Batterie compact M12 REDLITHIUM, 3 Ah, 12 V

The M12 line is great but they have to come up with replacement tabs or change the design. I have 8 batteries some 6,2,3 amp that are still good but the tabs are broken. Using tape to hold them in.

Purchased a Milwaukee vest for my wife. It came with a 3Ah battery. Used it 3-4 times during camping, but now when I try to recharge it, I get the red/green blinking lights (dead cell?).

I'm a master certified auto tech. Have about 10 m12 tools. Love them. They outperform the competition. Only problem is all the broken battery tabs.

Got a great deal at a local hardware store. I love this battery size. The CP dimension works great for me, and having it in a 3.0 is a time-saver.

Got one full charge out of my jacket battery. Now the charger flashes green and red (bad battery). I expected better from the Milwaukee brand!

The M12 3.0 battery has good power in a compact size and good run time. The only problem is they die after several months of charging.

Mine charges well and lasts well too, but it's really bulky and I hate being poked by it. Why isn't the jacket battery flat? 🤔

I've had two of these fail within two years. I highly doubt either had more than 6 charges. The latest one is out of warrantee.

good use time and compact . If you don't drop them or shove them in like gun magazine they are durable. I have several .

Used daily with generation 2 3/8drive ratchet. Only 6 months old and tabs holding contact housing to cells all broken

I’ve had the jacket for just over 1 year and have need to use the heat one time the battery for it will not charge.

Just as durable and compact as the 1.5 and 2.0 but with even better run time. Awesome on the m12 surge impact.

Great little battery for all of my heated gear, easily enough to last an 8 hour shift on medium setting.

Works great for low voltage work batteries lasted for quiet a bit, charged maybe once a week

Bought the 3.0 battery because it has higher capacity than the 2.0 amps battery.

Got the M12 battery and charger for the heated hoodie I bought my husband

I live that it is compact and still lots of power the do the task

Useless battery. Showing error in basically a brand new battery.

I recently purchased (Jan 2022) four M12 3Ah batteries, upgrading the 6+ year old 2Ah batteries (6) I already had. I gave my old ones away thinking the new ones were all I needed. Big mistake. The new batteries worked fine at first, but then the charger red and green lights started to blink indicating a bad battery. Also the charge level indicator lights on my drill and multi tool started to flash. First it was just one battery, then eventually all 4 of the batteries did the same. I am very gentle with all my tools keeping them clean and stored in their own drawer in my toolbox. I carefully push the batteries (not slam or bang) into their mating charger or tool. It appears that the rightmost temp sensor tab is bent down and no longer makes contact with the connector in the tool or charger. Bending the tabs back only fixes the problem temporarily. They also show signs of wear on the plastic rails on the housing and they don't lock into place on my new multitool either. Overall, I am very disappointed with these batteries. They have left me stranded many times. Now I have to try to get my old 2Ah batteries back. Those batteries worked for years with no issues. The new batteries look the same, but they don't hold up. I hope Milwaukee will fix this problem fast! I have other Milwaukee tools that use this same battery platform and don't want to switch to a new manufacturer. Really, really upset and disappointed....................
