I am switching all my cordless tools to Milwaukee.

I work for a general contractor as superintendent on commercial projects. I also am the owner of a small woodworking company where I do all handcrafted work myself. I use tools all day everyday and I can say with confidence Milwaukee has the best cordless tools overall. This drill/hammer drill is a must have; from power, feel, and safety it is amazing. I am currently switching other cordless and corded tool brands that I own and buying Milwaukee. I would advise others to do the same as it is clear they have the user in mind, and strive to make the best tools with the goal of helping workers safely complete their work better and faster.

I owned a Porter Cable before I bought this. But I needed a hammer drill in order to install a TV stand in the block wall at the our church. One of our trustees had a hammer drill and let me borrow it for this project. I couldn't believe how well this worked out for me and was thinking of getting a Makita before I used his Milwaukee hammer drill. I then saved up and looked up reviews and watched several YouTube videos before deciding to jump into the Milwaukee line. Very happy I bought it and starting to make plans to invest in more later. Highly recommend this tool.
The m18 fuel 2904-20 is the most powerful 1/2in. hammer drill driver I have ever used. When drilling 12, 1/2in. holes in cement, 3in. deep, it went through like butter. When drilling 5in. holes through 1/2 in. cement board board, it went through in no time at all.Drilling in wood, all different sizes, and setting screws, was a breeze. I have older m18 hammer drill drivers, and other brands, and this one put them to shame. The anti kick back feature works great, and the ability to turn it off is terrific. I can't say enough about the m18 2904-20 hammer drill driver.
Excellent little hammer drill with big power! This hammer drill pushes holes into concrete as smooth as if you’re drilling into soft wood. This drill can easily be mistaken as too small for the job, it is definitely powerful enough! The included T-handle is needed to keep control of this drill or it will twist right out of your hand, yes it has the speed and torque without all of the bulk. The LED is positioned better than other drills I’ve used. After being introduced to the Pack Out system I have been converting my tool collection to Milwaukee and I’m more satisfied with each purchase I make. Every thing I’ve bought so far has exceeded my expectations and far outpaced my previous brand that I was loyal to for decades.
I’m not a Pro; just a smart consumer. This was purchased for specific home remodeling purpose. The right tool for the job makes all the difference in the world, and can be a more economical choice in the long run.
The thing about buying Milwaukee is that it’s an investment that retains its value. They don’t break down, they do the work, and at the end of the day they are still worth what you paid for them. If only Milwaukee made cars!

This was my first purchase to get started with the Milwaukee M18 platform power tools for my business. Very satisfied with the performance of all these tools. The quality is exceptional in my opinion, however, I found the flashlight to be on the low quality of the spectrum. I would highly recommend Milwaukee tools for anyone like myself that needs quality tools that will always perform as they should, tools you can rely on. Since this purchase, I've stocked my entire truck and trailer with nothing but Milwaukee!
I was looking to update my current but outdated M18 Fuel hammer/drill/driver, but was very hesitant to go to the new smaller lighter Fuel Drill. I never thought it could have the same power of my older drill. The drill runs cooler is much lighter and has been very impressive. i use my drill on a daily basis at work Also the light being moved to the base of the drill by the battery has really been an improvement, where on prior models the light was by the trigger and was quite often blocked by your hand.
This is everything you need in a "Power Tool" assortment. I knew I wasn't making a mistake acquiring this lot of cordless tools. Milwaukee tools keep on working long after the others have run out of juice and life. My experience is that Milwaukee tools are a lifetime purchase. I have corded tools that are more than 40 years old and still run like a boss. The cordless tools are no less reliable and carry a charge that beats all of its competitors. M18 FUEL is a worthy investment!
