Bought this for drilling & screwing in a duct-cover inside a cabinet with VERY little space. Never expected with its compact size that it would eventually become my every day drill that goes with me to every job. The long handle allows you to hold the drill very steady, even with hole-saw bits that grab and twist. I've sunk cases of outdoor deck screws, wood screws, and machine screws, and pre-drilled the same number of pilot holes in nearly every circumstance. One of my top 5 tools I've owned.

Eliminates the drudgery of using a stubby or 90 degree ratcheting screwdriver in recessed lighting cans, j-boxes, drop ceilings, and drawer glide repairs and installation. Of course it is great for close-quarter drilling of studs for electrical circuits and clever retrofitting of circuits with minimized number and size of wall or ceiling perforations. The long paddle switch is ergonomically a winner once you figure out the ideal grip for the job.

I have only used it a few times and it has more power than I expected. It is also a bit heavier than I expected, but it is compact, so it should fit in tight spaces, which is what I purchased it for. One of the main reasons I purchased it is sometime when building with pocket screws, I need a driver/drill to fit in a smaller space than a compact driver, this will help.

After comparing the M12 and M18 right angle drills, I decided on this one due to how light and compact it is. If you need a drill/driver for extremely tight spaces where a full sized or sub compact drill won't do the trick, this might be the ticket for you! I've used it for fastening between studs and floor supports and it performed all day on a CP 2.0 amp battery.

The power is impressive, providing more than enough torque for a variety of tasks, from drilling to driving screws. The battery life on the M12 system is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Milwaukee's M12 right angle drill is perfect for getting into tight spots that a standard drill cannot fit into. The head size is 3 3/4 inches which really gets you into spaces that no other tool can get into. The drill delivers 100 in/lbs of torque which is plenty to be able to drill into wood or light metals in tight spots. The drill has a 3/8 chuck and also features an electronic clutch with12 torque settings. Along with an on board LED light and fuel gauge, this drill is very simple but packs loads of features. The paddle switch makes for easy use of the tool. I also own the M12 installation driver but even that tool has it's limits in terms of getting into tight spaces. This right angle drill really helps me to get into tight spots, especially when I am working with machinery. The tool is very well balanced, I prefer to run a 2.0 battery on the drill for best balance. With this tool I don't have to bother with right angle attachments to get into those tight spaces. Overall very functional!!

Cheapo chuck died. I bought "unused" with no receipt. Milwaukee gave me a chuck and screw anyway. Great service ! The new chuck is nicer than the original. Just buy one. When nothing else will do the impossible, reach for this.You can put screws where no other way will work.

This drill fits the bill for those tight spaces sometimes encountered. Lightweight and maneuverable for inside cabinets, between joists, anywhere a full sized drill won't fit. Does not lack in power and a single charge goes a long way. Milwaukee all the way.
