Problem with the switch 3 of 4

I bought 3 of this model, I'm a service plumber and there's always a problem with the switch after a couple of months dont know why. Milwaukee warranty isn't the issue but the that contact is made maybe...

Good smaller portable vacuum

Hose is a little shorter than I first expected but it is easy to pick up and move around to where you need it. It has more than enough power and run time to get smaller clean up jobs under 20-30 minutes.

The vacuum has lots of power suction. The only thing I would like to see available for it is a paper bag that slides over the filter to prevent it from filling up with debris so quickly after vacuuming.

This is honestly one of the best tools I own. I love its portability and power. You'll need additional batteries for bigger jobs but overall I'm very impressed with this portable, cordless, shop vac.

Common failure

After 1 use the vacuum won’t turn back on. Fresh battery and still nothing. I did some research and found that the micro processor in the vacuum commonly fails. Now stuck with a defective vacuum

I would buy the vac again, maybe...

I bought mine about 15 years ago and it has been great. However, recently the hose has broken and I can't seem to find a replacement for it. It is very frustrating as the vacuum still works great.

Super Vac without the cord

I have to say this M18 2 gal wet/dry vacuum really works well for me. It beats the coorded shop vacs I have, easy to grab it and go, no coords or big hoses to tend with. Glad I made the purchase!

I would NOT buy this again

Same thing as the other folks. The battery dies, You change it out with a fresh one, and the unit will not turn back on again. Happened with 2 consecutive units. Looks like a major design flaw.

Love it! For the price it is well worth it. I keep in my truck just in case but also to keep my vehicle clean. It takes up almost no room and is the perfect accessory for my job sites. Love it !

Has awesome power used it for liquid and has not disappointed. Doesn't seem to drain the battery either so can run it for long time periods. Handle and shape makes it easy to carry from job to job

Do not connect properly to the tools

I got this vacuum because I had just gotten the orbital sander to connect to it… but it didn’t fit right. Sure it fits but there’s no lock so as soon as I start using it the connection falls apart

Nice cordless vacuum

Nice little shop that you can take anywhere. Has good suction dry vac. Did not try on anything yet. Bought the vacuum to clean my attics in my and vacuuming my car. It works great. No more cords.

Doesn't turn on

This is the second one I've bought/returned due to it not turning on after a battery change. Until milwaukee figured out this very common issue, I do not recommend anyone to purchase this vacuum.

Had the vacuum for about 1 year, was decent for minor/small clean ups. However all the sudden, it just stopped working. Can’t find it in me to purchase another but really liked the portability.

Good battery shop vac

It’s a good pretty good shop vac. For 2.0 battery it drain pretty quick so always get a bigger battery. It comes with two attachments for the hose. Good for vacuuming liquid or any dry stuff.

it worked really well and then it did not work so well. it just quit no smoke no sound no nothing I miss it and next week Ill send it off to the factory repair center to bring it back to life

Great Vacuum - Hose is really short

This vacuum is really great. Plenty of suction and power. The only drawback is that the hose is really short. I looked for a longer hose, I have not been able to find one anywhere online.

Would not buy again

The hose is very short. Suction is not great. The “5 hour” battery lasts maybe 30 min. Awkward to use since hose is so short. Bought to detail work trucks and I’m am not pleased whatsoever.
