Best knife on the market !

I’ve owned an olfa for over 3 years now and won’t ever switch back to any other blade company, match this knife with an olfa black blade and you’re in business I’ve never had issues with the blade snapping while applying cutting pressure and that’s what I like most about these blades, that and those black blades are sharper than ever will cut anything with ease

Solid, lightweight utility knife

I’ve been using the 25mm XH-1 for about a year now as a general contractor, and have never found it too big or unwieldy. It’s my main utility knife, and I’ve used it to cut spray foam, caulking, cardboard, drywall, and anything else that needs cutting. Between this and a smaller 9mm OLFA, I feel prepared for any cutting task, big or small.

Best knife around!

I've been using Olfa Blades and knifes for a good 10+ years, I keep on me at all times on the job site. I have one in every tool box and keep one in every vehicle. I would never buy another knife. The rubber grip in the 25 mm knife is perfect! And the ratchet lock always keeps the blade locked and secure!

Love this knife

Love this knife. Use it every time when it comes to slicing and dicing. Vinyl - no problem. Drywall - no problem. Rubber - no problem. Even food in a pinch. Tomatoes and even filleted a fish.
Blades are strong, grip is fantastic and it lasts forever - except some of the plastic parts.

Great strength and precision

I bought my first home a few months ago, and used this everywhere for a lot of DIYs we had to do - drywall, plastic, cardboard, whatever the material, this knife cut through it like butter. Feels much sturdier in your hand than traditional “cheap” knives, worth every penny.

Great tool

I have bought quite a few olfa knives over the years. And this is by far my favourite because of the added grip. Downside is it comes with regular blades. The black blades are nicer. But you can always get them along with the knife. Very durable under the abuse.

Tough and ergonomic

I use this thing all day, everyday at work as a fabricator. It stands up to all kinds of abuse (including being run over by a forklift) and it still keeps cutting stuff. Olfa is the best there is, that's why my work supplies free blades for these.

Great knives and worth the money

I use Olfa blades all time in my line of work.
I am a mason and and Olfa blade is part of our daily tool list.
We use the Olfa blades for everything from sharpening a pencil to cutting open bags of masonry cement, Very handy and always sharp.

Knife is incredibly comfortable in the hand and feels durable. Blades last much longer than value blades and work well through a range of different uses. I can cut everything on the job without having to constantly swap blades. #sweepstakes

Recently lost my 18mm LA-X was rushed and feeling eager to never miss my olfa again. So I bought this as a back up option, assuming it had the slider, I was wrong. And returned it, can’t stand the ratchet crank. Otherwise great product

Have bought these for years. Only time I need to replace is when I lose them. The new blade is way sharper and lasts longer. And the handle is the most comfortable and doesn't feel like the whole thing will break apart in my hands

Great knife

I bought this knife about 2 years ago, and it is still a wonderful knife that I use daily. The blades are durable, very sharp, and they have minimal flex when applying pressure. Overall a great knife I would recommend for anyone.

The Perfect Knife

I pretty much have one of these in every one of my tool box and day bags. This comes in so handy for removing trim, chaulk to cutting random things that comes.your way. Definitely recommend for heavy users.

Best utility knife I've used

I've used Olfa knives for work for over 20 yrs. I've tried others, but I always come back to my Olfa black blades. I have one knife I've had for nearly ten yrs, and I panic when i can't find it. Lol.

Great tool, the only problem I have is I keep breaking the wheel to tighten the blade, so I have to buy a new tool. Costly overtime. Can you please make the wheel out of brass as well?

Best locking mechanism around!

This knife is a CUT above all the rest . Such an ease to lock and release which is the most important factor in a utility knife. Also the build quality is superb! Definitely recommend.

Removing trim, cutting insulation, cutting clam board, trimming wood, even coping base. 25mm blade is super solid breaks off less than 18mm. I always keep one of these nearby

Good could be better

Knife works great, however the plastic that holds the blade breaks after about 2-3 months of heavy use. Should have a metal version of that piece as well as the thumb wheel.

Reliable knife!

Love my Olfa. Reliable mechanics, the black blades stay sharp way longer than the silver ones. I’ve lost a couple in attics but always have a couple in the trailer!
