No sound
il y a 5 mois
Radio just pops, no sound comes out other than static at times. You can change to a different radio station but it just has a loud pop, then silence. One other thing is the battery is very difficult to remove from the radio.

Sounds like a tin can
il y a 2 ans
This radio had it all, until I listened to it.
Sadly, the sound is very bad for a Bluetooth speaker. Probably it would have been a good idea to team up with a sound company for this part. Bot for the features, it was perfect.
Inctedibly loud speaker for its size. I like the handle and notch in the center to hang it by some wire. I no longer have to lug the bigger m18 radio speakers around or drain my phone battery streaming the radio.
I love it.
Loved it for its use. Quick access for Bluetooth when powered on. Good sound and louder than expected. The only set back is I can tell it’s a standard charger and not a rapid one. Still works fine and happy with the outcome.
This little radio kicks and it charges a M12 battery at the same time. I’ve had the other Milwaukee radios that didn’t charge batteries and didn’t have Bluetooth but this one does it all and it’s very loud while doing it!
I like not having a power cord attached to the back of it. The bluetooth connection is seamless I'll leave a room and come back and the song will stop and start back up without touching it. I almost get 16hrs on one CP2.0
Great sound, battery keeps it alive for quite a while. My only complaint would be the charging is a bit slow.
All in all, good sound quality, loud enough, but reception is not that good, only get a select few stations.

il y a 3 ans
This radio is awesome. Used it several times and had exceptional battery life when not near a plug. Great volume and good sound. Glad I bought it and when around a plug it is awesome that it can charge your batteries
great radio however i bought this with the intent to take it camping and use to charge my phone but the auto shut off prevents any more that 15% charge.. would love to know if the was a way to disable this feature??

Nice little radio for one man operation
il y a un an
This is nice little radio for service techs. The footprint is small and does not take up much space on a cart or in a packout crate. The Bluetooth signal is strong and have not had any issues with this radio so far.
Awesome small shop radio. I use Live one for music and it sounds great. Bluetooths to my computer for good sound. Its small and i keep it plugged in with a battery. It's another M12 battery charger when i need it.
This radio is the best. I use it almost every day on the job site and even around the house! It’s got great sound and it runs on battery or can plug in the wall and be a charger. What else could you ask for.
Perfect for a jobsite. I thought it would be louder but I prefer it that way because not everyone wants to listen to my music. Its light but tough and I can use the batteries I bought for ny heated sweater.
Skeptical at first but turned it on at a job site and I was impressed. It is small so it is easy to carry around. Sound is better than I was expecting. Overall, I would buy it again. Price is about right.
Great compact speaker. Tough and sturdy build. Only complaint is the battery slot for the AAA's has a groove to allow access and it should be the other way around as you have to use a tool to pry it open
The Bluetooth on this radio does not work right. My phone can be on top of it and it will still cut out. The Fm and Am work fine on it but the Bluetooth is not great does not have that much range either

Great little radio
il y a 2 ans
Great sound for the size. I bought it for the radio option, I do use Bluetooth but I also like the radio. Didn’t realize that it will charge your M12 batteries when you have it plugged into 120v outlet.
It’s easy to navigate, connect to and configure. For the money, I expected much better. The audio quality is lacking and the antenna needs a booster. I found the FM radio option and battery platform very appealing and that ultimately sold me on this radio. For the lack of quality, the bulk/size of it is too large. Not to mention the wall wart of a charging cable that comes with the speaker. Come to think of it, what’s the point of that charging option…. I haven’t even used it yet. Maybe emergency phone charger? The last two job sites I’ve been on, the FM radio signal has been junk on multiple channels. Maybe I’ll invest in some tinfoil or rewire/strengthen the antenna. After that, maybe I’ll replace the speaker in it with something of better quality…. Wait now I have another project….a buddy’s Ryobi speaker puts this one to shame.
I bought a small m12 Bluetooth speaker made by Milwaukee a few years ago and it is by far more superior, just doesn’t have the FM option (for baseball/news programming). Idk. I feel like the old small c battery boom boxes need to make a serious come back.
Great radio/speaker for its size. Gets daily use on the jobsite. Pairs quickly with iPhone. Love it! However, with all that it does so well it’s lacking 1. The inability to link with another speaker.
I have had this radio for about a week and absolutely love it the sound is great the size is perfect and the fact that it can change my batteries is great to I would highly recommend this to someone
This radio is awesome. Great sound and reception. Love the long battery life and ability to charge my batteries as well. I even make use of the USB port on the back side. Great buy for a great price
Radio sounds great, but lacks bluetooth control, i,e. play/pause button. I've had it for 3 years and the ac/dc adapter that came with it doesn't work anymore or the radio won't charge the battery.

Speaker packs a punch!
il y a 9 mois
Great little speaker, and charges phones too! Battery life is good enough and can also swap batteries quickly. When powering on, the bluetooth connectivity is very fast, consistent, and automatic.
Works great, good sound, plenty loud enough. Much easier then lugging around the job site M18 radio. Just wish it had an onboard cable instead of having to remember to bring the charger with it.
In 2020, your USB ports need to be able to charge at 9 and 12 volts for phones... Saying you have 2.1A of charge means nothing if it does not support quick charge! Otherwise it is great!
everything was fine , until one day the bluetooth refuse to work anymore, the speaker doesnt show up on the pairring list even if the bluetooth simbol is flashing like in pairing mode.

Poor sound expensive price tag
il y a 2 ans
Sound quality very poor. I have a small JBL speaker (flip 4) that puts this expensive speaker to shame. I was looking forward to this radio because I could use the Milwaukee battery.
Unit is great, but the bass is a little soft. Even when adjusting the bass level up, it's soft. But for a jobsite radio, it's good enough. I can now leave my Bose sound link at home!
Use it all the time, works fine BUT recently the entire display screen flickers on and off .... not sure if this means something is going wrong with the product or if this is normal?
Awesome, best Milwaukee radio to date, compact, charges batterys, bluetooth, wish there was a way to use the M18 battery on this and get same size and features, sounds awesome also
