Great tape but broke

A gift from my son. Was working with it last week and it tore when retracting. Would like to repair but don’t know how to find replacement. Might recommend if it is repairable.

Very poor tape quality. Tape cracked after one month of use. Shell is very high quality but does not good if tape is damaged.

35’ tape 40 dollar junk

One measurement at 34’11” and now it stands out 24 inches problem is it out all the time. Warranty not soots behind.
