I love it ….(But)
I have many milwakee products, I just love them, this flashlight I love the only thing missing in the design is the memory for the light modes, but the rest is perfect (but) and I saw a cracks in the front transparent plastic that come out of the union I like this flashlight so much I don't use it for work only travel, this happened alone; I take care of her .. now I don't know what will happen but with time it will increase more cracks .. I don't know what I'm going to do, the truth..
Yes, I recommend this product.

Handy as heck
I don't like many Milwaukee products, but this little light is great! Its a pleasing white color, convenient to mount, small, and charges easily. When i bought this i didn't even know you could swap the battery out, thats a big deal if you need to use it on high all day at work. And 11 hours on low is a very good spec on Milwaukee's part! All day without dying.
I'm in a cabin on vacation and the generator is dead, so Rover to the rescue to help the oil lamps!

Good Light, BUT.....
The light is great, I love everything about Milwaukee's USB-powered lighting system EXCEPT... the hinge on this is so flimsy that anywhere with a bit of vibration and the light won't stay put, it'll just wander around. I spend as much time adjusting it as I do working. Not happy. It's a great concept, but needs a stiffer pivoting assembly or some kind of mechanism to lock it in place. I'd use 20 of these if they were designed right.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This Light is the Bomb, being an electrician I always need light in dark attics and basements, this light does the trick. The magnetic carabeaner allows it to attach to anything made of steel & when not in use, clips on my belt loop. I have actually dropped it multiple times and it still works great. Thou I wish the magnets were attached a bit better, I lost one n now I need to buy another one, as it won’t stay where I place it

Powerful light in a compact and versatile size
11 months ago
This little light is amazing. I've had both the Micro-USB and USB-C versions. The carabiner and magnets come in super handy, and the light is amazingly bright. I would say it's a more useful and brighter light than the newer Milwaukee 2367-20 M12 ROVER Light.
The compact size, foldability, and angle options for the light make it an amazingly adaptable compact light that is able to light up even a medium to large work area.
Yes, I recommend this product.

keep battery cap on the light and i would buy more
8 months ago
i use this light for automotive work usually, the strong magnetic base and swivel gets quality lighting on the work location. when the battery cap became easy to come lose and fall off after about 2 months after i got it then probably 2 weeks after that it fell off and is lost. i should have taped it on but it interfered with the swivel action of the light and i have missed having this item on hand.

My favorite portable light!!
Of all the portable lighting I own I use this one the most. It is rechargeable and has a built in carabiner which for me makes it the most functional as I clip it to my belt while working. It provides an excellent amount of lumens for its size and has light intensity settings. It also has built in magnets for additional hands free use. This is a must have for your tool box!!

Battery cover sucks. Light is great
I absolutely love this light but as others have said... the battery cover will not stay closed and is lost easily. You dont even realize its gone till you go to use it the next time because the color scheme blends so well and the battery somewhat stays in.
Milwaukee please help us. We love this light but you have to make changes to the battery cap.

I love the light no complaints but...
It would be awsome to be able to use while I have it plugged in to a portable battery pack I use on highest bright setting but battery doesn't last I tried to charge and use it at the same time but does not have the ability too. And also would be awesome to be able to have type c charger not the out dated one

Amazing light with only 1 real flaw
Fantastic light. It’s been an everyday, any job light for me since I picked it up but my only grip is the battery cap has a tendency to fall off without noticing and now I’m currently holding the battery in with electrical tape as my cap has vanished. I’m now stuck between dealing with the tape or rebuying the light just for a cap. 4/5*

Small and strong - love it
This is my favorite job lot of them all. I have a few of the Milwaukee rechargeable and the pivoting flood light is pretty amazing. Tons of light for its small size, strong magnets, and enough weight in the base to get it into the right position and stay there. I reach for this light all the time and have been super pleased with it.

Disappointed
We have this light where I work and it is great. My wife got me one for Christmas. It’s been a disappointment. Often when I turn it on it won’t come on. The charging light will flash red to green. If I keep trying it will eventually come on. If it gets tapped it’ll flash red to green. I had much higher hopes for this light.

Charging port needs fixed.
Like many others, the charging port gave out. Otherwise I found the light to be super handy and plenty bright for random jobs on the farm. Disappointed that it only lasted a year with what I would say is light use. It would be handy to be able to repair/replace just the port but it's not available.

Missing USB-C Charge Port
Unfortunately, this perfect, unrivaled light uses a Micro USB port for charging.
Nearly ten years have passed since USB-C was introduced. Even iPhones use type-C now.
Previously, we bought many of these items; we need purchase again but have been waiting for a USB-C update, for more than 3 years!

I work a lot of night shifts and this light is awesome. I hate having a light on my hard hat so I pull this little gem out and light up my work space. The only problem is the battery cover, went to use it the other night and boom no cover (hope it’s not in the machine I was working on last)

Very handy

I keep this in a pack out toolbox in the back of my Jeep. Very useful for attaching to the underside of the hood. Can be used by placing on side of vehicle while camping for late night tent pitching or repairs out on the trail. Good quality, very bright, and in a nice easy to carry package.

I use this light on the job. Worked great at first but ever since I took took the battery out and put it back in, the light has not worked since. The light indicator will say its charged but then it will only last a few minutes. The concept is good, but the light doesnt function well

Awesome little flood light!
I love the convenience of this light, it's small, has good magnets, and has the pivoting light portion which makes it great for putting it pretty much anywhere and directing the light to where you need it. The battery life seems to be as advertised and it's really nice and bright!

Gave out under a year.

I purchased this Rover pivoting floodlight a year ago. It now will not charge. I have only used it for small jobs here and there so not extensive use. Now I cannot charge it. I bought a battery and still no improvement. Very disappointing given that when it works it is effective.

Fantastic Light!
This light is so good, I bought four of them. One in each vehicle, one in the garage, and one for the house.
Bright, light, and throws the beam forever. I am a " Flashaholic" and this is one of the best lights I've ever owned. That's saying something.
Well done, Milwaukee!

Like the product waiting to see if there is a cure

Purchased this light for use in garage for repair of small lawn and garden items. Like the idea of being able to hang from magnet for hard to see areas. Problem is just after opening to take initial charge constantly blinks red/green and will not take a charge.

My go to light
As an elevator tech I'm consistantly in dark places, the brightness, the magnets, and the hinge all enable me to get light where I need it most. I like it so much I bought four, even several of my co-workers have been impressed enough to pick some up as well.

Extremely handy and reliable

I work as a plumber. This light is extremely handy to have under sinks and other tight areas that don’t have much light.
It doesn’t require any space and never gets in the way. It lets off plenty of light. Even for large rooms.
Highly recommended

Cap needs to be redesigned

Cap for the battery keeps coming off. I finally lost it because I didn’t see where it fell. I called Milwaukee to buy a replacement cap but was told they don’t sell it separately, so I just have to buy another hundred dollar light. Not impressed.

Weak Battery

When I'm plumbing in the basement of new homes and there's no lighting, I find the battery doesn't last long. Even after a full charge I'm still shocked by the duration. Good thing about it I can mount it to the steel beams and work.

Great 550 lumens compact light. Great for belt loop or cargo pocket ,removable battery is great to have extras . Problem is battery cap issue has caused me to loose few batteries which kills the ROI. Micro USB outdated
