[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a much better alternative than a hammer and a carton of staples. First of all its easier to carry and really saves time as well. I think the grip could use some cushion. Over the course of an entire day it can wear on your hand, I don't see why there couldn't be more cushion to give you more control, make it smoothly and give your palm a break. Also I would like to see smoother action with the recoil of the spring when a staple goes into something, its not necessarily a deficiency rather than a lack of refinement. You could really fly throw jobs if the spring released more fluidly and less jerky. It will take a beating though, very durable.

I have a very old stapler from another brand that I haven't use in a while, happened that when I was needing to make a home-project and started looking for staple refills I couldn't find those specific ones that I was looking for. I was very disappointed when I realized I had to get a new one but hey! this handy thing its a 2in1 tool and when I was done with my project I totally love this T50PBN. My wife loves it too because It weights probably 1/3 less than my old one but its actually a strong tool, I was working for hours with it with no hassle and since working parts are made out of hardened steel I expected it to last for a while. I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it a 5-star rating had the company spent an extra minute to show how to load the brad nails. Loading the staples was quite intuitive, but for me not so much for the nails. The tiny instruction sheet doesn't even address the nails. Thank goodness for YouTube. Got trained in less than 1 minute where the host shows you the nail icon on the front side of the gun and says 'load the nails on this side'. Easy day. Too bad I had to go to a video to learn to use the product. Other than that I think this is a quality product. I have tested it on some practice material and works great.

As a woman I preferred the Power Shot, but that stapler broke on me. I was really bummed. Since the Power Shot failed I figured I better stick with the traditional style. The problem is that is requires a lot of hand strength to work. That's why I only give it an Average for design and ease of use. The quality is excellent. These staplers never seem to break (except of the Power Shots!) Trying to steady the stapler and squeeze the handle are tough. Other brands have the same issue though. Maybe they will design a battery operated one for those of us with weaker hands.

We got about twenty good staples out of it before it stopped working. All the mechanisms seem to be ok, besides the whole thing feeling flimsy, but it won’t eject a staple on every punch, only every thirty hits or so. It will seem to be working again and go for another half dozen staples or so and then stop. Nothing jammed. Beyond frustrating while trying to do an upholstery job. We keep taking it apart and putting it back together, the bolt that holds the bottom on seems like it’s too loose for the body? No idea, but super disappointing to receive a dud.

Have 3 of these at home but when visiting my daughter that lives 800 miles away and found out we need a stapler to attach fencing to a chicken coop went to Lowes and didn't even look at other brands just grabbed a stapler like I have already used and now my daughter has a good stapler for use around the house. Of all the arrow staplers I've used never had any issues other than the operator putting staples in the wrong place. Most of these staplers are built like a brick outhouse! Sometimes you pay a few $ more than for other brands but these are worth it.

I recently purchased a light duty staple gun by another manufacturer which was so flimsy I had to immediately return. The handle broke without ever "shooting" a single staple, very disappointing. In it's place, I settled on this heavier duty staple gun from Arrow for only a few dollars more. Good move! My husband and I used it this morning, to make fast work of stapling "Christmas Light holders" in place and stringing the lights up. It was comfortable in hand, heavey-duty enough to staple into hard wood, yet light enough to easily handle. We expect to get much more use out of this staple gun in the future, catch up on a few repairs around the house, maybe cover an old wood desk that has seen better days with a new leather cover/top.

In boatbuilding you want tools that will do, do, do, and do....this stapler is always ready....from making patterns, temporary layups, to instruction notes and reminders---like keeping Post-It notes in place. Even use it with a file to hang and connect plastic sheet for masking. Use it with little pieces of cardboard to fibreglas on verticle surfaces when I don't want to use spray adhesive. Not to mention all the minor upholstery and sail jobs that crop up....probably could go on and on....
