At work this impact is my best friend, tons of power and 100 times better then any 3/4 air impact I’ve ever used. i use a 9ah battery and it gets me threw a 10 hr shift with no issues and the one key is a great way to keep track of your tools, wish they had it on every tool Milwaukee made

I'm a shop technician and I was a SnapON tool but my bigger one are to small to remove some base Bolt on my machinery. So I buy this Milwaukee M18 Impact 3/4
It's a magical...how hard work I can do whit this one. And I use only a 5.0amp battery not the 9 or 12p like recommended....

Bought to use on semi truck repair. Does lug nuts fairly easy, if they’ve been torqued properly. Lugs this impact couldn’t loosen even a 1” air impact had trouble getting loose. Used on Cummins head bolts and worked great. All around great impact for heavier work. Highly recommend.

Great tool, not too heavy with high torque!
I use this underground on heavy equipment and has excellent performance. No more looking for air pipes or fumbling with many lengths of hoses, either laying them down or picking them back up and putting away.

This is my second gun, the first one stopped working one day. I sent it in for warranty and after a couple of weeks they still didn't have the parts to fix it. So instead of waiting any longer, they replaced it with a new one. The gun is a lot better than my 3/4" air one by far.

This impact has tons of torque. Extremely good for the industry I work in installing heavy piping systems. Would be a five star review, except I already had to send the impact in for warranty work after only having for three weeks. Mulwaukee warranty is quite fantastic though.

Plenty of power. It was a little klutzy getting paired up to my phone. It wasn't until the next day that the app could find the tool- even though the batteries were charged the first day. Out of 4 settings, I have only been able to set parameters on the first two settings.

Breaks easy

Have went through 4 of these in the last 6 months. We use them to take up slack (do not tighten) on center beam railcar tiedowns. All have broke at the bell. Very light use for what the tools is. Best thing I can say about them is that Milwaukee has replaced them so far.

I work on a drilling rig we have bought 4 of these impact guns in 6 months and all four have broke at the bell housing.and it's hard to even find that part which leads me to believe this is a tool issue. We put it through abuse but we broke two in under 2 weeks.

Holding up so far

We normally run makita but they only last a couple months before they start smoking. These Milwaukees seem more solidly built and are putting out more torque at the same time. We're 2 months in on an industrial site with daily use with these, so far, so good.

This impact is a absolute beast it has more power than I imagined I've used it to put duals on my big 4x4 john deere tractor it did that without breaking a sweat and paired with the milwaukee 12 ah battery it is unstoppable one of the best purchases I've made

It truly does have high torque. Our shop purchased this tool to remove lug nuts from school buses, it has had no issue removing nuts that were installed with a high torque 3/4" air impact. So far I have no complaints about the performance of this tool.

The best battery tool I have ever used. I like the fact I can adjust the torque on it so I don't over torque the bolts and the torque to break the bolts or nuts is fantastic, I would recommend these tools to any one and I work in the Marine industry.

We have the big 1” impact but it takes up a lot of space when working on equipment! We recently replaced the undercarriage and pads on a steel track loader and this was our most used power tool by far! The power this impact has really is amazing!

I've used this impact again and again. I'm a diesel mechanic and it does an unbelievable job removing and torqueing lug nuts and spring bolts. I liked it so much I now have 2 of them. The bigger high output batteries seem to add more torque also.

Gotta say, at first I was a bit overwhelmed by the one key settings, but when you just turn it all off on one setting this things awesome in a heavy duty environment. Definitely easier than hauling around air lines when the 1/2" doesn't do it.

Love the adjustable settings, everything I’ve tightened didn’t need much more to reach specified torque. Beats running air hose and running a spline drive. Walked the dog on a 24 inch flange with 2 inch nuts 3 times around before overheating

I have a video of this 2864-20 3/4" drive tool supposedly has 1400 ft lbs of bolt bustin torque to remove the most stuburn of bolts ( 1-8 x 6" ) torqued to 800 ft lbs FAIL I wish I had the box as I'd return it ASAP Absolutely Disappointed

I work on heavy equipment and use this impact regularly Haven't found anything yet that it wouldn't break loose only had it a couple weeks. Love the one key feature on it also keep in mind with a 9.0 battery it is heavy and beats hard.

This is an absolutely amazing tool. It puts air tools to shame, I retired an air tool for this one. I can undo bolts torqued at 450 lbs. and torqued back to 450 lbs. with this impact gun. It does not work very hard to do that eather.

This tool paid for itself the first time I used it to remove the rear dual wheels off of our motorhome. It took all I could do to loosen two lugs with 3/4” 4ft breaker bar. This impact gun removed the lugs with ease. I was amazed.

I’m a chassis mechanic. I use this gun all day every day. From changing tires to changing while axles... only improvement I would say, I’d like a way to hold the larger batteries on more secure. The vibration shakes them loose.

I love the impact. thirds thing hits hard and is second to none. This gun is great for places i used to use air impacts at. When climbing up to higher hieghts i don't have to string out air hose anymore. Big time saver.

This tool has been my go to for high torque for years now. If it was waterproof it would be incomparable. Use on drilling rig equipment. Never gives my hands a beating breaking stubborn or night torqued nuts and studs.

This impact works great, and is basically the same size as the 1/2" dr model. We also have the 1" dr model, and this is a great in-between when the 1" is too big and the 1/2" is too small for the task we are working on.

After debating the 1" impact for several days, since no one had it in stock I opted for the 3/4 model and was very impressed with its power. However, after using it for several flanges the grease did start seeping out.

This tool makes my job easier, but its been in for warranty 3 times and it doesn't get fixed right, reverse goes out the battery gets so loose that the tool doesn't work. Now I have been without the tool for 3 weeks!!

I use this product around the farm changing wheels on waggons and tractors any bolts over 5/8 diameter this gun loosens them with ease I wish I would have bought one sooner I cannot think of any downsides about the gun
