Amazing Suction
I like the very low noise, amazing suction and that it has a high and low speed selection. This is truly well thought out and a great vacuum for any tradesman. The batteries last for a very long time and really like I don’t need to fool with cords for quick easy clean ups, and easy to clean out. Filter is easy to change and clean as well.
Yes, I recommend this product.

As a new construction plumbing contractor/ customer service representative. I rely on all my milwaukee m18 and m12 products. I recently purchased the stackable vacuum and none stackable and both are absolutely perfect i have had zero issues with either. Both are fully. I recommend milwaukee to everyone and would never use anything else..

Great vacuum but battery is tough to remove
3 years ago
Love this vacuum, it has good suction and portability is excellent. Only thing I struggle with is the battery is extremely tight and very hard to remove.. I own about 10 batteries and they all share this issue. I was gonna send it back right away but I figured it would "break-in" from using it. Not sure if others are having this issue?

Awesome vacume., great for small jobs and skills a
2 years ago
Great little vacume, light weight and easy to use. Reversable with great vacume and auction power. 5ah battery could last a little longer. We looked it so much that we bought 2, one for the house and one to leave on the pontoon. Would highly recommend if your needing a small portable vacume. I love milwaukee tools both m12 and m18.

One problem for me
I love this vacuum. The only thing that has been really frustrating is the hose has broken and I have only had if for just less then a year. First I don’t think I should have to buy a new hose. But even if I wanted to I can’t find one. So I’m just really frustrated that I have a vacuum I can’t even do anything with very disappointed.

Same battery change issues as everyone else.
I got this as a wedding present about 2 months ago. Used it a handful of times for short periods. Used it to clean up a bigger project, ran the battery flat, won’t turn on with any other batteries. this one gets a big Don’t Buy from me. Hopefully Milwaukee addresses this clear design/manufacturing flaw and also takes care of me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great vac for portability.
The M18 Wet/Dry vac performs quite well for a portable battery powered vac. The suction is more than enough to pick ups sawdust and debris around the work areas. Portability is top notch, I really enjoy the form factor of the vac compared to others. Storage is well thought out. Attachments are pretty good. Seems to be a winner.

Excellent vacuum, the hose is fine!
Excellent vacuum for the price. For all the people complaining that the hose adapter is separating from the hose, it just threads on so as you're using the hose if you twist the adapter you are slowly unthreading the adapter from the hose.
If the hose adapter falls off you can literally screw it back on, just make it tight!

GREAT VACUUM
Got this to use because it's lightweight and very portable. I like the size and weight and it's of course very easy to use. I think it was a great addition to my tools and comes in handy on jobs that require some cleanup. I use a 9.0 amp battery and about 45 minutes later it was still half charged. A very versatile vacuum.

Super handy, convenient, worth the price tag.

Great tool! It’s so nice to have a wet/dry vac that’s portable and lightweight and I don’t have to fuss with an extension cord. I work in plumbing and it’s really handy for emptying toilet tanks and bowls. It’ll suck a toilet tank dry in seconds rather than minutes of me wringing out a sponge. Worth the price. Get one!

Very Handy Powerful Vacuum
Excellent suction! Portable and lightweight! What’s not to love about this fabulous vacuum? I love that I can easily carry it up to the attic or anywhere on my property without a struggle or banging it on my shins as I did with a traditional vacuum. It is so handy to have around. I am very happy with my purchase!

Great for removing and re setting toilets . It holds just enough water to remove water in the bowl so you can reset a toilet in minutes without making a mess .
It’s ok for cleaning small drywall and sawdust debris but hose plugs easy if you suck up bigger chunks.
The hose is very fragile if bent aggressively

Works really good
It has really good suction and is a very good design. It seems well built and I like how the hose and tools pack up. it will fit my 9.0 battery so I have not had any issues with run time. The hose is a bit stiff but if you are just moving the whole thing around or have it in one spot for small jobs it is fine.

Ugh, poor design and a pain to work.
I really wish the designers would use the product in a real work environment. Unless you're a child with small hands there no way you're removing the hose when it gets clogged. And it will get clogged constantly since the hose into the vacuum takes a 45 degree turn before falling into the holding area. My solution was to push debris through the hose with a broom handle. The battery will last about 20 minutes when a fully charged. When you go to replace the battery it will be near to impossible to remove so put your foot on top of the vacuum and with one hand garb the battery depressing the buttons and then with the other hand get below the battery to remove and pull...hard. Long story short, poor design all around and was more of a pain to us than not. I was having to constantly mess with it and spent more time trying to get it to work rather than actually vacuuming. I will be returning mine after this experience. Time for a redesign and testing in real world enviroments.

This sucker sucks (in a good way)
After a recommendation from a close friend, I went out and bought this vacuum as it filled a need. Turned out to be the perfect tool to keep in the truck with me. I use it to clean out and dry the carpet in my boat, as well as my truck, house, and work area. Never thought I would be so thrilled over a vacuum.

It could have been the best.....
I bought this about 10 months ago. Went back and forth vs. other products. .
Pro:
1. CFM is great
2. Size
3. Fit and finish is excellent.
Con”s:
1. Only one speed means it drains batteries in a minute
2. Did they even build a prototype? Why would you put the switch behind your hand out of reach? The hose is tight such that you carry it with the hose pointing forward. Also so the blowing exhaust is behind you. That puts the on off switch behind you.
3. While its stackable, it isn’t as functional as you’d like. You have to stop, open two latches, get out the hose and attachment. Close and secure two latches. Turn it on before you pick it up.
4. Battery life is bad, needs a 2 or 3 function power switch.
5. Noise level
6. It died on me. I barely use it, and while finishing the top of a new table it just quit.
I really do like the product and I’m all M18 & M12. I’m invested. But I’m disappointed on this unit. I’m hoping Milwaukee has a new version coming b

Wont Turn On

I bought this vacuum less than a month ago. I went through 2 battery charges and now it won’t turn on. I am sincerely disappointed in this vacuum. It’s a great concept but looks like they need to correct whatever issue it has. From the looks of the reviews, I am not the only one with this problem.

Just exchanged the first one I bought and I’m having the same problem. If you use it until the battery dies, then switch a new battery, it doesn’t run. The whole machine is dead for an hour until it starts working again. Will be returning this thing since unreliability in unacceptable during a job

Great for the workshop
I love having this around the shop. Use it to cleanup sawdust around tools and on my workbenches. I love the internal storage for the attachments to pack it away when not in use. Also you can switch the hose around to make it a blower and I is it to blow out debris in hard to reach areas.

Quieter than other shop-vacs. Easy assembly, easy transport. Does a good job on picking stuff up. Great battery life!! Wish it had a couple more attachments, but it does have the typical hose-end attachments. Overall, I am very pleased with the shop-vac and would but it again, if needed.

A battery-powered portable wet/dry vac has been a game changer! It is so much easier than dragging around a plug-in wet/dry vac. I had no idea how much I would appreciate it. I have had it a little over a year now and I still use it all the time and love it and recommend it to others.

Great compact light duty vaccum with lots of power. Perfect for small jobs or quick cleanups. I've used it to clean out dust from tiles before grouting and it worked as expected. Also used it to clean out my car with a bristle attachment. Best part, no long extension cords to deal with!

Vacuum can handle abuse but the hose cant.
Good product overall, vacuum itself still works and has probably paid for itself in the amount of work it has done. But the hose broke in half and apparently a replacement is half the price of the vacuum. Might as well buy a new one since it comes with a new filter which is another 20$.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We have had this for about a year now. My husband has used it many times. I just used it to clean the interior of our pickup. OMG! I love it! It is a real power house. Did a wonderful job of picking up dog hair. I just wished they made a stick version for my house. (awe are off grid)
