Perfect for my new grill!

I am using it as shown on the packaging - to hold my grill accessories (fork, spatula, marinate brush, etc.), which is perfect as now I can get them out of the house and in a place where they need to be! So far, the hooks have held the accessories which are fairly heavy ones. Going to buy a few more to hang the rest of the accessories! Highly recommend!

Useful - Although in Somewhat Limited Circumstance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from 3M in order to test it; the fact it was free has not influenced my opinion.
This set of two hooks appears to be designed to hold cooking tools on an outdoor gas-fired grill. I don't have one, so can't comment on that. I have used these hooks to hold garden shears; they work fine for that purpose (they hold up to 2 pounds and are useable from -20 to +125 degrees F according to the label).
Like all Command products, they are easy to put on and do their job as advertised. The only reason I give them less than a 5 star rating is that (except for holding tools on your grill) I can't think of any reason to use these hooks rather than an inexpensive nail in the wall. (Of course a Command hook doesn't leave a hole in the wall when you take it off; but that isn't a big deal in most applications out-of-doors.

Really handy for outdoor tasks!

This is a really handy addition to the Command Strip line. I've used command strips for a long time indoors, and it's nice that there is an outdoor option now. I'm currently using the hooks inside a shed to hang some light gardening/weeding tools from. They work great and could probably handle a more heavy tool.

Great product for hanging tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3m for honest review. I attached these to my grill for hanging my tools and pot holders. So far they seem to be working well and holding on. I am sure there are other places you could hang these. I think that these would work on a awning to hold a wind sock or small wind chime since these hold up to only 2 lb. I will try in the summer to see if they work.

Easy to Install and Uninstall

This item is great because it is designed specifically for outdoor use. I use this one for hanging a wreath on an outdoor painted surface (a column on my front porch). Quick and easy to install and I can remove it without damaging the paint. Much better than using a nail!

Wonderful for outside use

The weight it holds (2 lb) is great for different wreaths for the season on the front door all year long. Easy to use and no nails in the door. I hope there's also a clear version of these and also larger ones that hold more weight. There are just so many outdoor uses!

Rain or shine, still holds fine!

I love that the outdoor adhesive sticks a lot better through changes in weather, and this one is holding solid in rain, snow and sub-freezing temperatures. Very easy to install, and I can think of several places I will use these outside. A great product that no one can do without!

Great staying power.

I was surprised that the heat on the stainless steel didn't make them budge. Very happy with the performance. Looking forward to using it on my outdoor grill , I think it's a very convenient way to store the accessories .

I was nervous to get even close to half the weight it listed it could hold. I should not have worried! Works like a charm. It was so easy to install quite "user friendly". This is a wonderful item.

Not The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to try to hang things on outside. The sticky product for it though does not work. If you are going to use it on a surface to remain there perimently it might work better to use super glue.
The hooks themselves are nice but it is not a product that sticks to a surface with just the adhesive attached to it.

Great for Seasonal Decor on Door

Finally, black colored backing for an outside hook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of these free to evaluate. They quickly replaced the white set I had on the BBQ holding simple utensils. The stainless hooks have held up well in the month they've been exposed to record rains in the PNW. And the black back takes the focus off the hook back and on the tool.

great for gardening tools

That area gets hit by the hot sun and cold winds. It seems like it will hold up well for that. All my other tools have rusted and look unsightly. Really glad they came out with this product

Stays Stuck!
