i use this product everyday , i work in furniture and appliances, doing repair , assembly , and destruction of said products above handset has the power i need to break nuts and bols that are torqued on to all steel mechanism's some brand new others over a decade old and it has the power to break it down with ease , i also do minor carpentry at home as a hobby and again never lets me down i also carried one of these when i was doing stone and tile and it was my go to tool for many things im not big on spending money on tools that dont require it but if you need a reliable impact for your job this is the one to geti promise the performance and reliability tremendously out weigh the cost in your favor !

We are IT company ,Using impact driver to install small jobs like mounting penel on wall or TV or monitor, no rough use. Warranty expired december 2019 and in 2020 we were close for 3-4 months. Once we start working impact driver was showing flashing light. We check battery is fine, Works with drill/driver. We have another set from porter cable, its old, same 12v battery and still works after 5yrs, no problem at all. Check pic for condition of tool

I got this driver as part of a *non-FUEL* 5-piece M12 set and it sets the bar VERY high for competition 12v systems. This driver has LOADS of torque for its size and has been fantastic on battery life. I've used this driver for hanging OSB throughout my garage to hang shelving and when paired with a XC 3.0 or 4.0 battery, its a monster. If you're looking for a compact driver that performs with loads of torque, look no further.

I love this little driver. I can impact up to 1/2" socket sized nuts and bolts with this thing, I got a !/4", 3/8", and 1/2" adapters for it and not afraid to tackle a bolt or nut of any size with it, as long as I got a fresh batteriy, I'd say 75% of the time I can get the bolt loose with this driver, unless it's a 3/4 or 1" drive bolt, come on, can't win em all!! Bought the driver, went to a job and laid a 32x12 deck. Never missed a beat. Battery packs drove MANY 2 1/4" deck screws. Fits my hand comforteably; very easy on my 65 year old arm. Two controls: the trigger and foward/reverse. Simple, small, dureable, light weight, bullet-proof. As good as it gets for a tool. About what you would expect from Milwaukee.

It is very light and since it is compact it takes A LOT less space in my tool box! Great power for its size, I use it in small and big jobs and I have not had any issues at all even though it gets used all day every day. Definitely a good product. It also does a very great job with the bigger battery which gives it the extra kick!

There was a time when 12v meant under powered, and certainly there are applications where it may still be, but no question, these perform well across most use cases and the form factor is so convenient! As such, I know when I would need "more" and can plan, but this is what is in the bag full time.

Excellent tool! I’m an automotive apprentice and I use this thing under hood and undercarriage for trim and smaller fasteners. Works flawlessly with soo many different jobs. I’m aiming for the brushless soon but until then I’m more than satisfied with this one.
