Very Smooth Cutting
il y a 6 mois
I just got the 10" 80 tooth saw blade , I used it on my table saw to cut plywood and some FRP. To say the least , I think it did excellent. The edges of the ply wood didn't really splinter and ripped through both materials at ease. I will definitely continue to use this blade. I will be getting one for my mitter saw as well.
I would recommend and purchase this product again.

Saw blade was used for standard 2x4 and 2x10 materials along with some hardwood trim boards. Cuts were smooth and well edged from the carbide tipped 80 tooth blade. Made cutting effortless with no noticeable vibration. Overall a great product that everyone should have for trim work or every day use cutting 2 x XXX materials!
This 80 tooth 10" saw blade is the best cutting blade I have ever used on my table saw. I have 4 other blades and nothing compares to the blade. I used it to cut 3/4" furniture grade plywood. The cuts were smooth and left no splinters. My table saw has never cut this well. I will only buy Milwaukee blades from now on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this item a little while ago and go ally got a chance to use it and I have to admit I was impressed!! It cut through the wood effortlessly and the cut was nice and smooth! Didn't have any rough edges that needed to get sanded afterward and it saved a lot of time! Great product and I'll be getting more in the future!
It's the best blade you can ever buy , I cut wood with it its so smooth even after a while that same smoothness. When I bought this it normally took me 8 hours to do the job now its 4 hours! This incredible product is a 10 out of 10 thank you Milwaukee for putting such effort in your product Thank you. Sincerely Isreal
I was a little hesitant to replace my 12 inch Diablo blade but after testing this new 12 inch saw blade from Milwaukee I definitely was impressed with the ease of cut and the Xtra thickness especially cutting oak or walnut, just like cutting butter. Well done Milwaukee, I'm replacing most of my every day gear! Thanks!
I use this product to support framing needs for hvac installations. The cuts are quick and clean. I know this review is for the blade, but the saw had a vacuum pickup tube attachment that I use to direct discharge from the cuts. If not hooked up to dust collection, it works to jettison wasted in a predictable manner.
I’m in the flooring trade (there really should be ‘Flooring Installation’ in the Occupation Drop Menu, I only use Milwaukee Power Tools) so needless to say I use different cutting saws on a regular basis and after quickly and easily receiving this blade, jobs gets done! Thanks All Of Milwaukee for The Blade Gift!
What I love about this tool is the battery! I have not had to charge the battery in over a year!!! It’s the best thing, not to mention I love that Milwaukee has over 200 different tools that are apart of the m18 fuel line. This has changed the game and I’ve been a loyal Milwaukee fan for more than 40 plus years.
I received these blades several months ago. I finally ran the original blade that came with my saw to the point it needs sharpening. I slapped on one of these new blades and enjoyed the butter smooth effortless cutting again. These blades take a beating, and come back for more. I couldn’t be happier with them.
I used this blade, at first, because it came with the saw and knew I’d eventually throw a Diablo on it because that’s always been the go to. After running this saw for a week on a deck job, this blade not only surprised me, it changed my mind on what the new “best” is. I will choose this blade again and again!
I've always been a big fan of Diablo blades, but I've definitely found my personal favorite now with this Milwaukee framing wood blade. Doesn't feel like it struggles whatsoever to go through lumber, and provides exceptional cuts every single time. All around it's an amazing blade and will continue using it!
I used this to cut some 2x4s as well as some plywood sheeting and it performed great, it moves through the lumber quickly and I couldn’t find a single tear out. I also cut a rough section off of a live edge table and the finish required minimal prep sanding, I could almost immediately polish with 200 grit+
I'm not sure what makes this blade cut so well, I typically use the Diablo and DeWalt blades, this one is superior. The blade rips 2x lumber with ease in a battery powered circular saw. It's cut through plywood linoleum nails and 2x material like I'm cutting through clear dry pine. Still looking for cons.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always a great product by Milwaukee it delivers a very precise cut very quick. The carbide tipped blade cuts through hardwood with no problems at all stays sharp longer, and the reliefs on the blade keep it from heating up and clogging up. This allows a lot of work getting done without changing blades.
These blades work great for wood cutting. I use them on a daily basis for my roofing/framing work. Although If I had to compare, I feel the Diablo blades cut a little smoother. If I’m not buying Diablo, I’m definitely snagging these!! Thank you for selecting me to review your products. Keep them coming!!
To build a cabin in the woods. I have no electricity at site so the battery power saw is a must. It makes easy work with cutting floor joists, rafters, and of course the many 2x4,2x6,2x8,2x10 and of course 2x12 to list a few. I liked the kick backgaurd. Should be nice to have had a left hand version.
I've always used Dewalt saw blades on all my skill saws as I found they kept nice cuts without splintering the longest, this is the first milwaukee blade I've used and I have to say I am impressed. They perform well on hard wood with minimal splintering, will be buying again if this one ever wears out
This blade is awesome super clean cuts. No chip outs! I’ve been using it on rustic Barnwood T & G and a bunch of 4 x 4 posts it’s been great. Doesn’t gum up and get hot. I usually only use Diablo, but I’m definitely switching This blade has a much better coating on it and has been really holding up!
I haven’t used the blade much seeing as it’s winter here, but from the little I’ve use it, it’s great. It’s cuts clean and quick. There’s no splintering of the wood and there’s no need to force the blade through the wood. Light pressure on the saw and the blade goes through the wood like butter.
I used this blade on my Milwaukee 18v 6" circular saw. It replaced a Spyder blade I had on before. The blade performed every bit as good as the Spyder in cross cuts and rip cuts. It runs cool and cuts clean with minimal tear out. I really like this blade and the price is very reasonable as well.
Cuts very smooth as it should. Ive made a lot of cuts and still no signs of it going dull. I expect this blade will last a while for me. Made of the highest quality. I also love the colors Milwaukee uses so that is part of why I love Milwaukee, and the reliability and durability is top notch.
I have used a few other brands of blades on my 12” miter saw. By far this is one of the best. It’s very sharp, and clears out wood very well when cutting. Cuts are straight and smooth. I liked it well enough I also purchased a couple of 10” blades for my saw table. Those are amazing as well.
Blade mounted easily to my DeWalt saw, there were no issues in mounting it. It is a 80t blade and felt it wasn't as sharp as it could be. Did not cut my 1x pine boards as easy as expected. The cuts were as fine as expected without tearing or chipping, just took more effort than I thought.
This saw blade is amazing! I've tried several finish cut and plywood blades, but all of them left several cut outs. (Splintered wood when you cut). I've always had to tape where I was cutting to try and prevent this. I don't have to with this blade. I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone.
I use this mainly to cut fire rated plywood backboards for communications equipment installs. I have also used it remodeling my house. I'm impressed for a blade that came with the 7.5" M18 circular saw. Usually I need to buy an upgraded blade, but not this time. Nice out of the box surprise!
I got a 12” 80 tooth finish blade. The blade is amazingly sharp. It cut my 6” base board trim perfectly without dragging the saw down, no burn marks from the blade. I pre painted the trim and it left a clean edge even on a 45° angle. I’m extremely pleased with the performance of this blade.
I used this blade for a finish grade project, I didn't have a lot of noise, there wasn't burn marks, there wasn't blade marks so there was minimal sanding on the cuts which saved time, anything to bring more efficiently to a job is always a bonus! I plan to use this product in the future.
I used this blade on the Fuel M18 circular saw. I used it to cut 1500 lnft of 1” southern yellow pine cross grain cuts and long rips. It worked great!!! I only changed it because it got gum build up and I thought it was slowing the saw. I plan to clean it and use it for another 1500 lnft.
This blade is on one of my chop saws which is used mostly for finish carpentry. The blade is perfectly balanced and true and seems to stay sharper longer. I have even started using this blade for framing jobs. This blade has become the new standard that all others are measured against.
