I bought is when I started working for my uncle doing house here and there. good for home projects. Plus you don't have a big long cord to haul around all the time just to use it and a out lit that you always have to have.

I bought this when it first came out. I bought it and the 120V Miter Saw. Probably the best cordless purchases that I have made. This saw is pretty quiet and has as much power as a corded model. Great for a construction site!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great saw and can make many cuts with just one battery, the chop saw has a corded adapter and my one complaint about this saw is that is doesn't have an adapter so you can run it corded. Just keep extra batteries charged.

I got this saw last week. Surprised me the other day when I went to rip a 2x4 and it seemed like it ripped it better than my old DEWALT table saw. And was even lucky enough to find a bonus battery in the pack I bought
