Good durable blade
il y a 4 ans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After working on a few projects this blade has proven itself it be of a descent quality and construction. The blade is still sharp enough to easily cut through various types of wood and did not dull quickly. Still providing quick clean cuts without causing splintering. Overall I would say this is a good blade for the cost and worth investing in a few of them so you have another when they do eventually wear down.
My wife bought me the new M18 circular saw that I have been looking at for our anniversary this year. It came with a free framing blade which I have been using on my new deck project. Now, I have always been a Diablo person when it comes to blades, but this new Milwaukee blade may have just changed my mind! Very smooth, cuts like a knife through butter! Absolutely love it and will be buying them from now on!
I’m normally a big fan of Diablo saw blades. They leave a great finish, even with framing blades. This Milwaukee blade leaves the nicest cut I’ve seen in some time, with very little chip out; both rips and crosscut. Just replaced my 6 1/2 with a Diablo blade, and a new 7 1/4 saw and blade. Tested cuts side by side and Milwaukee had a better cut all around.
Will be looking for this blade from now on.
This saw was used on a home remodel and flooring job. The blade performed beyond expectations in every way. 2500 sq ft. of flooring, as well as countless crown and floor moulding and the blade is as sharp as it was fresh out of the package. I immediately noticed the reduced amount of torque required to drive this saw through all of the materials I threw at it. This blade is a workhorse!!
Been using Dewalt corded but now that I purchased my milwaukee m18 2732-20 and this blade came with it. This blade is a thin kerf and super sharp. Cuts through the wood like it's melted butter. Should have made this switch a long time ago. I would rate this blade better than the diablo I used in my Dewalt. Perfect combination, cordless, cuts true, ultra portable. Win win win
Just in time as I was ready to switch out blades. Like a kid in a candy store! I have been hesitant about switching brands as I have not steered far from a competitor when it comes to saw blades, but now after using this blade for a few weeks I'm SOLD! I have been putting it to the test and have defiantly abused it and its still as sharp as when I put it on. Defiantly worth the switch!
This blade has gone through everything iv tried it on. I have used this in the construction field and the ag field. This blade has gone through everything from wood, foam, industrial cardboard, and even metal. Every blade dulls over time but this outlasted all of my other brands. You just can not beat the quality and the price of a Milwaukee blade compared to any of the competitors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't find anything I don't like about these blades I use them all the time and I still haven't even used the 2nd blade yet they have cut straight and true since day 1 and have all the quality I look for in a blade. I really like Diablo blades and in my opinion these cut cleaner so I will definitely buy these again and will recommend them to anyone that asks what blades I recommend
I enjoy the blade on the Milwaukee fuel saws. honestly I havent used the blade with other saws. So from my experience with it, it cuts great. I don’t hesitate cutting through nailed if i have too. It holds up pretty good. Most blades lose the carbide teeth over time anyways. My only constructive criticism would be finding a way to making it last as long or longer than a diablo.
I have to be honest…I have not had a chance to give it a try. But I love that Milwaukee gave me a chance to try out their blade. Totally impressed that they shipped it out to me free of charge! And, I’m glad there is another competitor who has a decent blade on the market. I’ve tried sazall blades from Milwaukee and they outlast any others. Expecting the same from this blade!
I came from an inherited Cr***sman circ saw and it was time for a new piece. My crew no longer makes fun of my old blade and crooked lines, or waiting for the motor to cool down. This circ saw has brought me in to the modern day and now I can keep up with the best of them. Excellent battery life for the level of use and plenty of power to make it through. Would buy again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used the 80T 12" miter saw blade. It cuts very well with little vibration or chatter. Tearout was minimal and the end-grain surface of the cut was smooth as glass. Often, when the blade is laid over for an angle cut, the blade paint ends up on the wood. I did not notice this to any degree and being white was not that apparent anyways. Highly recommend
I bought this Milwaukee fuel 7 1/4 “ circular saw for home use. I like how lightweight and easy to use.
It works great and I would recommend this and all Milwaukee cordless tools to everyone. It’s great for small and large projects. I hope they come out with a M18 3/8 fuel ratchet and a 1/2 M18 fuel ratchet. I am definitely going to add to my Milwaukee collection!!!
Nice clean cuts for finish work. My old blade was leaving a lot of split out fibers after the cut...fine for chopping studs but not what you need for moldings. nice clean cut for any finish cuts. I'll leave this blade on my M18 Fuel Slide Mitre Saw and use my old one on my rough cut saw. I have a blade sharpener, but it can't match this fresh out of the box cut.
This blade is top notch. There are a lot of fine finish / 80 tooth blades out there. With Milwaukee you always know that you are getting top quality per dollar...and this blade is SMOOTH. Of course, you can always find ways to reduce any splintering (ie blue tape, etc.)...but this blade does an amazing job of glass like cross cuts (nearly perfect every time).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope to use this saw blade next year as I am packing up my house and shop at this time. I have remarried and selling my house moving only a mile away. The garage at my new house will be demolished and a new one with a heated shop will be erected by summer 2025! I so look forward to utilizing thus saw blade as I finish my shop after the structure is built!
I just bought a saw and this is the blade that came with it. I use skill saws for work and home projects. I will be looking for these blades for now on. It cut better than any of the other brands I’ve used at home and for work. I will be stocking up on these. I’ve been working on building a deck and this blade stick cuts smooth like a hot knife in butter.
This is an excellent blade I use on my compound sliding miter saw. It cuts clean, stay cool, and eats through dimensional lumber easily. I've cut some hardwood as well with no problem. It also stays clean and precise on angled cuts, which some blades can sometimes have a problem with. Overall, great saw blade for everyday use, as well as precision needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a worn out 100-tooth Freud Diablo blade on my miter saw that I replaced with this Milwaukee 80-tooth. No discernible difference between the cut quality on the new blade, which is a plus. I was expecting at least a slight drop in the smoothness of the edges due to the 20-tooth difference, but it left great cross-cuts that didn't require sanding.
I have used this blade to primarily to cut wood and MDF moldings and luan strips for various projects. Amazing cut quality and to my surprise, no vibration. I say no vibration because I am using this blade on an older Dewalt saw and having used many different blades on this saw, there has always been just a slight vibration. This blade, no vibration.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 10in blade is great! Usually i buy another brand as I thought it was the best I'd be able to do. Nope. Mikwaukee blade blows it away. The back of my wood is smooth now. And there is no burn marks on the ends. Less sanding and better results.
Would not have tried it on my own. Now it's my gotto blade. And yes Im changing them all now.
These blades work well for framing and demo! They don’t dull too fast, and the coating works well against binding in wet/twisted lumber. I’ve used them in 6-1/2” and 7-1/4” saws and have been happy with both. They aren’t the longest lasting or cleanest cutting but that’s not what they are intended for. They get the job done like there supposed to.
I am a journeyman commercial plumber, my van got broken into in 2021, slowly been replacing my tools. Bought the Milwaukee circular saw, so had to pair it with Milwaukee blade to. Man this thing rips any kinda wood I’ve used this on. The same blade was used to frame a big timber structure at my house. Hit a nail psh it don’t care, love this blade.
I use the blade in my Milwaukee m-18 compound slide miter 7-1/4".
I love everything about it, to this point in my Modern Architecture Restoration business.
I work mostly with old growth, vertical grain Douglas fir and Redwood.
These woods are very difficult to crosscut cleanly , and very expensive, especially the old growth sinker redwood.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We build custom doors which involves a lot of crosscutting of 2 1/4 inch door parts. Then we have to miter in panel mould and glass stop. We go through a lot of saw blades. This blade makes an extremely smooth cut and so far the longevity is outstanding. I would recommend this product to anyone doing a lot of fine miter cuts or crosscutting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the same 10” chopsaw blades for years and could never find one that was a high enough tooth count. This 80 tooth count Milwaukee blade was noticeably better than my other ones. No ripping out of the material and a perfect cut in a situation with zero room for error. Definitely one of the best finish sawblades I’ve ever used.
Back when I was tool-less I would ask around who made the best tools. Finally when I started my collection I was pleasantly surprised by the quality . They always outlasted everyone else’s tools at work. (Mostly use rigid and Makita) I am proud to walk around with Milwaukee tools. And they make me my bread and butter. Thanks milwaukee!
Been using the blade for a while now without any issues. It hasn't heat warped like some cheaper blades and has no issues cutting through spruce, doug fir, or manufactured lumber. I haven't worked with much pressure treated lumber since trying out the new blade, but with everything I have seen so far, I don't expect any issues.
Have a 7 1/4 brushless. Use anywhere and everywhere. Smooth , consistent power through all cuts! 24 tooth blade is the best I’ve ever used! Want 10” for table saw and compound miter. I know I’m speaking on two levels…. Fuel product and blades, however I’m convinced no matter what the power source those blades are incredible!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Milwaukee 6-1/2" 24T Circular saw blades are the smoothest Saw blades I have ever used. I continue to be amazed by how long they sharp and balanced with the amount of constant use that I put them through. Thank you Milwaukee for your percussion World Class Tools and Blades these are truly the best that I have ever used.
