They work great!

I don’t know why the other review is a 1 star. These pads work great and last a long time. They don’t stick to the handle thing very well at first, but after some use, no problem. This is the only reason I rated this at 4 stars. It may not scrub right down to the metal, but who does that?!? It’s a freaking grill! Knock off the big stuff and throw your meat on there. Enjoy!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Ruined my grates!

Sure it cleans off the charred grates but it ruins them in the process. My fairly new Smokefire Sear+ has nice stainless grates and 1 pass with this scrubber scratched them badly. I'm sure the coating is gone now and they won't clean up nicely anymore. Um HELLO WEBER! Your own branded scrubber damaged my grill. Very unhappy!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Needs a Better Design

The actual pad works well, but despite following the instructions the pad doesn’t stay attached to the handle, which is extremely annoying and making it difficult to use. I purposely bought this, because I didn’t want to use a steel brush and accidentally get any metal pieces in my food.

No, I do not recommend this product.

So so scrubber

The scrubber handle and pad are two separate parts. The scrubber handle design does not merge/connect well with the pad. I experience them separating numerous times throughout the scrubbing process. Accordingly, I would rate the product fair to lackluster.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Pad doesn't afix to handle.

Scrubber pad won't stay affixed to the handle/base. So annoying. Instructions say to affix scrubber to the "hook" side of the handle. There is no hook. Pressed scrubber firmly on, 2 scrubs and it fell off. Several times. Total waste of money!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Huh?

Just got these--how in the world are the pads supposed to stay attached? I ran the scrubber on my grill just now-- 3 times the pad slipped off. The instructions say attach by the hook--there ain't one. Total waste of money.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi! Thank you for being a long time Weber fan! We greatly appreciate your feedback on the Heavy Duty Grate Scrubber. The pad grips onto scrubber on the side where the prongs stick out. You'll want to use the scrubber with the Grate Grill Cleaner and you won't need a ton of elbow grease or force to use it and it shouldn't fall off easily. We have reached out via email to discuss this further with you. Thank you!

Heavy Duty Grate Grill Scrubber

I found that the pads disintegrate very quickly and are not even good for one full cleaning. I had to use two to clean the whole grill just once. Very disappointing

Fibers fall off

Fiber started falling off before I even used it. Don't want fibers in my food. Thought this would be an alternative to wire brushes...NOT.

No, I do not recommend this product.
