Mounting screws are garbage, make it hard to level, and don’t screw in easy. Worst thing is there is no damper and the one sold needs to be mounted behind so now I’d have to unscrew the whole thing to adjust flow. I’d say this is mostly a garbage product. Who sells a vent without a damper?

I installed these in under 5 minutes and they make a world a difference. They come in packs of 3 and I only needed two, so I just gave one away to my neighbour and now they're also hooked on Aria Vent. Great customer service, delivery was fast. Just overall wonderful experience.

I will say, for something that you aren't going to be replacing for years, you might as well go for something that looks great. I'm very happy with my vent and I'm glad I got them. It gives a nice finish more interesting and polished than the average ceiling vent.

I also have been pleasantly surprised by the airflow. My only complaint is that they don't have a black frame option that's 12x12.

Great looking product. Unless your builder cut your opening perfect. It does not have enough trim around the out edge. It need about 1 inch add all around to the out of trim to hide the horrible cutting job buy builder. Not the product fault.

These vents are beautiful! They were relatively easy to install - we had a minor issue because of the way our ducts were installed but figured it out. The only issue is that they don’t have more sizes otherwise they are perfect!

The vents are cool and look better than the regular louvered vents. There is no control of the air flow however unless you buy clip on dampers, and I wish they were offered in more sizes (like 6" tall). Overall nice vents!

All in all not bad. The unit can use a wider framing as it left so much gap and rough paint from removal of old vents. It required a painter to come back and finish off with caulking, patching and some paint.

We have installed both floor and ceiling vents. The floor vents match our wood floors. Everybody that sees them comments on how the look. Great innovation in a category that needed disruption!

Great Concept. Execution needs tweaking. It would be great if installation were a simple swap out of a standard size grill. There is a mud-in unit for those who are doing new construction. They can be any size because: it's new construction. The framed units however are ideal for retrofit, but it would be nice if the frame size were the same as traditional grills - pull the old, place the new. As is, the grill frame needs to be modified to remove the ears, so they don't stick outside of the frame and then the walls need to be patched before installation and painting. A 6x10 grill, for example, typically sits centered between the studs - which are 2-1/4” outside the opening, so there's nothing to screw into as shown in your instructions. That’s ok though because there’s no reason not to just glue/tape the vent in place. Access to the duct can be had by simply taking the face plate off. Properly sized units with a slightly wider frame would make the installation process a breeze. Units designed to current industry standards are a simpler solution, one that works even for the DIY challenged.

Beautiful vent! Flows the same amount of air as my old ugly louvered metal vent did. They hold paint nicely, fit perfectly. and are trivial to install. The look is unrivaled, nice and clean!

Awesome look, no fuss, placed and keeps itself in place. Fits like a glove and distributes the air from a ceiling vent so its not blowing directly down on someone or one spot.

Easy to fit, looks great painted to match the wall. A huge improvement on the cheap, rusty painted metal vent that it replaces.

we purchased to make the vent look sleeker and they are very cheap material and look cheap. Better off buying a normal vent.
