The locking door lever features SmartKey technology that lets you re-key the lock to work with any selected key and use the same key on any Weiser SmartKey.

• 16 user codes and 1 master code.
• The door is opened with or without a key.
• Locking is done at the push of a button.
• SmartKey SecurityTM re-key technology is compatible with Kwikset (KW1) keyway.
• BHMA 2 graded for high residential security.
• Keyed lever operated by key outside or electronic keypad and thumb turn inside.
• Locking mechanism functions with turn piece on the interior of the lock.
• Comes with 2 keys.
Latch:
• Latch has 2 interchangeable faceplates, round corner and square corner.
• Latch has adjustable backset 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" to fit all standard door preparations.

J'ai acheté cette poignée le weekend dernier et même en suivant les indications, elle se rebarre toujours quelque secondes après l'avoir ouverte donc, chaque fois que je veux entrer à plusieurs reprises, je dois toujours faire le code.

Su experiencia con nuestros productos es muy importante para nosotros. Tenga en cuenta que su cerradura está configurada en modo de bloqueo automático. Great Door Handle

I have had this handle for a couple years now. I have had no issues in a cold climate and the battery hasn't needed to be changed yet. The interior switch is handy to turn off the auto lock feature.

Tried every step to program a code but doesn’t work at all and can’t even call to get help as i’m at work in their operating hours

To program the code on the SmartCode 10 lever, please check the installation and cable connection. Also, you can try a different battery to ensure it has enough power. Next, factory reset the lock, then program a new user code by following the instructions on pages 3 and 4 of the installation guide linked here: https://weiserlock.blob.core.windows.net/documents/we_ig_5068576_ged2700.pdf
