PACKOUT Cooler Bag - 15.75"

I love this cooler but both zippers need be heavy duty. I've had the non packout version of this cooler (48-22-8250) and same thing happened, the front pouch zipper failed. I'm a gas utility worker so I live out of my truck thus I live out of this cooler. I use ice packs with mine and everything keeps cold all day which is sometimes 16+ hours. I've had this cooler for about a year and a half now and everything else on it is fine, its just the front zipper is garbage. I need that front to keep my keys, wallet, phone, phone charger, and etc. in! Now have 2 Milwaukee lunch boxes that perfectly fine except for the front zipper. Please fix this issue and both heavy duty.

I wounld not recommend this cooler/lunch bag. Apparently the zippers are it's weak point. I have had mine for a few months and the front zipper popped of its track. I have tons of Milwaukee things and all well made. That's why chose this particular cooler. I purchased another Milwaukee bag which is smaller. I will see how long this one last.

It's Milwaukee and it's packout so you know it's great. It will definitely hold 24 beverages with ice and a couple sandwiches or snacks on underside of lid. I have 2 of these and use them regularly for about 6 months, so far no problems with zippers. I use them on back rack of hunting 4 wheeler when working on the hunt ranch.

The cooler part is awesome, and it's very convenient to just lock on my packout. The only problem is the zipper on the front storage pocket, it doesn't stay zipped up. And when trying to close it, the zipper starts out good and then is won't zip up at the corner and comes apart.

I bought my Milwaukee Packout cooler about six months ago and I loved it until the top zipper began to fail, thread is hanging out and the zipper became stretched, now I don't have a sealed cooler. I work 12 hour days and rely on this to keep my food fresh all day.

The front zipper is ripped out and I need this bag every single day so it's a lot to ask for me to wait for Milwaukee to potentially repair it instead of them making it an easy In store exchange process.... Can't believe they put such zippers on their products.

As a lunch box it is just ok on how long it keeps things cool. The Zippers are junk. The One has totally failed on the storage pocket with minimal usage. The main one frequently misses teeth but usually recovers after another attempt.

The cooler size is great. I love the outside pockets and dry storage inside. The thing sweats quite a bit so I have to keep a towel under it on my passenger seat. Also, you can't use the bottle opener without spilling your bottle.
