Radiateur Handy Heater Turbo, 800 W

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of a plug in heater is a great concept. This is more of a personal space heater than a room heater. Plugging into a wall outlet reduces cords across the floor. However, there are some operational “opportunities” that could make this a much better product. The buttons for on/off and temperature need to be brighter. They are gray on black making them difficult to see from any distance. The rotating feature is nice, but not very usable as the controls are not easily accessed or seen if the unit is rotated to a side. As for heating is does a good job for a small space. The 3 stars are because of the operational issues.

It’s very simple to use out of the package, straightforward and easy to understand. I was grateful for the swiveling outlet option to make it better fit my outlet space. The heat seems quite powerful for such a tiny thing and warm air can be felt 3+ feet away. It’s also not too loud. It’s noticeable but it’s quiet enough that it didn’t bother my two young kids who are always quick to point out if something is “loud.” This would be great for rooms in your house that don’t get as much heat as you’d like and you want to give them a little boost. I plan to keep mine in my office by my desk for cool evenings when I need a little extra coziness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This As Seen On TV Handy Heater Turbo 800 helped warm my bathroom since my bathroom never gets heat from the HVAC/furnace system. I plugged this heater into the wall socket. It is a space-saving wall outlet heater that plugs right into the wall and takes up little space. It is very compact. Furthermore, it is very easy to use. I set the digital LED display to the temperature I wanted. Once the room reached the temperature, I set the heater went into standby mode. I did not hear the heater turn on or off; therefore, the heater has quiet operation. I was very surprised how powerful this heater was. It was capable of warming my bathroom. I will now test this unit in my bedroom which has a larger space.

I put it in our small bathroom as the central heat in there does not work to see how long it would take to get it warm in there . i set it on 90 and in no time it got really warm. It is so easy to install just plug in a 120 volt socket , easy to read instructions . I wasn"t to sure at first just how much heat this little heater would put out all i can say is wow !!!. This heater is perfect for small rooms . offices, patios anywhere where extra heat is needed. I love it !!!. I definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've seen a wall-outlet space heater, such a cool idea! It may be little, but I can see why they call it a turbo 800. It puts out heat and fast! I have it by my desk as I try to keep the heat at a lower temperature to save on the heating bill. Whenever I start to get a chill, I plug it in and within a couple minutes it's already putting out heat! I like that it has different temperature settings, great feature. And it's energy efficient, so definitely a trade from high heating bills. Need more of these throughout our home!

I wanted to see how this would work in our small travel trailer and it is a great solution for warming up my space. This unit allows you to adjust the temperature from 60 to 90 and has a 12-hour timer on it also. All you have to do is plug it into a 3-prong plug and set your temperature. I am really happy with the Handy Heater Turbo 800 to warm up my space in cold weather. I recommend this item for anyone who needs to warm up a space quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not let the small compact size of this heater fool you, it packs a punch. This handy heater is almost pocket size, plugs directly into an outlet and heats off fast to warm up a small space. Digital Touch on and off, thermostat adjustment, and a timer. No wires to trip over, no floor space is taken up, and no worries about knocking it over. This is used in my small office at work. It heats the space very well, and very fast. The only downside is the fan is slightly loud, but not to the point that it is bothersome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Heater Turbo 800 but find that the button to lower the heat setting does not always work. After several tries I did get it lowered to 83 from 90. Another time I was successful in lowering it to 71after many attempts.. Of course I haven't tried to increase the temperature since it defaults to 90. It does the job of heating the room well...I like the size and is not too noisy.
