Not enough power or runtime

I bought this saw almost a year ago and regret it. I thought it had the option of being corded or cordless like the mitre saw, but this saw is ONLY powered by the 60v Flex Volt battery. I wish they had a power adapter so I could truly be flexible either way. As such, I am often finding the battery does not hold enough power to consistently rip material. It's fine for a few cuts here and there, but if you are trying to use it all day, forget it - go buy the corded version so you aren't wasting time and material.

Best Cordless Table Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this table to replace my old corded table and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! I don’t have to run extension cords any more or having to go to the electric panel when the breaker trips. It’s not to bulky or heavy I am able to carry it with one hand saves me trips to truck. The battery life last me most of the day and the charger really does charge fast and I can charge my 20v batteries as well. It’s the perfect table saw to have at home, the shop and on the jobsite!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw a few years ago to do work as a hobbyist, and now I use it for work. My favorite thing about this saw is the fence. Its super easy to read and set and it rarely needa adjustment. When it extends past the table, there is a flip down part to support larger pieces. Great idea! The battery life is ok amd is much better with a second battery to charge while you are using the saw. Only downside is that whatever the top is coated in comes off with use. Great saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed by this saw right out out of the box. The saw a well build, rugged, and easy to setup. The designers even created storage spaces for each of the saw accessories. This way you always know where everything is. Great!!!
I put the saw right to work building a partition wall. The saw performed great and has the power to cut through any of the lumber I needed to cut. The battery fits nicely into the saw and is well protected. The battery life is superb as it was still going strong after several hours of use. The blade adjustment is smooth and precise. I even made several 45' cuts with ease. This is a well designed saw and I wish had gotten one sooner. This is will be my go to saw for all future projects!!! I highly recommend you get one for your workshop or job site as you will not be disappointed!!!

Great saw for all occasions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw to use as a trim saw for pickup work. It has become my main saw for all my trim jobs. Lots of power, good cut capacity and and easy to adjust fence. The batteries last a long time too. On a full house trim job I can go 1/2 a day on 1 battery. Only downside for me is my saw is hard to start. I usually have to push the start button 2-3 times and hold for it to turn on and stay on. Even with a fresh battery. Has done this since new.

I love the saw for small jobs but i think they can do much better. I really hope they have plans to build a table saw that runs off the same design as the 120v miter box. I believe they could make a 10-12' table saw that is dual 60vbattery or with 120v wall adapter. I absolutely love the flex volt line but with the tools i see coming out I've been expecting a large hybrid table saw for awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this kit almost 2 years ago. I use it weekly as part of my full-time profession. Its primary use is cutting solid hardwood, engineered wood and laminate flooring. I have been absolutely amazed by the battery life. If I switch to cutting dimensional lumber I find myself switching batteries more often. Overall a great table saw for jobsite use. Cuts straight even after 2 years.

I have had mine for a couple of months and love it. The only thing i'm not to happy about is I got the dust collector also and it does not just hook together with this saw like it did my chop saw. I need to get a part that nobody around here carries on hand and I'm not totally sure what part to get because none of the papers tell you. Other than the dust problem I love this little guy.

Doing cabinetry we travel a lot and power isn’t always readily available this is a life saver and even though it is battery power if does what ever you want, want to rip pine 2x10x10s it does it, or need a fine cut on pre finished hard maple always delivers.

Will not start

Will not start, I bought this, thinking great, no cord. Unfortunately, I charge the battery completely, overnight. Stuck it in and it won’t start. Watched several YouTube videos and found that you have to hold down the start button just right and for how long I don’t know. Because it still won’t start and I’m Unhappy. Here I sit wanting to rip lumber And I am burning daylight.

I also have the FlexVolt chop saw which comes with an adapter to be able to plug into the wall, the absolute only thing I would change is to have the same option with this table saw for the really big jobs.

I borrowed this saw from a friend and was considering purchasing one for myself. I own the flexvolt 12" mitre saw (120 volt max w/2-60volt batteries and adapter) This is a great saw for light work, trim etc or infrequent use. If DeWALT make this in the 10" with two 9Ah batteries and the AC adapter I will definitely purchase it... but not until then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great saw for jobsite all of the settings were accurate out of the box. Enough power to rip 2x4 and plywood. Fence worked outstanding for a small table saw liked the flip over fence for supporting thin material. Only problem with saw is the cross cut slot is to big for angle gauge not a big deal because use chop saw for angles could do away with slot.

I really expected this saw to “just get me by” on pine and MDF but I was shocked after the first cut. I’m ripping walnut, alder and pine without bogging down the saw down. Overall with my experience of the Saw it has been handy for small rips.In my opinion it would be a much nicer saw if the dual battery cord from the Miter Saw would fit the tablesaw. In doing so allowing the user to cord up for longer rip time and more power over all. Thank you. It is a wonderful guide system.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was when you hit on button the leaver falls down and shuts it off. So you have to let the leaver down slow. Good run time and plenty of power.

This is my first table saw. Fence and “ruler” is true and very accurate. Battery life is great. My regret is not realizing there is only one mitre slot. I should have noticed and I would have spent more for the one up model. Some jigs can be difficult to make/use with one mitre slot.
