Best bits out there !
il y a 3 ans
I have used these bits for the last couple years after switching from Dewalt tools over to milwaukee . I have to say the tools are far superior and the bits are the same . I actually bought a pack of each just to use side by side on an aluminum dock I built in my shop the milwaukee bits were 1 to 2 Dewalt bits. It's a pretty easy choice for me and my shop hands down .
I am a DIY’er/enthusiast. Love to do all of the work in my home by myself.
Being a first time home owner, I wanted to have best possible tool and Milwaukee is on everyone’s list.
I have used this bit for tough jobs and it’s rock solid. Do a favor to yourself, rather getting cheap ones out there, get this one instead and you will thank yourself for many years to come
I’m a Handyman and have had experience with makita and dewalt tools for years, my makita impact just died on the job so I purchased a new Milwaukee impact and I am in love. Not only do they look great but they even come in a nice hard plastic case perfect for storage I’m in love with it. Definitely planning on upgrading my old tools to more Milwaukee as I need them.
I work at a body shop, so I use this bit paired with the fuel impact driver daily on interior panels as well as mocking up body kits and so on. It has been very reliable and has not stripped out hardly any screws. The only downside for me is it is a little long for some applications, but I just purchased some shorter bits and I am excited to try those out very soon!
I just got into the Milwaukee gang and I tell you, it’s not cheap. None of them are. But I finally gave in and tried out the m18 hex driver and man I get why they’re pricey. Mine came with the bit and i used it for a whole day. I don’t think anything can break this bit. The coating didn’t even come off. I’ve stripped so many screws and the bit has no signs of wear.
I manage a team that performs a wide variety of general construction work. We almost exclusively use the Milwaukee fuel lineup and have been very happy with them. The only minor issue I have had with the impact driver is the bit getting stuck. I took it in to my local Milwaukee repair shop and they fixed it quickly, free of charge. Great product and great service.
Like the old saying goes “Every little bit helps!”
Well let me tell you folks these SHOCKWAVE Impact Phillips Bits are awesome…a true testament to longevity and what is required in the workplace be it aroud the house or on a commercial Jobsite. I have used thousands of bits in my 24 years of commercial construction and none compare to the SHOCKWAVE impact bits!
Doing remodeling I run into a lot of stripped screws as well as older screws which seam to go to to toe with a lot of my Philips bits. I’ve had the best luck with Milwaukee bits not breaking like other brands. My only complaint is that they seem to grow legs at times but I’ve learned to use the bit holster on my impact alot more often now. Overall 10 out of 10!
I used this bit as it was in my driver out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised to discover it included with the drill/driver set I got for Christmas. Like many others I have a good number of screwdriver bits already but this one is a great bit. I can’t seem to strip it out and I have spent a lot of time looking for more Philips screws to use it on. Good job!
These bits are nothing special but I buy them because they are a little better than the other brands garbage bits that don’t last a day. These wear out after a couple days and will start rounding the screw head. Unfortunately just about every company out there is selling cheap tools and Milwaukee has gone the same way just a little better than the competition.
Good things come in small packages.
It’s not the size of the boat, it’s the motion in the ocean.
There are a million Phillips bits out there but there is only one Shockwave Phillips bit.
When compared to all other brands I use it is certainly the longest lasting, with the most positive bite. These are the only ones my crew and I use and for good reason!
I purchased a brand new M18 Fuel 2997-22 set as well as a Milwaukee 45 piece bit and I couldn't be happier. The quality of Milwaukee products is second to none. The products are built extremely well and I can tell that these kits will last for many, many years. Nothing like getting excited about home renovations when you have a reliable Milwaukee tool in hand.
I’ve gone through so many brands of impact Phillips tips. You might assume they are all the same, and for the most part you would be correct. But not with this one! I’ve been using mine daily for about 3 months and it still has a long lifespan ahead. IF this bit would ever wear out, I would replace it in a heartbeat. I am now a lifetime Milwaukee user!!!
I work in the equipment repair/industrial equipment industry, I have put these bits through the ringer daily in everything from water and oils,to throwing my body weight on them, stepping them occasionally and running them over with equipment and they bite everytime, getting the job done! I highly recommend them wether you’re working at home or on a job site.
I just bought a Milwaukee set and this but came with and I was surprised it was there. Of course I used it and after several jobs and some hard uses, it has held its own. The head hasn’t chipped or bent under some torsion and major persuading. And it looks really sharp hanging off my drill. I have no complaints and will be buying more for all my other stuff.
I have been using these bits along with my new Milwaukee M18 Fuel impact gun. I have been working on framing for a new garage, a new deck for the back yard, constructing a 6 ft privacy fence, and so much more. So far I have absolutely no complaints about these products. They are reliable and efficient, I have no intentions of re-visiting any other brand.
I use these bits to drive screws into the material that hold my pipe straps in place to hang shower valves basically everything that has to do with my trade I have used other bits before but nothing compares to these, you will get you’re money’s worth…competitor’s bits round of quick with heavy use have broke some just driving a 3 inch screw into some wood
I use Milwaukee products everyday. I hav almost everything that Milwaukee makes (almost). I use to use Dewalt but burnt up a few and a close friend bet me that I couldnt burn up a Milwaukee sawzaw. Challenge accepted. Needless to say, I lost that bet and been a proud customer of Milwaukee for over 15 years. Thanks Milwaukee for your above average products
I owned the M12 hammer and impacts drills and recently got the M18. The upgrade from M12 to M18 is night and day. The M18 gives much more power and battery life. I work in HVAC so I use these tool every day! Would recommend the M18 to anyone! Also, I got the multi tool, wet dry vacuum, and the pack out, awesome tools and equipment. MILWAUKEE IS THE BEST!
I would buy this product over any other brand name

I use this product on a day to day basis. From putting thermostats on walls to putting wood screws in. Fits right in the tip of the screw perfectly and doesn’t strip the head of the screw out like all the other bits I’ve used. I would recommend Milwaukee products to anybody and I will continue to use Milwaukee products over any other name brand out there.
I made DIY for the last 25 years I’ve used every tool on the market and when I bought my first Milwaukee product I knew I didn’t have to look any further these are the only tools I use. I’ve used snap on and Mac and Matco and craftsman and so on and so on I’m done looking I highly recommend Milwaukee. This shockwave Phillips bit is amazing indestructible
I use the milwaukee shockwave impact phillip bits on a daily basis weather its driving in screws for pipe hangers or taking shelves off the wall, the bits have never let me down. My only complaint is that if I accidentally drop my impact with the bit in it, the odd time the bit will bend, rendering it useless. But other than that i have zero complaints.
I install cabinetry and countertops and I use my Milwaukee impact driver for that and all kinds of other woodworking projects. The shockwave Phillips bit along with the rest of my Milwaukee tools are the only tools that withstand the normal wear and tear of the jobs. My Milwaukee tools and this bit specifically outperforms every other brand I’ve owned.
Let me start by saying that this is my first experience with an impact driver. Also, my first time using/owning the Miluakee tool platform. After spending many hours of viewing and reading reviews, I decided to invest in a serious tool platform. I will say this, its a beast of a combo when removing old deck screws. Very impressed to say the least.
I work on semi-trucks for a living and also do facility maintenance for my company. This is by far my favorite ph2 bit. I am very hard on most of bits considering the application in which I use them. This one has stood up overall and proven to outperform and outlast all other bits I've tried. Excellent, quality product that I will use again and again.
As an electrician I rely on good drill bits. Whether it’s my Phillips, square 2, or a t25; Milwaukee has the best bits out there. They are perfect fits and extremely durable. With the Milwaukee bits a Phillips can last me a much longer time than competitor bits. Trust I use these all day everyday and there isn’t a better company to buy your bits from.
Milwaukee has great tools that are high quality for every job. The tools feel good in your hands, with the best warranties. The bits are of a good quality, perfect head fit with great resistance. They don’t strip like a cheap bit when the job requires more torque than usual. Milwaukee is the only brand of power tools I prefer for working in my trade!
Takes the high torque of my Milwaukee impact driver for the toughest jobs but I use these bits for everything. Before I upgraded to my current impact I used these bits for hundreds of home projects with my little ryobi without any stripping. These bits bite time after time, The only time I buy new ones are when I inevitably lose them in my workshop.
I've had my eyes on Milwaukee tools since I was a kid. Didn't know if they were really that much better, but now that I'm old enough to buy their tools it's impossible to not feel the equality as you use them.
Same with these impact bits. They are solid, dummy proof, and I can tell they'll last a long time. Don't even look used after using them.
I use a Phillips bit almost every day for driving self tapping metal screws as well as wood screws. I used dewalt bits as well as Makita and they went bad after about 150 screws. After trying the Milwaukee bit on approximately 250 self tapping and wood screws the bit is almost brand new still. Will definitely be using these bits only from now on.
