The OG Threadlocker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm rebuilding an old Squarebody pickup and I couldn't do it without the peace-of-mind you get from using THe Loctite Threadlocker Blue 242. This really keeps any screws or bols from loosening over time. You just dab a little on and tighten it on down. It seems like it fills the gaps inbetween the threads and really keeps it tight. Highly recommended if you want something to not come apart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been been using Loctite for many years for various things. The Threadlocker Blue 242 did not disappoint. I like that the tube itself is small enough to handle for small projects like this. I also like that it's blue and super easy to see when applying to the screw. My best advice is to make sure to leave it to "cure" for a day or so. I really think that has been the best trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this product! Works as it says. Have used it around the house on various items, like screws that are coming off on their own. But then allows them to be later unscrewed when you need to make changes.Just squirted a bit on and tightened the screw; let it sit overnight, all done! It prevents fasteners from loosening by themselves. Good price too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blue Loctite is awesome. It has an almost water like consistency straight out of the bottle. It only dries when there is a lack of oxygen, so when you screw metal on metal with Loctite coating the screw, you have time to wipe off excess. This also prevents moving parts from being affected by the Loctite as well. Overall, great product, It indeed locks threads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I've used loctite before in the garage. It works wonderfully. I used it to hold some screws in place to make them stay put. The bond lasted until I was ready to take the screws from the part, and didn't come out without the electric screwdriver, even with all of the vibration that is constantly around would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Loctite - 0.2 fl. oz. Threadlocker Blue 242 works really great and actually holds very well and for a long time. It works better than any other glue or resin I’ve tried and it will e míen hold some weight as well. It dried quickly and didn’t leave a horrible smell. I recommend this to anyone looking for a really great adhesive.

Solid Hold and Works as described!

I use it on various firearm components and have confidence that nothing will back out due to recoil vibrations. Product releases when told to do so. Heat isn’t required but gentle heat helps break free. Not a permanent threadlocker.

Eventually this causes the chairs to become lose and unstable. My husband suggested some threadlocker on the fasteners after tightening. This has helped keep the chairs solid. Apply this to a fastener’s threads and it’s pretty much guaranteed not to back out!
I use this regularly on the threads holding the handle on hydraulic ball valves that I use for work. The handles usually fall off without using loctite.

Putting them back together you can count on the screws backing out of the pocketclip. A failed pocketclip is a lost knife. This stuff helps secure the screws when I reassemble so I no longer lose knives.

Only time I don't use it is high heat situations. I really like it because it holds well but you can still break it with enough juice if you need to.

I was having to retighten them way too often. Ive had this for about a month now and havent had a screw back out yet which is awesome

It allows your bolts to be tight and lessens the chance of turning or pushing back out. This thread locker is blue it's such a huge help so you know where it was applied! The tube seems small but it goes a very long way.
