Scellant Zip Seal'N Peel, 300 ml, clair

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used to have few windows in my house that leaked rain droplets and small insects were able to penetrate into the house which I really hated. Since my husband put on the Mulco Zip Seel N'Peel no more rain drops and no more nasty small insects! It's very effective and it's pretty easy to apply, you just have to put a thin layer around the window and it drys out quite quickly. Note that we tested it on the exterior side which is great that it can be used inside and outside the house. The color is transparent which makes the finishing quite elegant rather the white color. I would definitely recommend this.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I originally filled the survey out I don’t remember choosing a seal n peel. We require caulking for bathrooms but not windows or portable air-conditioners etc. the smell was strong. I’m not sure vanilla scent makes sense fro this kind of product, kind of sickly sweet. We will try it again when we help renovate a family friends home. Aside from that, it went on well we haven’t attempted to peel it off as of yet. I’m wonder if it would help with painting baseboards to keep the paint of the floor or windows when painting trim. Us no green tape or blue always causes a problem and is labour intensive

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was so excited to get this product as we needed to reseal our windows upstairs. When I first tried to cut the plastic tip to start sealing it was super hard to cut and took me quite a while to do so. The product markets itself as a Vanilla Scented sealer and upon smelling it I was taken back by how much it smelled like chemicals. I personally did not get any hints of a vanilla scent. The product overall was easy to use and dried and sealed well! Let’s see how it holds up over the winter. I wouldn’t be opposed to using this product again as Mulco is known for making high quality products.

It's designed to be easy to remove, so it's perfect for temporary sealing jobs such as drafty windows in the winter that you will want to be able to open up in the summer! Clear so it blends well on any color and also has a added fragrance so it doesn't have as strong of a traditional caulking smell. Love using this for energy saving purposes in summer or winter, highly recommend for an afforable product that will work for temporary or seasonal fixes 😄

Instead of using a film lining on the outside of my windows this winter to help seal my windows for weather proofing when it’s cold, I’m super excited to try out this transparent sealant peel! It should create a tight bond instantly, and I love that when I’m done with it when the warmer weather comes it will easily peel off, leaving no residue so I can go back to opening and closing my window. Also, it says it has a vanilla scent 😍 Large sized bottle with an easy to apply tip. The product itself should work for what it’s intended to keep air away.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This Mulco Seal N’Peal is a super neat product. I love the idea of being able to seal something up but then easily remove it after. I tried a small area just of my window just to see how it would work, and removal was super quick and easy. The product pealed off easily without breaking into small chunks and making a mess. The vanilla scented claim was the part I wasn’t a fan of - it smelled super weird and fake and gave me a headache. The smell did fade quickly though and I would buy this product again.

Our house is over 20 years old + the windows in both our kids rooms is quite drafty in the cooler months so this was what I tested this sealant on. As the nights start to get cooler, I have been able to notice a difference in the rooms feeling much warmer at night. The big test will be once winter comes but so far, the cool drafts in the windows are gone. Only con is the vanilla scent is a bit strong but not a terrible scent.
