Having 1 battery that can be used with a 20v, 60v, and 120v makes my workflow much simpler. No complaints with runtime either. And can defiantly feel the power difference between this and using a 20v max battery.

I use the Flex Volt 6ah battery daily for 8 plus hours and a chrge lasts for days. Everyone needs this battery in their tool bag. The battery delivers a noticable boost in power when running 20 volt tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the 6.0 flex power battery. And if definitely performs even against the 8.0 20v battery is holds good amount of power. Would like to see maybe thick overmold on the pack to protect if from falls do to its weight. Plus with the weight may cause an issue overtime for the user.

I have switched all my tools to the flex volt. Been working great for over a year. But in the past 2 weeks I have had 3 that stopped taking a charge. It's not the charger either. I can put the battery in and it wont recognizeit's there. I have even tried a regular 20v charger.

Well worth the extra run time I'm getting. I was a little worried it might not work in my basic 20 volt charger, but it was just fine.

I understand it’s a 6amp, but still wish it could be more compact. Works and looks great, mega glad It can charge on my Already owned chargers.

At first they worked great, but within two jobs both batteries failed to take a charge. Both these batteries from 2016 will not take a charge. I am on hold trying to get these replaced.

I was thinking the battery would be much to heavy, but it actually balances out the tools very well! 10 out of 10!

The best feature is that I can use this battery with 20V, 60V, or even 120V tools. Also, you have the battery life indicator to know when it's time to recharge. Great product!

The added size and weight also provide a nice counter balance to the heavier hammer drills.

Whether it’s my impact drills, flexvolt worm drive Circular Saw or my handheld vacuum they hold up well. Can’t wait to purchase more and grow fat with power!

I have 4 trucks full of Dewalt tool abd numerous batteries. I am happy with the performance of all of the battries and tools except the 20V/60V MAX FLEXVOLT BATTERIES. They work well for a relativly short period od time and then will no longer charge.

So excited when I bought thought the name and cost would mean something. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Battery stopped charging after just a few months of light yard work. So disappointed Now stuck with dewalt blower and weedwhacker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got the 60v circular saw for a while now. But I’ve added the air compressor on now. These batteries work great with my 20v tools also they provide more power to them I feel but they run a lot longer than the 20v batteries do!!!!

I bought two batteries 6 months ago. I loved them but they won't charge anymore. It's not the charger because my other batteries still take a charge. Store told me to send them back to dewalt but not sure how to go about doing that

They are good in the beginning but will die and not hold a charge after 4 months. Now granted, I had major demolition going on and used it almost every day. Just not something I want to purchased every six months for a new battery.

I have a two of these battery packs and they do no hold their power charge for more than 5 to minutes of use full time before having to recharge them. These are very spendy power packs for what use you get out of them at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit I thought flexvolt another advertisement to sell something I have a DEWALT product that sells as tool only and I have this flexvolt battery with no battery charger initially but I decided this would be the real test at 25% charge according to the LED indicator. This DEWALT FLEXVOLT BATTERY 6 should either live up to the hype or be a big disappointment let me tell you I pushed my DEWALT tool about 2 hours on 25% battery I did not experience any slow speed, no overheating,no something electrical burning smell lol but overall I did go get a 20 volt quick charger by DEWALT ... I was truly amazed at the performance of this battery it also has a red battery terminal protector on top that comes of easily with the push of the battery release button.The quality well built,strong but not heavy,I love the colors yellow and black the battery indicator helps a lot so thanks DEWALT for another well made well thought engineered products look forward to the next new release....again get the charger to keep experiencing the DEWALT brand of we make it easy .....

This a great power cell. It lets my tools operate at full capacity for longer than standard 20v batteries, and for longer between recharges. I have enough power on-hand to get my jobs done, typically on a single charge.

I have a flexvolt from 2016 that no longer charges and I have four 3ah batteries dating back to 2011 and work perfectly still. They made flexvolt not to last as long the older ones to sell more. You’ve been warned!

I have a 60v max flexvolt 20v 9.0 ah battery and it has failed in less then 1 year. As of the last two years its seems I am have problems with my DeWalt batteries and I don't have time to wait for a replacement.
