I've had this M12 Cordless Ratchet for about a month. It is awesome for it's size and the investment. The only fault I see, is the lack of rubber boot to protect the head of the ratchet. I have had great service from all of my Milwaukee cordless and corded power tools.

I never owned Milwaukee due to prices, with 8 kids I can't afford much of anything. My work purchased a few of these and I use them daily. And I'm so amazed with this tool I look forward to going to work and using it. This tool makes my job enjoyable!!!

Man, this ratchet sure saves a lot of busted knuckles and blistered fingers, plus it can get into tight spaces the impact driver can't. It suprised me with the amount of torque it has also, busting bolts and nuts loose, on a whim! Thanks Milwaukee!!!

This tool is pretty well made. It has some good power too. I think if I used it more it would be rared higher. I try to give an honest review of tools and the quality alone gives it 4stars. After a year of use I'll try to update this review.

Always wanted one of these. I’m just a home projects and car repair amateur so I bought the less expensive brushed model. I purchased the M12 model since I already have multiple M12 cordless tools and batteries. Very good quality.

This has become one of my go to tools for me at work. I work on helicopters and this has been a huge time saver and helps out a lot when I have just enough space for my hand but not enough space to turn a wrench. 100% recommend.

The only complaint I have is the switch for forward and reverse is on the ratchet head. So if you're working it tight places, this will sometimes bind up. It would be better on the side by the trigger for easier one hand use.

I have used this for 1-2 years intermittently working on my cars at home. Loved it. Then the gears in the rachet head just stopped. I am over 100 miles away from a service center. No good solution to fix it. Very frustrating.

Hoses clamps, sensors, little brackets make it easy to uninstall and install.

I use it all the time for zipping off bolts quickly, and have beat the crap out of mine and it still work. However even though it's small, I still feel like there is very selective uses for because of how thick it is.

I didn’t think this was going to work the way it does. I have an air ratchet and this is so much better not needing to fire up the compressor to run some work. Highly recommended to those who use the ratchet on jobs.

I use this for basic, low torque bolts you come across with car maint. I wish it was as compact as the air ratchet I use. The battery life and power makes it convenient, but not as versatile as a compact air ratchet.

Love this wrench. Saves so much time. Wish i had it a long time ago. Don't expect it to break tough nuts or tourque things down, thats not what it was made for. But it does have some power and will break most free.

Not powerful at all. Does not have 35 lbs torque, my 1/4 inch air ratchet has more power than this and spec for the air ratchet is only 20 lbs torque. I’m disappointed. If possible will take my money back.

Small driver head but bit bulky body, when paired with a battery it doesn't always fit in work areas. I was hoping the small head would fit in tight areas. I should have just bought the bigger 3/8 ratchet.

The ratchet works great. Love the slim head size which makes it super nice to get into hard to reach areas. It is super fast. I wish the direction mechanism was a little bigger due to having fat fingers.

Use it daily at the shop pretty happy with it so far going to get a 1/4” one soon and a few more m12s was unsure at first aside only ever used m18s but batteries last a while and make the job easier

Makes my job 100x easier. Clamp after clamp securing hydraulic hoses on flight simulators, this thing was an amazing investment. Also came in handy with the other few hundred bolts during assembly.

Does the trick when I need it to. Doesn’t have the most power but that’s what I have an impact for, right? Whenever this breaks I’ll consider getting the FUEL version but this is great for now.

I use it to take off and put on wiper nuts. It has great torque for that purpose. It also seems quite durable, as I have dropped it onto the shop floor a few times with noticeable breaks on it.
