We were so excited to receive and try out the free sample of Greenies Teenie Original Dental Treats for our 10 yr old Chihuahua. She love them, and we loved the fact that that they helped improve her sometimes "less than desirable" breath. We have since purchased all three flavors (Original, Fresh, and Blueberry) and she loves them all. She gets to enjoy one every evening before bed. We also use the Greenies Pill Pockets for our cats and dog, and we also use Greenies Feline Dental Treats for our cats. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was a little skeptical at first but when I gave my dogs the treats I did notice a quite a big difference in their overall breath. They are miniature dachshunds so I know that their teeth are problematic and they tend to have very smelly breath based on what you feed them.So the fact that these treats helped tremendously with.My oldest, did a little bit at first have a little problem chewing it because they were new to him but he ended up being fine with the next they are extremely picky as well,and they don't usually take on new things,but they seemed to enjoy them and now I have been buying them instead of their usual milkbones.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Shortly after ingesting this product my dog became lethargic, had a slight shake and disoriented. Instructions were strictly followed and my dog only had 1 greenie. My dog has no food allergies/intolerances. This resulted in an emergency vet visit, where our vet told us they have had cases like this in the past with dogs and greenies. Upon researching it, it appears that there are many cases like my dogs. If I would of continue with the greenies, it could have been a more dangerous situation that could have resulted in death. I would NEVER recommend this product and we will never purchase it.

I have six animals. Three dogs, two kitties and one chameleon. My eldest dog Connor is a whopping sixteen years old. He is a rescue, although I've fed him the right diet and taken care of him since I've had him, he still has some issues and a lot of that has to do with his age but some of it has to do with the abuse and neglect he experienced with previous owners. The only reason I gave these treats 4 stars is because they are not grain free and I try to give all of my mammals grain free treats and food. However, these are great for him. Easy to chew too! I like to give him one after I give him a grain free Greenies dental treat

I am always on the lookout for new dental treats for my dog to keep her teeth healthy and strong, so I am very happy to have discovered this product! She is very particular when it comes to introducing new treats, so she hasn’t quite fully experienced the benefits of this product quite yet, but has at least given it a taste test, which for her is big news! I like the different contours and textures of this dental treat and believed it would be extremely beneficial to dogs. She seemed intrigued about the smell and even gave it a little taste, so in my opinion she approved! I’m sure with time she will absolutely love this product!

My dog loves these things. He will stop eating his food if he sees that he has one waiting for him. He is a chihuahua and he has a bad tooth infection that needs to be pulled. I am currently saving up for his tooth surgery and in the mean time, we have tried several methods for helping him, except he is very picky. He doesn't like toothpastes toys, most foods ( human food included), will avoid water if it has an additive, and the food sprinkles. He won't even take most dog treats. This is the only oral care he will allow. I'm really surprised. I was sure he wouldn't like them. But I am so glad, because he needs as much help as he can get being an elder dog!

Greenies in general are a great go to for my dogs as “nom noms” when I get home. I have 2 dogs and one of them is very small (6 lbs.) I’ve learned that Greenies Original Dental Dog Treats are, in his eyes, and mouth, way too big. And trying to break the treats in half isn’t as easy as it looks. So I got the Greenies Teenie Fresh Dog Dental Treats and they work great for him. And he also looks kind of adorable walking away happily with one of them in his mouth. So cute! With one or two a day, these are well worth the price (and size) and would definitely buy again. See pic for size reference of my adorable dog Iggy.
