I myself as the company owner along with the people that work for me use Milwaukee impact and drill bits on a daily basis. They hold up in the best and worst of conditions and perform very well in all of our applications building new homes in the North East. We rely on these tools and products to help us achieve the best of results and will continue to purchase and use Milwaukee products throughout our careers
I build pontoon boats for a living and drill hundreds of holes and drive hundreds of screws and bolts daily, I recently upgraded my tools to Milwaukee and am really happy and impressed, it came with a free Phillips bit that was surprisingly tough for how small it was, I expected it to not survive against constant abuse running stainless steel bolts and screws all day but it takes the beating and keeps going
I use there products on the daily not only at work but at home at work I use it close to 10 hours a day never failing to exceed expectations a true working man would use Milwaukee products to complete a job and as far as an average person Milwaukees large selection of tools appliances etc makes life so much easier after you got them you’d start to think how did I ever live without them 10/10 would recommend
This product is powerful and reliable, it's got the torque you need and the battery life to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I torque bolts all day long in steel bodies and I wouldn't use anything else, will be buying more Milwaukee tools. You don't have to worry about waiting long for batteries to recharge,or not having enough power, sometimes there's too much power but that's not a bad thing.
I can't begin to tell you how many bits I have destroyed in my impact driver over the years. Many companies claim "impract" ratings on their drill bits only to be found laughable days into a job. Milwaukee's Shockwave bits are amazing! I have used the same bit over several projects, tried to torcher break it, and I haven't even gauged it (as I often do). Will definitely buy more of these in the future!
I live on a 320 acre farm and use the crap out of my tools. I've had Snap-on, Dewalt, MAC, Kobalt, blah, blah. I buy Milwaukee because they hold up better than the others and are priced around the same or better (lookin at you Snap-on). They also seen committed to a single battery platform. The impacts are the best I've found. We use them on our trucks, tractors, fences, and woodwork.. Good stuff!
I absolutely love using these bits! They have lasted me far longer than any bit I’ve used before. These bits don’t seem wear like others I’ve tried, and when a screw strips you can’t even tell that it did much to the bit. I’ve trusted Milwaukee for all of my battery powered tools and have never been disappointed once, and these bits are just another addition to that list! Would definitely recommend
The bit came with the impact driver. I used it immediately for a project I was already working on with a bit set that I had from dewalt that kept stripping out. This beast of a drill and drill it made easy work of the nagging screws I had been working on. Next project I need some bits for, I will definitely be getting the Milwaukee bit set. Good finish and great product. Kept making great products.
I’ve been trying to find the best drill bits for work since I’ve started doing construction. Tried all those brands you can see on the shelves at the stores. But Milwaukee seem to last longest and do their job better. Never had a broken one. But seen so many broken dewalts makitas and diablos… so my preference in the power tools and accessories will be given to Milwaukee.
Thanks for a good deals
These Bits outperform all other bits and drivers I have personally used. Bits and drivers are the last thing you want to fail while preforming work in an attic or crawl space. They are often the last thing you think about when planing for things you need to remember entering these situations. These bits fail/wear out far less then other bits I have used as a professional in a trade for 15+ years.
I love this impact driver. Drives the SDS screws no problem looks very sharp and has a shorter head that really help me gets into the tight spots. The extra slot helps when you use two types of head most common just have them on you. The drill is also great, mostly used it to notch out holes in the surface plate but I know it will do great with my drill bits can’t wait to get that sawzall too!!!
I am an apprentice welder, I bought the drill set with the knowledge of knowing I’ll use it every day, the bonus of a shockwave impact set was an awesome surprise. I love using it when I am doing projects that include wood such as fence projects and I also use it for personal use on diy home projects the only thing I could think of not liking would be it scratching but otherwise it’s great
I am a painter mostly, so for the most part an impact driver and a Phillips bit are my go to for stripping a project down before painting. I can’t even honestly remember the last time I had to replace my Milwaukee Phillips bit. Many, many houses ago. And there have been a few times when I really had to use a lot of force. Still, looking at the bit now, the tip is as new as the day I got it
I have been in the past a Dewalt die heart, but honestly the amount of tools I’ve had to replace because of stuff just plain stop working is ridiculous. I’ve been thinking about switching to Milwaukee for about a year and the price point really isn’t too much different from Dewalt and if the research I have done about Milwaukee is half is true I should see you returning investment tenfold.
I’m always on the hunt for the best tools to work with. For years Milwaukee has been at the top of the list. You get many times what you pay for with these driver bits. The steel is heat treated to perfection. They hit the sweet spot of hardness and toughness. The end result is a tool that outlasts other bits and stays easy to use. Their Torx style bits outlast all others many times over.
I use this product on all my pan heads and zip screws and we’re not using any other PH2 Phillips head. How it is not strip out after used and time after time after time they are long lasting. Things I don’t like about this product that it ends up lost or someone ends up taking it. But for the most part great product and will always continue to use it and it’s Milwaukee so that’s a plus.
When looking for a tool that exceeds from just getting the job done, Milwaukee is the one. I can’t count how many times Milwaukee has been the brand that makes life easier for any one that uses tools to make their job easier. That fiery red color, everyone knows what your bringing to the table once you take your tools out to get the job done. If it ain’t Milwaukee, don’t try to copy.
I have been using the bit for over a week now. Doing a commercial in wall rough. It's a really tight fit using SMS8 pan head self tappers. No wobble and the end of the bit has not gotten rounded off any. It's hardly shown any wear at all. I would definitely recommend this and will to all my friends and colleagues. Good job Milwaukee. Makes my job a heck of a lot easier and faster.
I love the bits Milwaukee makes they are exceptionally better than their competitors. The SHOCKWAVE line is definitely built to take a beating. They don't strip as easily or break off, overall I get about 2 times the life out of these bits on tough projects where normally a regular bit or even a comparable bit from a competitor can't even keep up. Keep up the great work Milwaukee!
This thing just feels so much better than your average bit just a nice strength to it don’t you hate using (basic brand ph2 bit) for 3 screws and then half of it is sheered off? Constantly stripping those screw heads out? That is why I enjoy using these bad boys so much throw 1 on in the morning and it’s the same one you’ll have on later in the day quite literally built different
I'm a finish carpenter and I don't even know when was the last time I bought a pack of Milwaukee bits, let's say I bought a pack of 12 or whatever number but I've been using the first one since then so I still have 11 and it's not going bad so I don't know how you guys make profit on those. The fit is just perfect!! It doesn't mess up the screws at all. Works just perfect!
So working on cars in michigan if you dont know can be a little rusty at times from busting threw rust or removing a seized fastener they are no match for these high quality bits! I have used Milwaukee bits for a while now and have yet to round one out or break one so when it comes to what bits to use shockwave bits are the top choice for me! Keep up the great quality bits!
I’m a repeat customer of Milwaukee products and always will be. The bits and accessories are a major plus considering most other products have no reliability to them, and nearly every Milwaukee product I have has lasted for over a year now. In my line of work it’s normal to be purchasing new bits and accessories every couple of months but that has definitely changed for me .
First off these bits always seem to have less wabbel at the extension and a tight fit at the screw head. Due to the precise machining of the bit head on all of the different bits. Especially on the Philips head regardless of the size #1-#3. And sets a better balanced than any other company. More of what you need and not just filler pieces. And also wear out at a slower pace.
I am a Commercial / Industrial Electrician and use Milwaukee Shockwave Phillips Bits in my Milwaukee 18 Volt Fuel Impact Driver. I need to drive heavy duty fasteners all day, everyday and these bits perform. I have used other brands and found them to be of poor quality chipping and breaking. Whereas I rarely have to replace my Shockwave bits. I highly recommend this product
After using many brands of Phillips bits over the years I found these and they have been a real game changer. My old bits seem to wear out fast and cause the screw heads to cam out. I thought it was screws, but after using the shock wave bits it turns out I was using sub-par bits. I have had one of these break yet and I would highly recommend them for anyone (diy or pro)
I use my shockwave bits all the time and they have not worn out on my yet. I have used other brands and they have worn, broken and are not effective. The shockwave bits are awesome and never let me down. When I’m in a small space that takes a bit to get in I need tools that are going to do the job the 1st time every time. That’s what I get with Milwaukee brand. I love it!
These Philips bits are the best I've used. They fit well and don't cam out of the screw heads nearly as much as some competing name brands do. These bits seem to last a long time before showing any signs of wear significant enough to degrade their performance. The bottom line is, these have quickly become my preferred go-to bit because of their performance and longevity.
I work as an Electrician in Abbotsford, BC, before this I worked as a concrete Form Worker, working around dirt, mud and rain, these tools are durable and can withstand almost everything. I constantly refer Milwaukee and constantly buy Milwaukee tools for the fact of there efficiency and durability. All though the price of these tools can come as a negative compared to other brands like DeWalt, they out preform as well as out stand it’s other competitors by far. Milwaukee produces the top of the line range of battery tools for any trade, I can guarantee you as well, you will feel that way. Not only can you track your Milwaukee tools through a great and simple app, they also have an amazing warranty if something were ever to go wrong. They even have a lower range of tools that you can choose from if your just starting your trade or just wanting to do simple jobs at home. I highly recommend Milwaukee and will always.
I have used Milwaukee Impact Bits on everything from light duty to heavy duty hard jobs. No matter what I'm doing, these will not disappoint. I have never had one break, strip, bend, or anything else of that nature. The only problem I ever have is keeping up with them when I switch bits, what can I say...they are small. But then again, dynamite comes in small packages!!
