Set the desired pressure and push the start button and walk away. Return and inflator is off and tire at desired pressure! Wonder little pump. Very easy to use and understand. I bought this pump cause it said that it can be plugged into 110v wall outlet, unlike other I have found. However, upon opening the unit the 110v cord was NOT inside. I read the manual and discovered the wall cord is separate purchase. Thanks a lot Dewalt.

It will run for a long time with minimal battery drain, I always throw this in our vehicles when we go on road trips too. This is one handy little piece of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not recommended for larger tires. It took 20 minutes per tire to go from 10 psi to 20 psi. However it worked very well filling an air mattress and passenger vehicle tires. The long power cord is convenient when I forget the battery in the garage. Dialing in the desired air pressure is also very convenient.

Recently went on a longer trip with a couple other campers . Filled everyone's tires before we left. Such a simple,fun,convenient tool to use. One of my favorites.

It is portable!!! and even a 2ah battery can easily inflate 4 tires!! And the build in gauge is as accurate as it gets!! loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little inflator is awesome. It fills up car and truck tires in a reasonable amount of time and bike tires super fast. I use a 3ah battery and you can get quite a bit of work out of it on a charge. I also like that it comes with several adapters, including a presta adapter for bike tires.

I love this tire inflator. I was out in the woods in my rv and my tire leaked down. Thank goodness I had my inflator, because I had no cell service and nothing around me!! It was a relief pulling out bag and inflating my tire. I have the 2 batteries, charger, and inflator. One in each vehicle.

A marvelous combination of features- the most important of which is the digitally set inflation pressure. The device automatically shuts off at the correct pressure and you don't need to be near it ( for safety ) after you press the start button ( the inflator screws onto the tire stem)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air inflator is just a really convenient tool.. Its lightweight, compact, and full of features. But the dial to set your desired air pressure is the best of seen on any other portable inflator. You just rotate the dial to your desired pressure, press the power button and that's it. Come back in a minute or so (depending on how much air your need) and you're done. Although, I will probably use battery power 100% of the time, having other options of A/C or D/C power is way more than you would expect. My inflator is 99% used for tire inflation. Especially on my dump trailer when I need a few extra pounds for heavy loads... I doubt I'll have the need for the air mattress hose, but once again Its nice to have that option just in case. Oh, and all the accessories store onboard, so there's no trying to remember where you left them, which is something I alway look at when purchasing a tool with multiple accessories. Buttom line, if you're in need of an air inflator for just about any reason, this is it.

I bought an inflator and now I see I have to buy a battery and charger. They cost more than the inflator. Another marketing gimmick that will cause me to return this unit and buy Makita. Good job marketing department! I would rather just buy a complete set and not have to go back.

I bought this bc I was tired of loading my Dewalt compressor hoses and cords just to fill my airbags on my truck to pull my camper. This air inflator is perfect for a compact easy to use and I don’t need a pressure gauge since I can simply set the pressure I want and press play.

Worked great out of the box. Two months later after no further use does not work at all. Turns on sometimes, sometimes not. If turned on and inflator set to 30 psi nothing happens, the the display disappears and the OL appears and then the screen goes blank. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased this portable DeWalt air compressor because it has a setting that will inflate your tires to a set pressure and then stop. This is very handy so I can be doing other activities while this is pumping up a tire. Very nice product at a very reasonable price.

If you want a compressor to inflate a low tire, take on a hunting trip for fixing a flat, or around the camp to inflate floatables, then this is it. It is so handy. Dial in the pressure, hook it up, turn it on a walk away. It stops when it gets to the desired pressure.

was expecting both corded and cordless when purchased as it is in the name. finally saw in small print 12 v DC cord sold separate once i got home... lucky i have other dewalt tools and had a charged battery ready to go. did the job quick and without too much noise.

Used sparingly over several years with no problems inflating tires. Received a ErS error code preventing the tire inflation to work. All other processes work. Taking it to a "authorized service center" would be more expensive than buying another. Planned obsolesce?

Although you can buy separate..... the only “con” in my humble opinion is that I wish the a/c power function automatically came with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a journeyman plumber and love this. I can hook it up to a pressure tank, pressure test, or even my truck tires. Just set the pressure and watch it do it’s thing. One nice thing is that it reads in tenths and you can see pretty quickly if there is a leak.

I like the features of the unit; however, it will not run on 12VDC continuously. Can only get 5-15 seconds of run time before it shuts off and displays LoP. Have tried the unit with multiple vehicles with the engine running, and the pump will not stay on.

This air pump saved me from being stuck. Easy to use and the built in light came in handy while filling up my tire at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hoping it would make checking the air in my three vehicles tires easier than pulling each one up to the garage so the air hose would reach to top off the tires. Boy does it do the job. Just go to each car hook up, set pressure and top off.

I bought this for filling everything from tires to pool toys. The deflator is also a big plus. I love this thing. My only gripe is where the 110 AC power adaptor for this unit? Can't find one anywhere. The auto shut off and PSI dial are awesome as well.

I use it for my riding mower, UTV, ATV'S, water hauling trailer, and on my pickup. I bought a 2nd one for traveling & inflatables.

Best compact inflator I have used. The only downside I have seen is it has made me too popular at work and home. Since it's quicker and more efficient than other compact inflators. I have had coworkers and neighbors asking to use it every other day.

Well designed, well built, super easy to use. Wish I had this before. If you're on the fence my advice is BUY IT NOW. 5 stars. Cant rate the durability since I just received it, but my impression is that's a well engineered and constructed product.

I purchased this to replace an inflator that failed after several years. The Dewalt inflator is MUCH fast than the one that failed and faster than any of the other models at or below this price point. I haven't had it for long, but it seems well built. It also has lots of features that the less expensive inflators lack. I like being able to set the pressure at which the pump shuts off. Two points worth noting are 1) It does NOT come with a battery or AC connector. These much be purchased separately. I have 20v Dewalt batteries, but have only used this with the car via the lighter and utility 12v connector. 2) It uses a screw connection to the tire rather than a quick-release chuck. This is not an issue because it disconnects so quickly that little air is lost when filling a car or truck tire. However, if you used this to inflate a road bike tire, which is typically inflated to 100-110psi, you may need to be pretty quick with your fingers, or over-inflate the tire expecting some loss. A Presta valve is included, which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I check the tire pressure in my cars on a monthly basis. In the past, I have used and replaced a common tire inflator at one of the big box auto stores. The current model I used, prior to buying the Dewalt, has a analog pressure gauge attached that consistently reads lower that what my tire pressure gauge reads, so I have to guesstimate the PSI on the gauge by reading higher. Sometimes, I go higher than 30 or 35 PSI (depending on which car), and I have to let air out to get to the recommended PSI for that particular car. Sometimes, I let too much air out and have to repeat the process again. This gets frustrating particularly during the summer and winter. With the 20V MAX Corded/Cordless Air Inflator, I dial in the PSI to 30 or 35 and let it run. One car supplies power to the 12V DC outlet for 10 minutes if the engine is not running, so I am using the 20V MAX batteries for power, but inflating tires on that car has not been a problem. The 12V DC cord could come in handy if we're traveling and the 20V MAX needs recharging. Frustration solved!
