[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm building a cabin in Arkansas, and needed a reliable drill and driver to accomplish the framing, deck, and finish out. My son, who does remodeling and construction recommended the DEWALT 20V cordless tools.
They have worked flawlessly and have provided all the power needed to accomplish every talk I faced. I will be purchasing the DEWALT 6 1/2" 20 V Circular Saw and other DEWALT tools as my project moves forward.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this set for about two years now. I'm a DIY homeowner and have used these as much as anyone who isn't a contractor or professional. Just like every over dewalt tool I own, they have never let me down. The drill is reliable, and it lasts a surprising about of time for the small batteries given. The impact has the power, lights are perfect, and even they aren't brushless they still aren't too heavy.
I bought this combo kit to add the impact driver to my work tools and have a drill at home as well. Within the first week of owning them, one of the batteries quit accepting a charge. Unfortunately this isn't the first problem I've had with the Dewalt line of power tools. We spend the extra money on quality tools just to have them fail as soon as if not sooner than the cheaper brands. Not impressed!
All I normally purchase is deeply and i actually bought a Dewalt mitre saw Cart and stand today. I was actually replacing my last drill set when buying this one. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the ones I was replacing.. the driver trigger guard fell off every time I used it and the impact driver had a tooth fall out but other than that I’ve been happy with large number of Dewalt products I own
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these for home remodeling and loved them, so I ended up using them in the weld shop instead! They're lightweight, and pack a good amount of power. The 1.3 Ah batteries last quite a bit longer than you think they would. I've had them about 5 years now, and haven't had a single problem. The batteries still run strong, and even after a few drops, the units themselves still work great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy this combo kit because at work I had been using my makita impact to screw duct work and it didn't have any strength so I kept using my partner's DeWalt impact and I was impressed by the speed and tourqe I decided to go get my own and the timing was perfect because this was on sale for $149.00
I would recommend this kit to anyone who uses them everyday like we do

So good I actually had to get one for myself. And for the price it was nice to get the regular drill too. Haven’t had any problems with the battery’s and hopefully I don’t. I would recommend this to anyone needing a good reliable set. I love the lights on them too!

I use it so much and love the quality and overall feel of it compared to other drills and drivers that I have used. Since then I have purchase another set of them plus about 7 other Dewalt power tools and love each and every one of them. Have already seen 2 others tools that I would like to get in the near future.
I bought these drills in panama city to help rebuild after the hurricane of 2018. These batteries, charger, and drill/impact are still some of my best tools i have ever owned! Had the set for about 2 years now and it works amazingly. Versatile for almost any job. Use these two daily on multiple job sites and they’re tough and built to last you. Only issue I had is the battery one just stoped working completely but spoke to dewalt got a new one sent to me under warranty so I’m happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect kit for my needs. The drill and impact are pretty light and can get into small spaces. Batteries last quite a while and you get 2 so the dead one is charged well before the one in use dies. PLUS, you can always get a higher capacity battery if needed. Awesome that they'll all work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this combo kit 3 years ago and it hasn’t let me down yet. The impact driver has a lot of power, and the drill does too. The only thing that’s wrong is the drill chuck comes loose sometimes, but that’s probably because it’s old. I highly recommend adding the 60v batteries to the kit also.
I bought this product 4 years ago and I use it every day in my trade as an automotive technician. The rubber grips are long gone from oil contaminants but the tools and batteries work flawlessly! I only have to charge the battery once a week maybe and I have not babied these tools! Very tough!!
I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, have trouble charging(light flickers) have to play with it to get it to charge, saying that, the drill has quit working, work light comes on but the drill does not turn, swapped batteries from the impact driver, same thing, impact driver is fine.
Received this combo for Christmas, used the drill to,well drill some holes in some thin gauge metal. After 5-6holes, the drill was so HOT, I couldn't touch it. Side note, when you release the trigger on the drill, the motor sounds as if you jammed a stick into it to stop it.

Strong little set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product almost a year ago I use them regularly around the house and they work quite nicely they’ve been left out in the rain they’ve been dropped multiple times but they still work and are really rugged they are worth the investment to have a quality tool!
I got this as a Christmas gift a year ago. One of the batteries never holds a full-charge and the other gets drained within 15 minutes of periodic use. The lights on the charger also never light up like they are supposed to indicating that the batteries are charging.
I’ve had these products for a few weeks and I have been using them both on a lot of different task I didn’t expect to and they have worked flawlessly effortlessly and I couldn’t be more happier. And the travel tote they came with is perfect and for extra tools too!

They are very good tools I just wish they had better runtime since the battery takes longer to charge than it lasts under constant useck
J'ai acheté cette drill a la première utilisation le moteur a brulé utilisation normale avec mèche bois 1/2 et je connais Dewalt d'habitude très bonnes outil cependant j'ai été au centre de réparation et ils on changer le ma suivre

Lightweight and nimble - great for homeowner

I bought the drill combo the first battery went out within a year. The other battery went out 6/2018 is this a common thing for this product, plus the batteries never hold a charge long enough to do anything.

Very good entry level drill combo, but the 1.3ah batteries are a bit weak. I would like to see no less than a 2.0ah preferably a 3.0ah battery as the minimum, but just my opinion.
