The Torch metal-cutting blades with the Double Duty Upgrade feature a tooth form optimized for the longest life and maximum durability. Tough Neck is engineered to protect against tang breakage and delivers the strongest SAWZALL blade tang on the market. Grid Iron features a stamped honeycomb pattern throughout the body of the blade that greatly increases the rigidity of the blade, making it the stiffest metal cutting SAWZALL blade on the market.

Tough, handy blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product to cut through tough cast iron and other metals like rebar, angle iron and stainless steel. I like that the NITRUS CARBIDE teeth are designed to cut longer, cut more and cut faster than standard carbide teeth. Definitely one to keep in my tool box for tough jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blade goes through metal nails like they are wood. Haven't used on pipe yet, but I imagine it would be very effective. The only downside if you're doing demo is having to swap out blades, but for those big projects, it would be worth it. Fit my saw just fine.

Great cutting at a competive price

I don't find a need to cut through cast iron often (luckily), but this made easy work of a sewer main that was leaking and needed a section replaced. I started with a Lennox blade for cast iron that was slow and burning up, but the Milwaukee blade did the job.

I did also pick up the wood version for the same reason. Get this if you cut a lot and want longevity.

The only blade I will use for cast iron

Used this product as soon as it came in and it's by far the best blade to cut cast iron. Other blades take longer to cut and with this blade it didn't even feel like I was cutting cast iron. So far the best blade on the market to cut cast iron!

Cut old cast iron pipes, new galvanized pipe and stainless T Bar quickly. Best blade we have ever used.
One blade did about 69 cuts, then used it for demo with steel nails and stainless screws that other "nail" demo blades would not cut.

Don’t buy for cast iron

This blade had lots of trouble cutting cast iron pipe(4”), I made it a quarter the way thru in 2 hrs. I have never had a Milwaukee blade work so poorly. Bought a competitor blade for a lot less and did the job in 5 minutes.

I received this product and have to say it is extremely heavy duty. I haven't put it through real thick stuff yet but what I have cut through was no issue. I have no doubt this blade will chew up what ever I through at it!

It says for cast iron but I used this blade to cut about 100 pieces of 5/16 angle steel and its still ready for more. Would have taken me all day with a regular metal blade but this bad boy did the job in no time.

I buy about 100 of the TORCH CARBIDE BLADES FOR CAST-IRON a mouth. For our plumbers hear at Douglas Orr Plumbing. This is a must have for our plumbers. Big time saver when it comes to removing old cast-iron pipe.
