I have always loved Milwaukee products. Bought this unit to charge my phone and tablet in a pinch. Battery dies within 10-15 minutes and barely charges a phone or tablet +10%. Severely disappointed. Will be returning ASAP.

Extremely disappointed

Received as a gift and was thrilled...but extremely disappointed once put to use. I was wondering if I got a dud since Milwaukee is typically a great brand. I look it up and find that most of the reviews favor mine.

Come on Milwaukee, why is this product using micro usb? You need to come out with a USB-C charger for these batteries. I bought 3 of them for work without paying a lot of attention pretty disappointed.

Why Micro USB?

Does not charge quickly. Sliding the battery in and out is cumbersome and allows debris to get introduced. It's 2023 and I know this came out in 2019 but we should be using USB-C not Micro USB.
