Solid Lawn Mower - Beware of Hills

I had an 18 year old Cub Cadet and replaced it with a 42 inch Husqvarna. (They make great chainsaws and I would give them a try.) I have over 9 hours of mowing on a hilly lot. So far it is great mower. I have two issues which is particular to my lot. First, the weight on the back wheels is lighter than my old mower. The wheels will spin on the slightest wet area or an incline. Wheel weights would help but they are not available. The wheel treads are not very deep. The second issue is that the mover has a higher center of gravity than my old one, and you need to be careful about mowing on a slope.

Solid mower features for the price!

This mower is currently one of the better priced 42" models in its segment. The 7000 series Kohler is a work horse, and the K46 transmission will last a very long time when used within its designed environment (level to low inclined slopes). The seat is super comfortable and the arm rests are a nice touch - not pictured in the stock photo, but mine came with them. I really have no complaints - this is a pretty basic riding mower, everything is mechanical (which I prefer on lower end mowers), with a solid power train m

Good reliable machine, and not too big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mower to be able to get around trees in the yard that sometimes are difficult to mow around. It has the right width to be able to get in between them where a larger mower would not work. It operates reliably and without issue. And they put the gas tank filling spout off to the side of the seat which I like since the older ones had it right next to the engine.

Just bought my second riding mower

I bought my new 42 inch Husqvarna riding mower last month. It is replacing my last 42 inch Husqvarna riding mower that lasted over 20 years. This new one feel, runs and cuts great. I’m hoping for another 20+ run with this one 👍

Best little mower/tractor

Strong mower, good mowing width, easy operation
