Effective!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We used this to help seal some of our exterior window frames and it was an exceptional solution to create a tight and neat seal. It's an easy application which adhered easily and offers good coverage and easy clean up. This sealant can also be used on exterior door frames and siding.it is resistant to rain, stays glossy and dirt free. This is definitely a product I will continue to use.

Really works for small places that need to be sealed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was excited to try this on my outside window that has a small draft first. It worked and you can barely detect it. Excited to see the difference in the winter! I used it on my above ground pool filter as well. Unexpected leak at the seal and this stuff worked like a charm! No more leaks! Highly recommend. Easy to peel off once dry if you are t happy with placement as well!!

Easy to use

When I receive this in the mail, I was really excited as I was able to use this around the windows in my bedroom it was easy to use and is working really great so far. There’s still plenty of product in the packaging and I plan to use it in other rooms in my house. I would highly recommend this brand.

It doesn’t stick to your fingers as other caulking does. I used it on my parent’s window to seal the handle. I got the clear caulking and I loved that it was actually clear. I would definitely repurchase this again. I highly recommend Mulco!

It was pretty great

I used this mulco flextra clear and I am not a handy person, but have some cracks on an old wooden window that over time just needed resealing and the flextra clear was super easy to use. I appreciate that it's dries down clear and that it works for a number of applications, so there's no need to purchase a few different products to fix everything up. It definitely stinks!

Great Sealant

I used it to seal my windows in my basement renovation project. It went on smoothly and sealed the cracks well. I liked that it is a clear sealant so I can paint it to match the colour of my window frames. I will definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This clear sealant is designed for exterior doors, windows & siding! Straight forward to use. Use a caulking gun, cut the tip off with a knife & you are ready to go. Goes on smooth & clear, extra flexible & stretches up to 1400%. Use a soapy finger to smooth it. We capped it with a nail, wish it came with a cap to seal it but none of them do. Good product.

Easy to Use Sealant - EXTERIOR USE ONLY

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Mulco Flextra Clear Sealant for free from Influenster and Mulco in exchange for my honest opinion. The Mulco Flextra is a clear sealant that is extra flexible and durable. It’s for exterior use only. I used the Mulco Flextra Clear sealant to seal the joints around the exterior window frame near the basement. Water has been coming in from the driveway and leaking into the basement. I was very impressed with the quality. This sealant is an excellent multi-material adhesion. The smell is pretty strong but it disappears after a couple of days. A huge positive is that it’s resistant to our Canadian weather. After 5 minutes, the sealant was completely dry. Its consistency and texture made it easy to apply and smooth out. We had a pretty big rain storm come through the other day and I noticed not as much water was coming in from the driveway (there are other issues going on that the sealant cannot fix). I would recommend!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The product was easy to use but needed a bit of practice to get a straight line. It applied smoothly and was easy to apply to the outdoor windows. You will need a caulking gun to apply the product. I can't comment on whether it keeps the rain out as it hasn't rained here yet. The price point is reasonable. Overall i would give this product a 4 out of 5.

The English instructions were hard to find but once located they were clear and easy to understand. I used this product around tilting. The product was easy to disperse and the application was smooth. The product did have a very strong chemical smell .

Saved our vacation trailer!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So I wasn't sure how I was going to review this....til we got a call that our trailer at our vacation spot was leaking - BADLY! I brought this just in case and it ended up saving the day. I used it to seal up around the cracks where the water was coming in after we patched a hole and voila! No more leaks. It looks good too! So far its holding up great.

Pretty good product!

It does have a strong scent but it’ll go away in a few hours with the windows open. It has a decent drying time and is quite easy to use; however, it is not any particularly different than other sealants I’ve used. Regardless, pretty solid product that definitely gets the job done!

Beginner level easy

I decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a go cleaning up the seals on my windows. This product was a beginners dream. It went on super clean with very few blobs, was easy to clean up my mistakes. I look forward to trying this product again with other seals around my house.

Great sealant

We had some space in between the window pane that we had wanted to.seal for a while. This sealant was super easy to.use and not messy at all. I love that is is clear and did not change the appearance of our windows at all. I will repurchase this brand in the future!

Easy to use

It goes on easily and smooth. It is clear and blends in well. It is a bit smelly when applying but it dries fairly quick. I can’t comment on durability of it yet as it has not been long enough to see how it holds up outside.

Hasn't been long enough to comment on durability since application. It's waterproof. This is an exterior product. Mulco sells product for interior use with less of a smell. Buy for your needs.

No mess & easy to use

I used this around the seams of my eavestrough and it really did the job. Easy to smooth out and easy to apply. Not sure how long it’ll stay up as I just applied it but it’s looking pretty promising! The leaks are non existent now. I definitely recommend this!

We've tried a few other products but it always came back. We used the products a few weeks ago. Its been raining every other day and so far no water!!!! The product was so easy to use. Amazing for doors

My husband was pleasantly surprised at the quality and he's a carpenter. We wanted to test it on this door first, now we are going to use it for our other windows we are replacing. Application was good, seals great, highly recommend it.

Easy and not messy

The timing was great, we just installed a new split unit A/C so we needed a sealant for the holes in the outside wall and that is exactly what we needed the Mulco for. It was easy to open and went on clean and was not messy to apply. Looks great too!

The application was easy, it went on easily and smoothly. It seems sticking on pretty well. The smell was a bit strong but disappeared soon after. It worked well. It is a pretty decent sealant.

EASY TO USE

It's easy to use and applies smoothly. Since it's clear I wasn't so worried about making a mistake or making it look perfect! There is a slight odor but goes away quickly. Definitely a good tool to keep in your house!

J'ai refait le contour de ma porte patio sur mon balcon. Je suis très content du résultat car je ne suis pas le meuilleur des bricoleur!! Works but strong smell

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love that this product is actually clear and dries clear. Works well and secured the door frame as we needed it to. Really strong smell. We only used it to make about a 2' line but it's left such a strong smell for nearly 20 hours which led to a bad heartache. Happy with the result but won't be using again because of the smell.

I used it around my mailbox to help seal around the brick area to avoid more air coming in ( my mailbox is what was once used back in the day by milkman to place milk in or bread, got converted into mailbox) went on smoothly. Only thing that would make it better was if it was white instead of clear but still great.

Great product, works well to seal windows and doors. Product was easy to use and it sealed up the gaps I had around my door and blocked the draft from coming in. The clear color hides the sealant from view. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use and does it job

It glided seamlessly and blended into the door and windows leaving a clear finish. The product is thick and seems durable. As it is thick, it’s slighter harder to apply, but overall great product and I would buy again.
