WOW!
il y a 5 mois
Now THIS is a blower! It can seriously move some debris. I blew my driveway off, moved small stones, sticks, leaves, and grass clippings with ease. However in my infinite wisdom, decided to blow sawdust out of my garage. What ensued can only be described as a dust storm of epic proportions. I think I’ll stick to outdoor use from now on. I would recommend 8ah batteries or larger, as it will drain 6ah in about 30 minutes
Best Blower I’ve ever owned. Had bought gas powered blowers every two years because they died…this is my first battery operated blower and WOW, IMPRESSIVE power! If not better than my advertised 180mph gas blower that died 2 weeks ago. This blower is at least 30-45% lighter and has TONS OF POWER. I do own a slew of Milwaukee tools so have extended 9.0ah batteries and it was no problem for my 1/4 acre property.
A shoulder strap would be appreciated for extended use. I bought this thinking it might be a handy alternative to my Stihl backpack blower. The Stihl is easier on the arms because the weight is shouldered by the harness. This dual battery blower is primarily operated single handed, and the entire load is on one arm. A shoulder strap and attachment point to a balance point would be beneficial.
Lots of fun! I just spent the weekend helping my buddy work on his cabin in the mountains in UT. Took my blower and bunch of other Milwaukee tools.
My 10 yo son was getting bored. So i reminded him he could play with tthe blower.
We put empty water bottles with the bottoms cut off down the tube and LAUNCHED them into the air! He even built a working parachute for the bottles.
Great times!
The biggest and only complaint is that it EATS through batteries so quickly. If you have a large yard, or a bunch of leaves, you might make sure you have a BUNCH of charged batteries. I used the 5amp batteries to start with. I definitely recommend using the 8amp batteries They make it heavier of course, but it will last a lot longer. Im a Milwaukee guy, so I don’t know how others compare.
I used it to clear snow this winter with no issues with static as listed by a couple of people, it goes though the batteries quickly but moves the snow on the sidewalk at a walking pace so you can cover a fair amount of ground. A set of batteries lasts me my front and rear sidewalk, deck and driveway the neighbours front sidewalk and driveway and my truck. The power is terrific.
Had the unit for a few months now, used it for lite snow around the home for now.First thing, it does do what it is suppose too, the machine pressure is great, the drawback is it drains 2 4ah batteries in 10 mins which in my opinion is not great. For this reason it is getting a poor review.Batteries aren't included make the unit quite expensive with very litle run time.

Awesome!!!

Great blower! I used two 6.0 batteries (non forge) and then two 5.0s and it worked great. Tne balance is good and the extranhandle was perfect for getting the blower into small spaces. Its balanced but you will need to switch hands from time to time but you'd be doing that anyway. Worth the money in my humbke opinion. If it's in your budget I would say get it it!
I have the single battery blower version at work and its great. I have the dual battery blower at home. The dual battery blower is on par with gas blowers in term of power. I use 5.0s that last long enough to clear leaves from my lawn and blow out debris from my shop. I love my single battery blower at work but after using the dual battery I wish I had two.
I have used the M18 single battery blower for a couple years, which works well. However, I wanted more power when I was blowing leaves off my lawn in the fall. The Dual Battery Blower has a noticeable power increase and it is quieter. It is obviously heavier (using 2 8ah batteries) but it is well balanced and comfortable to use. I highly recommend!
I am quite pleased with the overall performance of the blower. I wish it would have come with a 45 degree angled nozzle adapter. That would make it easier to accomplish some of the tasks I have been using it for. With the dual high output batteries attached, the tool has some pretty hefty weight. Otherwise I'm quite happy with this purchase..
Great for most jobs homeowner would have, good power and performance. Nice to be able to select hi and low power modes for control of debris . I use mine for many things, from leaves in the yard to sawdust in my shop to dirt and dust in my work truck. Just pull the trigger and your shop, tools ,yard, and vehicle are clear of dust and debris.
this blower is awesome and has a good amount of power. the only thing i dont like about the blower is that when u try to reduce the nozzle down you lose the cfm. it would be awsome if the blower was more of the style of a squirrel cage. it wouldnt loose the power as easily when you get close to something or reduce it down.
The most powerful blower I've ever used!
We all know that using a high-draw tool is really hard on small batteries, so do yourself a favor and use 9Ah or better to preserve them.
Anyone in these reviews who's complaining about battery life is probably locking the trigger on full power, which is unnecessary and hugely inefficient!
Whatever size of batteries you're using, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND taking advantage of the variable trigger lock on a fuel-efficient lower speed, then using the trigger for occasional extra boost.
I used a pair of 12Ah batteries, and using this technique did my entire driveway, parking area, deck and stairs in about 30 mins, and still have all 4 lights on the fuel gauge.
The 12Ah batts were a bit heavy, but the balance was still pretty good. I think 9Ah would be a good compromise for normal residential use.
The performance of this tool is staggering, and the noise volume is less than half of my gas-blower.
Absolutely no regrets on this purchase!
This design is great for making sure you don’t block the airflow, and protect the fan from leaves. The only thing that I’d recommend is to making the battery packaging easier to unpack. It would be most beneficial to have a pull tab with perforated lines to ope with ease. The current package is a deterrent!

Pretty good power and run time.

Pretty powerful for a battery blower. I use 6.0HO batteries in mine and I can blow off the roof of my house, the cars, front porch, back porch, a decent size driveway and still have some juice left in the batteries. It’s a little expensive but if you already have the batteries, it’s worth picking one up.
I have both the 2724 (single battery) and this new dual battery unit. Hoping for increased air volume and more power. Not a noticeable CFM improvement over single battery unit. Does not runs as long a the single battery unit either. Not worth the money. I will keep using the single battery unit.
The volume of air is very good and the dual battery design really extends the useable time. It’s a bit heavy to use according to my daughter but still lighter than our old gas model. The attachment nozzles are a little difficult to remove and change but I feel they’re tight because of the newness.
This leaf blower has much more power than the one I replaced and, at least for me, it seems to run forever on the batteries. I actually did my front and back yard AND the neighbors and barely put a dent in the battery level. I'm very impressed with the power and the light weight of the tool.
When looking for a blower that is powerful and responds instantly, this where one should start.
It has no issues competing with my gas blowers and the fact that it’s emissions-free makes it ideal for garage and shop cleanup.
A wonderful product that complements my Milwaukee ecosystem.
Well built unit, but the nozzles are so wide the power is somewhat lacking in comparison to the gas motor units I was wanting to replace. It's convenient, but I'll need to 3D print a better tip for it. It has good balance, make sure to get some big batteries -- it chews the juice.
Very powerful blower and super convenient to grab and go. When I need to use the blower, it is so much easier to grab two batteries and just get the job done. No more hunting an extension cord or seeing if I still have my gas/oil mix ready to go. This blower is excellent!
Love having two power levels. It allows me to use the low when blowing leaves out of the flower bed without blowing my mulch away. I can also use the high when blowing leaves out of the rock beds without having to go and kick rocks around to loosen the leaves to remove.
Great power from the blower. But it eats though batteries way too fast. It would also be alot better of it had the ability to run off just one battery, even of the power was reduced. Once the first 2 die, you need 2 more fully charged and lined up just to finish the job.
I wanted an electric cordless blower to replace my aging back pack blower. I purchased the milwaukee dual battery blower, and I'm glad I did because it does a great job. I use 2, 12 amp batteries and it will do my entire yard twice before I have to charge the batteries.
I have been very impressed with everything about this blower! Very powerful, the different heads really help with different tasks.
Good quality build. I love that they added the slider to hold the speed. Overall very happy with the longevity and power it provides!
This blower works perfect for my small front and backyards. Actually, the backyard pretty big but my front yard is small. I can use 1 fully charged 18v battery for all of the backyard and almost finish the front yard before I have to switch to another battery
Despite being a fair bit heavier then the single battery fuel blower if you need maximum CFM while being M18 compatible this is the blower to get. For home tasks I think single battery fuel is king with weight to power but for job site this unit really shines
My mom whom is 80 actually used and loved it. Her 23 acres are meticulously cared for by her. On Mother’s Day I did some work for her. She would not give up her corded blower despite several attempts. Well just look at the smiles she absolutely loved it!!!!
I bought this to replace my gas powered leaf blower and was literally blown away by how powerful it was. It's so convenient to pull it off the shelf, press the trigger and go! Also, the centerline axial fan doesn't torque the blower to one side or another.
