I use this thing, mostly the impact on a daily basis. It is better than my dad and grand dad's DeWalt impacts and drills. Superior power and torque.

I like the impact driver. The drill sparks a lot. Others have also mentioned this. I wish it came with a more usable carry bag for accessories.

I've used many of the other brands and none have stood up to the use and sometimes abuse that I put my tools through like the Milwaukee brand.

So far I am happy with my purchase, it was a recommendation from a good friend and it did not disappoint. However, for some reason the batteries or the chargers have some issues. At first, the charger was showing the lights of damage battery, I change the complete set because at the store the could not give me a new battery (that was fine for me) and I tested the new one in the store to make sure everything was fine. In the store everything looks good, when arrive home and proceed to charge everything to have it ready to work, I had again the same problem, I try changing the place I was plugin in and the same happened, then I realize that could be something related with the contact from the charger and the battery, I tested several times putting again the battery in the port in a tight position and it since to works but leaving a sour test with the new tools I was really excited of getting. The charger fells kind of cheap like a toy, this could have something to do with the fact that this set was a little bit more economical than other?, I do not know really. The tools feels and looks great! I just test then a few times and they performed as I was expecting, great performance.

I like that these are a little smaller to get into tight spots. My old different brand ones were bigger

Both of these drills work unbelievably well. I will be purchasing the bigger batteries for them both.

The impact fan shredded the first time I pulled the trigger sending plastic pieces flying everywhere

It's good but the 1.5 battery does last too long. But other then that I like the product.

Seem like good tools. The set is the 1.2 and one battery does not charge all the way.

Got them to help with renovations, so far working as expected. Very easy to use

Used to drill 2 holes with 2" hole saw and battery was dead from fresh charge

It is hard to put the battery in and it is hard to remove it from the housing
