Good saw-could it be more robust?

Impressed how quick and easy it is to set up out of the box. Less than 5 minutes to unpack and set up and I was sawing with a charged battery. It cuts great and runs smooth. However, I used it only a few times adjusting the table for different cuts before the table adjustment knob broke. Sure, I noticed saw dust in the track and tried to blow it out but wouldn’t have thought I could twist the knob off.

Do I need the biggest batteries

Like all heavy duty Milwaukee tools this thing totally rocks it's a fantastic table saw and I have yet to even use the gigantic batteries that they would like you to use I just simply use the normal batteries and they work great I just recharge more often than if I had the special ones but just using the regular ones that are used for my other Milwaukee tools have been doing a great job

Had this saw for a month now. So far it rips the wood like butter. I do not see the difference between corded or cordless. Works great. The only difference is it weighs a lot less than corded. Easy to transport. I love Milwaukee and just bought another 2k in cordless tools. Only thing left is my wife's hair dryer. I can't give her the heat gun because she would have nothing left.

I purchased the M18 Milwaukee Table Saw several weeks ago for a large house renovation. The saw was easy to set up right out of the box and I was test cutting within 30 minutes. Although I am not a Contractor, this Milwaukee Saw performed amazing! Ample power, precise cuts and good portability! This table saw meets and exceeds Milwaukee’s high industry standards!

Portable, Convenient, and Self-Contained

I love the convenience and packaging of this saw. Everything fits together and stores within the body of the unit which makes the portability and storage very handy. I'd say my only complaint with the unit at the moment is there appears to be a lot of slop/play between the guide channels and the mitre gauge which makes achieving straight cuts more challenging.

Good saw but could be improved

Nice cutting saw. Its light weight, portable ,and I really like that you can stow all the extra bits in the frame for travel. The saw is also reasonably quiet. I wish the stand came with the saw or it had some sort of telescoping legs build in. A small pop-up light the popped up from the fence would be nice for you need to use it in a darker environment.

I am impressed on how powerful this is, it has storage for all accessories and tool. The fence extends past the table and has a support that flips out to support material when fence is off the table. When the fence is not being used it flips over and is stored below the table. I love how portable it is and I don’t need extension cords.

Cutting 2x4 at 45degrees

Cutting 2x4s at a 45 degree angle is a problem. I love this table saw but didn’t have much luck cutting 8ft 2x4 without overheating xc8.0 batteries. I purchased a new Diablo blade but it didn’t help much. I finished the job but had to cut very slow. Is just doesn’t seem to have enough power to rip at a decent pace without problems.

The stand is not of the quality Milwaukee typically provides. And it arrived severely out of alignment (fence to blade) and the adjustment to fix this issue is a bit clumsy. Plenty of power and runs very smooth once calibrated. (I do fine finish staircases, built-ins, trim work custom cabinetry, so I may be a little picky)

The saw has good power to cut that is if it worked. I used this saw 1 time to rip 3/4 inch strips. Worked great. Next time I go to use it it turned on for about 10 seconds and went dead. I tried other batteries just a dead saw. The paint isn’t even worn off the blade and now it’s sat in the tool shed for the last 6 months

Excellent piece of equipment for anyone who uses a table saw for projects or construction. Adjustments are easy and accurate. The large on/off paddle switch makes for safe operating while still being able to control larger pieces of lumber. A well engineered product that meets or beats any plug in model on the market!!

It has all the bells and whistles for a table saw. Love keeping this on the work van. Would love for Milwalkee to make a plug in battery for this so if we want to run this over a power cord we can. Love the feature of being able to rip larger sized boards by just adjusting the fence position on the railway.

After extensive testing and use, this table saw has exceeded my expectations. Small, lightweight and portable….but an absolute powerhouse. Well designed and accurate fence assembly stores inverted to one side making it fit nicely on the truck with my packout system. Great tool!!

Use it all day long same battery even very cold outside (which drains battery faster) Love the light weight yet HD performance Love the undermount rail guide storage. Milwaukee please we need more woodworking tools. Fuel trimmer(router) , redisgned 18 nailer, 23 pinless nailer.

I had an old table saw that was ok. However, it was quite limiting on the options and ability to perform through long days of work. Upgrading to this new M18 Fuel table saw was just what I needed. Excellent options and rips though work like a hot knife through butter.

An amazing table saw, gets the job done. I was hesitant about battery power, and after using it for weeks I have been extremely happy with it. I have used it to rip sheets of wood and used it to do mitres. I make mostly frames with this saw and it works great!

This saw is awesome. No questions on if it'll be enough power battery lasts a while as well (even 5 or 6). The guide is the best as well set your guide with a dial! Got the stand as well and its a perfect setup! Not toention the awesome one key technology!

My initial response upon unboxing the table was that this was a very capable saw. Setupxwas easy and straightforward. However some parts were missing (riving knife and push tool). Other than that, it handled most of my around-the-house jobs without a hiccup.

I have used this table saw cutting oak for cabinets. The saw never bogged down, maintained the saw blades speed though out the cuts. In a couple of weeks will be framing a building and I have complete confidence that the table saw will preform as expected.

I just purchased it recently and have only used it three or four times. I REALLY like it so far. It cuts so much smoother than any other table saw I've owned. It went through a sheet of OSB like butter and made the project go a lot quicker than I imagined.

Pros Easy to use and fast to set up and has plenty of power to get the job done, as a rehab and maintenance man it really is a time saver. Cons Fence seams to move a little bit even when locked haven't tried to adjust it yet not that big of a deal.

Read the book and get the blade perfectly parallel with the miter slots and there’s no better saw as far as portability power and ease of use. I smile every time I get this saw out and am guilty of coming up with new projects and reasons to use it.

Light weight and powerful. Durability is horrible. Clips for fence are plastic with roll pins installed too tightly and too close to the edge. Both have broken and the saw has been used less than half a dozen times. Poor design and execution

Great saw just hard to find blades

Saw Is great!! I cut laminate flooring with it a whole day on one 6ah battery. Only problem is finding blades to fit it!! Hard to find 60-80 tooth blades anywhere!!! It blades were more ready available I would have given a 5 star review

This saw is a beast! It literally does anything you could ask it to. I went from building my own cabinets with it to ripping down some 2 X stock for a farm project in no time. the fact it accepts Dado blades is terrific! MUST BUY!
