The worst and over priced bag
I'm a plumber I love open tote bags but this one has a terrible design. When loaded up tools are hard to find/put back it's one sided too heavy so it tips cant tell you how many times it tipped in my truck and tools flew everywhere. A better design would be to take out the middle divider and have pockets all the way around the bag. Still think husky has the best design for the tote but their quality is suspect at best. Please Milwaukee fix this issue as I only buy Milwaukee products will definitely buy a better version.

It's huge

I am a carpenter and take my tools into a home and typically set the bag down and work. I keep numerous hand tools, a 16" level, a 18" prybar, a set of drill bits, a miscellaneous set of driver bits, a milwaukee impact and 2 batteries, and numerous other things I might need. At first, my dad said the bag is too big and holds too much stuff. While it is true that the bag is big, I can bring a lot of stuff into the workspace in one trip.
I have been known to have all my normal tools, then add in the milwaukee hackzall, multi-tool, and then hang the 18 brad nailer on the outside lip to carry in the house. It all fits, but the bag is super heavy.
If you are a specialized trade and only need a few key tools and hand tools, this one will be too big and cumbersome for you.

Milwaukee still the beast!

First off to the guy that's buying husky for his Milwaukee tools...shame on you! You cant compare apples to oranges people! Milwaukee bags are far superior in every way than huskie! My bag weighs nearly 60 pounds at least I think of tools. I do service work and use the strap too. Not only does it look sharp, professional, and equal out the wieght; it has clips to clip onto your pack out totes. If your bag is falling over in your truck stop driving like an idiot! Also go big or go home and buy the pack out than snap it on. Strap it down to your truck and bingo bango! Theres other bags for other things. Dont think your gonna have all your nuts in one basket you need multiple bags and than snap them together! I drive a sprinter and have saved so much room for stock because of my blackout! Check it out!

A good start but needs some improvements.

I like the durability of the bag and how it can be incorporated into the packout system. However, I would prefer the centre divider to be a non flexible material and better anchored. When the open side is loaded with tools, the divider pushes over and squishes the pouch side. This makes accessing tools on that side more difficult. A good design, but needs some improvement. As a plumber, I like Milwaukee tools, but am disappointed in this bag.

Needs an overhaul in design
Bought the tote thinking there was a lot of room for my electrical hand tool. Very poor spacing and the pockets are not really designed to hold screws drivers of any kind. Pockets for tools need to be designed better to hold what they were intended. Maybe they were not intended to hold tools?!?! I would recommend Milwaukee’s design team but the tote from Husky and “bottow” some of their ideas. Dave your money and go Husky!

First of all I'm a plumber, and I love open tote tool bags. I had a Lenox, CLC, Husky, Ridgid and I must say I'm done buying bags. Had the 20in Packout tote since day one. And from day one I loaded up with all three phases of Plumbing no lie I purposely beat it up thinking that I can return it and that's not going to happen because there's plenty of life in it I'm very happy and I'm considering getting a 15in as well

Good bag, but a packout fail.
Its a good bag, but could use some improvements and is not packout compatible. Seems like a sturdy bag, and I like the pad on the one side for comfort while carrying it. Pockets could use some work needs some deeper pockets, and the third row of pockets has the largest pocket and leaves my tools just kind of in place, but they flop around a lot especially with how shallow the pocket is. I almost feel like there needs to be some different options not just the same pockets all they way across. Lastly this is not packout compatible, yes it clips into packout, but you cant take this tote anywhere with an organizer on the bottom. The whole reason i bought a packout bag is so i could put an organizer on the bottom, but if you do it sticks out the back of the tote and renders that nice pad they put on the bag useless. If Milwaukee makes some organizers compatible with there 20" tote that would be a huge improvement.

Needs improvement!! Not enough pockets for hand tools; need them on all sides around the interior of both sections. MUST be deeper - obviously whoever created this didn't actually try out or consider many of the Milwaukee or other brand hand tools - you can't put long screw drivers or longer tools in the pockets. Same for the outside pockets.
