour so i was able to ensure no spots were missed.

Good ceiling paint, highly recommended

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It is very easy to apply and the paint spread out nicely. The paint doesn't have a strong odour which is very very good. Also, the pink indicator is good to show the dryness of the paint. Also I paint two layers and the result is very good.

Pire peinture pour un plafond. Tres épaisse et a laissé un fini poreux irrégulier qui a fait plusieurs trace malgré un primer au préalable.
Meme apres une 2ieme couche,, il y a toujours traces.
Je dois probablement tout sabler et recommencer.

LOVE THE PINK!

Superior SICO ceiling paint

Makes painting ceilings SO much easier

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This paint went on evenly and dried about as quickly as expected. The odor was low--no better or worse than other paints. I liked the pink colour, made it very easy to tell which spots needed touching up and ensuring an even coat.

Very good product. We are able to know what had been painted and what is left. I highly recommend this paint. I was septic about the pure white final color, but the pink pigment really disappears while drying.

This rolled on white.....I was disappointed. I spent $11 extra dollars to see where i was painting or missing and there was ZERO pink colour. Keep the extra $11 in your pocket and buy regular ceiling paint !

Absolutely the worst paint ever. Goes on horribly, zero coverage. Garbage garbage garbage. After 6 hours of painting ceilings with two I need to redo as it needs another coat maybe 2.

Sico Pink Ceiling paint

Advertised as one coat covering. This could not be further from the truth. I put this paint on a white ceiling and after it dried....horror. You will definitely need multiple coats.
