[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This work light has been extremely useful since I’ve bought it. It folds up nicely and the carry handle makes it very portable. On high, it lasted 2 hours on a 4 AH battery, and 6 hours on low. It’s adjustability means you can light light wherever you may need it, and it’s footprint is relatively small compared to similar work lights I’ve used in the past. The only thing that would make this light better would be the option to plug it in, but with the lights long runtime, you can charge multiple batteries before one runs out. Everything about it feels well built, and I would recommend this light to anyone who needs a work light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the fire chief for our volunteer fire department. We purchased ten total light for emergency scene lighting. Some of them will go on our UTV trailer for use at wild fires and emergency scenes in the remote rural areas of our district. On Monday November 4 we were dispatched for hunter who fell from his tree stand. We strapped 2 of these lights on the UTV when it left for the location of his fall. Personnel on scene stated we have never had such great lighting in the woods. Just 2 of them had enough light to light up the area of his fall and made his recovery form the woods to an awaiting helicopter much smoother, safer and faster. We use the 60V batteries.

I've used this light on a few jobs now. I'm an electrician and there are some jobs where there are no lights when i arrive. Thats where this comes in handy. I last used it about 2 weeks ago on an electrical service fire where the power had to be completely turned off until we could make the repairs. It lit up the entire section of the factory where we worked. Idk what the other reviewer is talking about. This light extends to 7 ft and is directional. Guess he didn't know how to use it? Other then this light being a bit of a battery hog (drains a 6ah in about 3 hours on high) i have no issues with it.

I’ve been using this light almost everyday on the job site and off the job site at home. The light is very easy to open and close. It is also nice that you can adjust the height of the light. The three modes are very convenient if I don’t have an extra buttery in me the low mode will last for a while and still give off more then enough light to work under. This light has also been used for back yard barbecue’s and even at the skate park to skate a little longer! Even if your batter is low or dead you can also plug an extension to it. Only issues were that a few of the screws were a little loose then I would want it to be, and it takes up a little bit more space then I’d want it to.

I had to talk the wife into it, but since we have used it on several occasions... it's so handy to toss a battery in, and have a lot of light anywhere you need it. we have literally used on normal jobs, power outages, and even stuck it on top of a roof to finish a gutter project (it worked great, sat right across the peak of the roof) Makes an incredibly handy power failure light, on low it will last a long time on a 5AH battery and totally light up a room (bounced off the ceiling, or can point more directly) I look forward to other similar/great products from DeWalt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light is one of my most used and favorite tools. It has three brightnesses to give you exactly what you need, light! The highest setting goes through batteries pretty quick but it is far worth it for working on cars, lighting up the job site, even lighting the yard at night. I loved it so much I got two more because it is absolutely amazing to turn night into day. This has a much better advantage over other lights because it telescopes above you so there is light coming down from above to eliminate shadows. Also if your power goes out at night just extend it up to the ceiling and aim straight up and it disperses all the light around the room. Really great tool, I highly recommend getting it, you will not be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to believe how far cordless lighting has advanced in the last few years. I purchased this light for use working in remote areas and it has worked fantastic at illuminating large areas where there is no power available for traditional tripod lights and eliminates the need for a small generator. Can be a little on the heavy side with a flexvolt or 6AH XR battery, but that provides the longest runtime. Sets up and takes down quickly. Wish there was a cap for the lens though as it is exposed while in the bed of the truck. Overall, love my tripod light!

Immediately after unboxing I knew I was going to like this light - Super easy and quick set up and break down and very portable without having to deal with yet another cord on the job-site. Once set up it is also very stable but still well balanced for transporting to, from and around job sites. The height adjustment is fantastic also the swivel head is very helpful. The two biggest bonus is that this light, being LED, does not heat up and you can lay it on it's side to light up crawl spaces. Also being LED, it does not drain the battery pack. All in all this is a well thought out design and will likely find a place as an additional task light in my shop as well as on job-sites.
