Paint SICO Exterior Super Premium, Semi-Gloss, Base 1

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The SICO Premium paint is your perfect 2 in one paint mixture. This paint mixture includes the primer base and regular paint. I chose skyless star which resembles a black paint color. The application went on very smoothly; the coating was thick enough to cover up with one coating. The smell of the paint was surprisingly not as strong as other exterior paints that I have use. The selected paint color has a satin finish but it resembles more of a matte which is not what I expected. My paint job looks great and I am very satisfied with this product. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) SICO Super Premium Exterior Paint is a winner! We had an older shed that had weathered and stained wood that was in need of a refresh. We decided to paint until we figure out what type of siding etc we were going to switch to next year. This paint was such a great thicker texture that rolled and painted on smoothly. Unfortunately the shed was a little too big to completely cover with one gallon, but the one coat we did manage to put on most of it, turned out great. The one coat of the grey heron colour covered all the dark staining and the colour is quite rich. We are purchasing more so we can complete the whole shed and will 100% purchase next year to paint over any siding we put up to improve the shed. Highly recommend this paint!

I wanted to refresh my front porch as my door/trim and white Adirondack chairs were stained and chipping so i used Sico premium paint in Starless Sky which is a nice shade of black. After prepping my chairs by sanding and wiping down, the paint was very easy to apply and thick enough that i really only needed one coat and a small touch up in a couple of areas that i missed the first time.My front door was very easy to paint, it was already a shade of black so this paint blended over nice and smooth in all the creases with no bumps. The whole job only took me about 1 1/2 hours and i did spill a couple of times but was able to clean up with soapy water without staining my patio brick. I am very happy with the outcome, it looks professionally done and my door/chairs look brand new!

Par contre, au pinceau ça laisse une trace de pinceau et je ne crois pas que ça fait une belle finition en une couche, tel qu’écrit sur le produit. J’avais beaucoup de découpage à faire sur mon projet alors beaucoup de pinceau mais quelqu’un qui a une grande surface au rouleau, c’est vraiment une bonne peinture ! À suivre dans le temps pour la durabilité aux intempéries mais pour ma part, je suis en général très satisfait du produit.

[Cet avis a été recueilli dans le cadre d’une promotion.] J'ai reçu mon galon de peinture avec le rouleau et un pinceau et j'ai commencé à couvrir la couleur de ma maison que je trouvais un peux démodé. La peinture est de très bonne qualité, facile d'application je n'ai eu besoin que d'une couche pour faire le travail. J'ai apprécier la qualité du produit car n'avoir qu'à faire une seule couche m'a permis de sauver beaucoup de temps. Je recommande ce produit à quiconque veux un résultat sans équivalent.

[Cet avis a été recueilli dans le cadre d’une promotion.] J’ai utilisé cette peinture sur du bois traité. J’aime beaucoup sa consistance qui est très épaisse. J’avais une petite surface à couvrir donc je n’ai pas pu évaluer si elle couvre de grandes surfaces par contre, vu l’épaisseur je présume qu’elle ne doit pas couvrir beaucoup. Ceci dit, elle cache très bien dès la première couche. J’ai bien aimé aussi le fait qu’elle ne coule pratiquement pas donc tres peu de coulisse. Je recommande.

The application of this product was smooth and effortless. I loved the end result of my project. However I did notice within a few days that there were areas on the edge of the garage door that the paint was chipping off. That was really disheartening to see, hence, the low stars.

La peinture etait juste assez liquide et épaisse pour bien couvrir. J’ai peint à une température extérieur de 10-12 degré et j’avais fait un léger sablage à la main au préalable. La peinture était sèche au touché en 1 heure. Projet : module de jeux des enfant qui avait passé 3 été au soleil.
