Great Battery!

This is a great battery and increased the power of my tools while keeping the tool light. I also like how its a little larger and makes the tools more stable when they stand up. The only problem was fitting it in the mid torque, as most people have found out it doesn't slide in without rubbing. But I made a quick call to Milwaukee customer service and they sent me a free updated belt clip which completely fixed the fit issue. I would totally buy these again.

Great Performance

I have been using the M18 3601-21P kit for 10 months and I'm happy with the performance of the drill (3601-20), charger & contractor bag, but was quite disappointed in the capacity of the CP2.0 battery that came with the kit as it runs out of power very quickly. I soon upgraded to CP3.0 battery and what a difference this has made. It outlasts the CP2.0 by a wide margin, it isn't much heavier, and recharges quickly - big improvement! Wish it cost a bit less.

I don’t think any of the 1 star reviews should be taken seriously. There are almost 200 m18 tools and a server few cant have a clip and this battery attached. That’s a specific issue and shouldn’t discourage anyone from buying the battery; it’s great for getting tools into tight spaces that you need just that little less length of the tool and much lighter for cutting/drilling overhead.

Great battery

Great addition to the lineup of batteries, with Milwaukee's new more durable plastic. Great to see a smaller sized battery that still packs a punch, it seems to last on par with the xc 3.0 while being significantly smaller! Have yet to send one in for warranty, while being heavily used in a manufacturing setting. We run 3 shifts 5 days a week and use around 25 batteries in total.

Does not fit tools with belt clip!

I am a DIYer and bought these for their compact size. Needless to say they do not fit any of my tools with a belt clip. This makes me wonder if the Milwaukee Tools test and evaluation plan is effective. Seems like an obvious blunder when a belt clips come with the tools. This is the first time that I have been very unhappy with any Milwaukee tools.

This battery is perfect for small jobs around the house that aren’t going to require extended us of my impact driver or hammer drill. I mainly like the fact that it’s the lightest M18 battery you can get and also has good output. Usually takes about 20 minutes to charge on my rapid charger.

Batteries don’t fit with the belt hook

I had to remove the belt hook on my drill and my impact to get the batteries on and off. Seems like this should have been caught before release. Luckily I don’t use the belt hooks often, but shouldn’t have to remove them and put them back on just to use these batteries.

this bat is great & i use it 4 my m18 fuel cordless vac & it gets the job done fast & after that i check the power & i still see i have some left Also i like how fast this charges espcially if your using a rapid /dualrapid charger or super charger or other chargers.
