Great cup bad lif
The cup is very nice. The lid, not so much. I have never really had a problem with leaks. The problem is keeping the lid clean. I only drink 2 drinks, water and unsweet iced tea. The lid is tricky to clean because of the grooves in it as well as the fact that you have to remove the black rubber gasket to clean under there. When I’m mowing my lawn on my zero turn which takes 3 hours, all kinds of debris gets caught under the black part that allows you to close off the opening. Now I use a cheap tumbler that has the built in straw with a cap on it. Other than this tumbler, I am very happy with my Milwaukee power tools

Love the cup, but please offer replacement parts
a year ago
Have had this 20 oz tumbler for over a year and certainly haven't been easy on it. I haven't smacked it with my hammer or done anything overly abusive to it, and its held up quite well. What hasn't held up however, was the lid-more specifically the black ring that closes off the drinking hole. It wasn't from abuse rather, the dishwasher. Hadn't thought anything of it but apparently I had it in the dishwasher (top rack) and we ran a high temp cycle on it and the black ring (not the sealing gasket) became deformed which rendered the lid no longer useable. I tried reaching out to get a replacement, but never heard back, perhaps due to not inquiring with the proper department?- Who knows.

Please sell the lids separately, they're great!
Loved this mug so much I was searching to see if Milwaukee also sells the lid separately. I think it's a great design. I read some of the other reviews and I guess the other guys have never used a Yeti mug. This lid design is superior in flow (liquid and air) and holds in more liquid than a yeti when tipped. Yes, both do leak, I didn't expect it to be leak proof. If you want something leak proof maybe get a thermos with a screw on cap (new idea Milwaukee). Any way I love the lid, it's a little harder to put togeather but not so bad. Sell me the lid separately, would love to replace some of my others.

Another great Packout accessory!
Great for keeping drinks hot or cold for long periods of time. I use mine mostly for morning coffee and it will keep the coffee warm for about three hours depending upon the temperature in my truck or on the job mounted to the Packout lid. I will say that the insulation that keeps things warm/cold also makes this cup rather wide and it may not fit some vehicle cup holders. Also, it is quite tall and will not fit under the spout of some coffee makers. It is too tall for my Keurig even with the drip tray removed. Those things considered, it is still a great travel mug!

Remarkable
I routinely switch back and forth from coffee to iced tea, and I think this does a remarkable job on both hot and cold beverages. I read someone else's review of the lid snapping closed and spurting little splashes of your drink around... and this does happen. I noticed it in the car when I'd get little spots of my beverage on the steering wheel. For the design, I really like the lid, and now I'm just careful to close it slowly when I put it back in the cup holder. I'd think it's a flaw, but I do really like the ease of cleaning the lid, so I wouldn't trade it out.

Great Cup! Needs a Screw In Lid!
Great cup for the Packout line. I use mine all the time and it keeps coffee hot. The lid has a good drink slot that has a slider with a magnet to keep the drink slot open or closed. I honestly have never locked it into any of my Packout boxes but a table or vehicle accessory to give it a bigger base would be nice. The only real downside that is in need of improvement would be how the lid attaches to the cup. My lid slips into the top of the cup and seals with a rubber gasket but no way to lock/screw it in. If you’re lucky and drop it in the work truck or on the job the top won’t come out. It really needs a threaded lid to insure you don’t loose your cup of coffee or whatever liquid keeps you going on the job or at home.

Not up to Milwaukee standards
It keeps your coffee warm, not hot, but the bigger problem is the lid sprays a fine mist of coffee everywhere every time is snaps shut. Coffee builds up on the lid, and then when the sliding cover swings shut it spays coffee everywhere. After a week of using this my steering while was covered in coffee spots. I tried the other size one and it was just as bad.
FWIW, I use all Milwaukee everything. I'm fully committed to the whole modular packout system, and I loved the idea of a mug that wouldn't fall off my tool box if I snapped it on, but this ain't it.

AMAZING idea! Was very happy to hear I wouldn't have to carry my mug + water jug through the large building I'm working in. Unfortunately, the packout rolls on an angle, and the lid leaks if it's at an angle... soooo ya, very poor application of a wonderful idea. So far its the only packout product i haven't absolutely loved. How this got approved and passed testing is beyond me, I didn't even look up reviews first because I trusted milwaukee so much, but alas, it's a dud
