The MILWAUKEE M18 FUEL 1/2" Mid Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring delivers the best power to weight ratio, most access in tight spaces, and faster removal speed. It provides 600 ft lbs of nut busting torque and only weighs 5.0 lbs, making it extremely versatile, capable of performing a wide variety of applications. Its POWERSTATE Brushless Motor generates the power needed to quickly perform many tasks, such as removing large bolts or lug nuts. This battery powered impact wrench is the most compact in its class, allowing access to stubborn fasteners in spaces where larger impact wrenches can’t fit without needing to disassemble components to reach bolts.

So much nicer than my old pneumatic one. Lighter, faster, less hassle, more powerful, and more controlled. I like how setting 4 runs at a controlled RPM when not under load. I got a ½ drive to ¼” hex adaptor so I can use it as an impact driver too.

More than I expected, the small size is very handy in smaller places. I have used it a few times and it does very well. More powerful than you think. First try it removed some frozen lug nuts that my air impact wouldn't touch. Milwaukee is the best.

I bought this tool to close the gap between my 3/8 and the big boy 1/2 inch. It is much lighter than the big 1/2 and smaller to get in smaller areas. As far as power it is just like every other Milwaukee tool. They are powerful and get the job done.

Milwaukee may be shooting themselves in the foot, I have come to expect the best from them and yet again this mid-Torque impact has met my expectations. This tool and my 3/8 stubby are the first things I get out when doing any work on my vehicles.

Swivel safe and no more runaway lug nuts

The adjustable torque settings are on point both ways, checked with my recently calibrated ratchet.
It senses when there’s no load and slows down the rpm, lug nuts stay put where they fall. No longer have to tape sockets onto universal swivel.

Great power for such a small tool. This will get most of what you need done. Anything you need more than it can deliver means BIG BOY toys :). I have thoroughly enjoyed its capability and good power without overtorque to rip your hand off.

This mid torque impact packs a lot of power in a smaller package that is much lighter than its competitors,this makes it so much more practical when you use it daily for work. Has never let me down no matter how stuck the nut or bolt was !!

Way more powerful than I expected easily removes lug. I’ve only had it a week and really wish I would of bought it years ago it would of saved me hours on any automobile repair 2962-20 mid torque 1/2 impact it’s the most bang for your buck

I'm using the impact wrench solely when switching between summer and winter tires on my two cars. It works perfectly, don't have to loose and final tight the nuts before jacking up and down the car. Change the tires in a breeze, like a pro!

Big things in small package

Compact size with enough torque to get 95% of the jobs I use it for done. I'm using it with a 5.0AH battery and I can run it for nearly a week before I need to charge it. Great tool and has quickly become my "go to" impact around the shop.

Light and efficient, with a backbone to getter done! My new EDC! This tool, let’s me dial up the torque I need without busting the heads off of bolts. Stronger than my m12, I use it for bigger jobs, but it’s fine for regular work as well.

Love this thing. I work on diesel buses, and dragging an air line around gets old. It’s got plenty of power to tackle most jobs, and is light enough to carry around. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this and all of Milwaukee’s offerings.

This is an absolute BEAST of a tool. I was having trouble with my M12 impact getting wheel nuts off the truck, but this gun has made that a thing of the past. Love the different modes, and the gun is small for the power output. Love it.

Ergonomic, light and powerful for removing auto lug nuts. Fit my everyday use need when working on cars. Selectable power out put don't have to worry of breaking an eight mm bolt. Nice feature with LED help when working in dark areas.

More Powerful Than Expected

With this being a Mid-Torque Impact Wrench, I was a little concerned that it wasn't going to be powerful enough for its intended purpose, but it did its job and busted the lug nuts loose on one of our scissor lifts and Cushman Cart.

I’ve owned the 3/8’s version of this impact a little over a year and love it. Purchased this one to perform repairs requiring 1/2” sockets, but not the power of the big impact. The size and weight make it perfect for all day use.

Unbelievably light for the power it generates. Perfect for the DIY'er who is NOT rebuilding a CAT D9 in their back yard. Stronger than my pneumatic impact wrench and able to get into very tight spots due to its small profile.

Great impact. Use it everywhere. Its the standard for the battery operated tools everywhere for a reason. Dewalt may yield bigger torque figures but will give you carpel tunnel. This is the do everything tool that gets it done.

Great versatile impact . Does everything from just above finger tightening bolts and nuts to more than enough power for changing tires . Has more torque than other 1/2” air impacts and weighs less . Great tool all way around .

I am changing motors on a Honda suv and the gun has all power I needed to remove the toughest bolts. I like the 4 settings of power and the led lights are great. It is small enough to get in tight spots. Highly recommend it

Nice and compact with great torque. It’s a little bigger than the light torque model but still fits in most applications. Great that you can turn down torque also. Variable speed works easily with trigger . Great tool.

Just used it for the first time yesterday to rotate my tires and it handled the job without a problem. I always enjoyed the gen 1s but this newer more compact and powerful generation is absolutely a must have in any garage

So far this impact lives up to the hype. Extremely pleased with the performance. And not that looks should be a primary factor but this impact is gorgeous. Great in the hand feel. Honestly I don’t have a single complaint.
