This compact battery charger is equipped with REDLINK Intelligence that communicates directly with M18 batteries to monitor cell voltage, temperature and charge status to deliver the best combination of charge duration and pack lifespan.

One charging port did not work out of the box

I purchases the M18 lawnmower and this charger was included. I set it up yo charge the batteries for the first time, everything appeared to be working. When I returned 30 minutes later to check on the charging progress, the right charging light was off and the battery had stopped charging at about 50%. Ledt side of unit was warm to the touch, light was still res, and fan was on. Right charging side was cool to the touch, no light and no noticable fan sound. I am disappointed this didn't even work straight out of the box. Lickily I have another charger I could charge the second battery on for now.

Worked for 1.5 months

I work Production build box truck floors, these tools get used everyday. I do have the single bay charger, but takes too long to charge the larger 6.0 batteries, So I opted for the qucik 2 bayer. One bay quit all together a few weeks ago, now the second bay is dead as well. When it did work, it was great!! fans kick on to keep things cool, and the 6.0 battery was fully charged and ready in like 20min. I run 4) M18 Fuel tools all day everyday, Those single bay chargers are just too slow.( btw I have 8- M18 6.0ah batteries)
No, I do not recommend this product.

Getting it warranted again for the second time

Like others I’ve had Milwaukee tools since the corded days and have many many of the battery tools and just recently bought the mower and the charger failed just died after a month got it replaced and now after 1 week this one has failed. One side works and the other side just shows like if it has a bad battery, flashing red and green.

Perfect for most cases. I tried the supercharger. Wasn’t blown away based on the size and comparing charging speeds. The rapid chargers are superior in size and cost. While only adding a few extra minutes to the charge. If you are that desperate for battery charging speeds, you need more batteries! Don’t be a peasant

this is makes battery charging 4 me easier this dual now can charge my M18 5.0's when i vacuum with my m18 vac & my other charger witch is a rapid can charge the m12 bats witch i use when i vacuum with my m12 vac & M12 lantern &listen 2 my m12 radio.

I primarily use this to charge (2) M18 HD12.0 batteries that came with the Milwaukee electric lawnmower and its worked perfectly every time. I'm sure it helps to let the batteries cool down before plugging them in right away.

Failed after just over a month

Got this with my newly released Milwaukee Mower. Lasted about 5 charges. I’ve had the M18 line of tools for years. Not once have I had anything fail. Would rather have two regular chargers instead of this dual one.

Stopped working after minimal use

As other reviews have stated, the one side of my charger started blinking red/green only after a couple months. I've likely only charged my HD12.0 for my mower 4-5 times. Pretty disappointed to be honest
